Joey did a wonderful job, my dog looks great! Been here a few times before and they have always accommodated us, even though we usually do not have an appointment. The inside is clean and they even have a few things you can purchase. Bath and cut took approx 1 hour in a half and there were a few dogs waiting. I’ve gotten my dog groomed many places in the surrounding area, but Joeys work wowed us, we absolutely love it. I recommend this place for grooming.

Took my dog here and they called saying they had issues with her eye. When I went to pick her up her eye was popped out and had to take her to the vet to get it back in. She is now going blind in one eye because of this, I don’t recommend taking your shi tzus or small dog to this place. This is how her eye looks now after it was pushed back in by the vet. If you need a good place go to My dog spot is the place. my two dogs love it there and the lady has always been so sweet, patient, and gentle with my other dog who gets anxious at the groomers.

I was in a hurry and too far from my groo.er so I looked foe a walk-in place. I am really glad that they 1) are walk-in. 2) had plenty of groomers. 3) and did a great job. I was happy with the trim for my baby, and they dis a good job blowing out my dog. I am definitely coming back soon.

Horrible service, brought my 2 dogs 3 hours prior to them closing and my dogs were the last ones to leave the shop looking like they did a half as* job rushing to get them out. I’m giving 3 stars because in the past they used be a great grooming place.

Warning!!!! They will do whatever they want to your pup even if you ask for a small trim they will go ahead and almost shave your pomchi! Do not come here!!! She wasn’t even apologetic when brought to her attention. Never returning and if you love your dog I suggest you don’t bring them here.

I wish I could give this place all the stars! I have an older, long-haired, senior kitty I found a couple years ago, and she had badly matted fur. No matter what we did we could not get it cleaned up. I had been rejected by a few places (*cough* petco *cough*), but Puppy House said they could take her! They were so gentle and kind. She looks beautiful! They didn't cut her in a single place, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I can tell my kitty is much happier now too. A big thank you to Bo, she's the best! Thank you, Puppy House!

The owner is AMAZING! When we bought our Pom “Rocket” I was afraid to take him anywhere just because not every groomer knows how to care for Poms. We found this place in Yelp, I called and booked an appointment . She was amazing, nice, friendly and very knowledgeable which we loved. Her staff is friendly and helpful, totally recommend this place for your fur babies .

I have been going to Puppy House Grooming for over two years. My German Shepherds get so excited when we drive into the parking lot of this shop and definitely are excited to exit the car plus voice their happiness to getting groomed here. I've always encountereda friendly staff, the fact that my dogs love coming here and have always gotten a professional groom definitely gets my business. I've recommended friends to this shop and they have all experienced the same satisfaction.

$80 on nothing. Wet my dog, dried him, trimmed the paw hair and said they flea dipped when it wasn't in the initial total.My pup didn't even smell clean. When the NEW price was brought up, they made sure to distract me so I couldn't question it once my wife was concerned. Smooth move, I'll give them that, but that's it.Horrible spot.Stay AWAY!!

I would never return to this place I took my service dog to be groomed and he was severely hurt there his ear had a chunk cut off and no one told me they covered it up i had to take him to ER 2 days later when he got sick if you care about your animal stay away from this shop I went to talk to the owner and she's protecting the groomers identity. My service dog is traumatized the pics are bad and now that it's healing its worse then we thought everyone should be arrested but it's a civil matter but I am and will be filing wish I knew how to post the pictures

THEY CUT WHISKERS!!Even when you specifically ask them not to, they'll still shave the whiskers off completely.I booked an appointment for 10am, they didn't start until after 1:30pm (should have just booked an appointment at 1:30pm if that's the case).Haircut was very rough and there were a lot of patches. I waited weeks to post a review because groomer was very flirtatious and I didn't want to hurt her feelings.

I went to this this place for the first time, and was very disappointed by the service i received. First of, the girl that helped me was very unprofessional. I left feeling unsure and worried about leaving my 2 dogs there. While i was there the girl was having a mental breakdown due to all the dogs they had to be done at certain time. I also had called for an appointment at a certain time and upon arriving i come to find i wasn’t even on their schedule. One of my dogs came back with 2 cuts on his body. And the other with an irritated red eye. Please ask questions when going and due your due diligence when taking your dogs. I personally would not recommend this place, unless they start doing some changes on how they run their business and the care they provide their dogs.

First Time. Great Service! They informed me of my dogs ear infection. They suggested some ear drops and were very honest that if i go to the vet it would be alot more $$$. Loved the fact that they cared that much, to inform me about that. The staff was very polite and professional and cheerful. I will definitely take my dog back.

I bring my Bobby here. I’ve been 4 times. This place is the best!!! Staff friendly and professional. The owner is awesome. I feel like I’ve known her all my life. Bobby is always happy an looks fantastic 😍 Thanks Puppy House!!!

They were caring and charismatic. I had no idea I needed an appointment to bring my old girl Roxanne in but they took her right away. My dog is more than a hand full and they took her before a few other dogs to spare her the anxiety of waiting. I'm very thankful for their service and understanding!!

Horrible experience here. Bo isn't honest about her prices and the second time i brought in my puppies for a grooming, she put white out over the initial price she charged me months before. The extra fees for temper, matted hair, or different cut styles. That's understandable, but Bo changed my price to add fee's ON TOP of the new charges she had on my dogs log in sheet. I could clearly see white out on it, and when I told her my price wasn't the one listed, she changed it back and added her "fees" once more. Very dishonest owner.

I've been here a few times with my dogs. One of my dogs is a little anxious. She gets scared very easily. When I first bring them in they're always ok. Today is this last time I will ever step foot in this building. After I got my dogs home my anxious puppy was acting lethargic and she was having trouble breathing. My dogs are always very sweet and kind. The owner of the store complains and says I need to wash and brush them more so they won't be difficult. I always wash and brush my dogs and they've never been a problem for me. She always complains that my dogs are difficult. We've been there about 4 times and every single time we've gone there the price went up. The first time we went there it was about $90 for both dogs. The second time it was $100. The third time it was $110 and the fourth time was a whopping $130. I'm tired of them squeezing more money out of my wallet and I refuse to give them my business. They are now charging me $50 more when before they said it would only be $20 extra. I currently have an appointment with the vet for my puppy later today to find out what is wrong. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE ESPECIALLY IF ITS AN ANXIOUS DOG
