This place was recommended, she grooms a Yorkie and a Poodle. So I brought 2 poodles here and she left them looking cute. I wanted their hair short. I came in and they were happy to stay and once I came back they were happy. I noticed she does big dogs as well. Will be returning customer.

I have a long hair husky. I told them i just wanted a trim. I said the shortest part of her body should be legs and now her longest part is her legs. Husky Malamute hair should not be this short and will not grow back the same. Now ruined her coat. Do not go to this place!! Extremely ridiculous.

10 STARS !!First time here I was visiting from BigBear my dog was in desperate need of a grooming I was very nervous to bring her in she is my little supporter . I can honestly say they did an amazing job on my pooch , I have no complaints they took her in last minute the service was fast and friendly Thanks ohh puppy ! I will be coming back !

I have three dogs they mean everything to me. I've been getting them groomed here for years. The nice lady that runs the place is very friendly she goes out of her way for you. Many times I asked her to have my dogs ready at a certain time she has them ready and never complains once she even brought in a extra groomer for my dogs. I've gone to other places before they were more expensive they didn't know how to cut my dogs hair. I will never go anywhere else she knows my dogs and how they should be groomed. Shes very giving out of nowhere shes given me harnesses, leashes, dog treats, she also takes pictures of your dogs on holidays. It's good to have your own personal groomer you can rely on. She makes you feel special so anyone out there looking for there own personal groomer this is the place to go. That's how I feel even though she has hundreds of other customers.

Our 2 dogs had been going there since they were puppies. One of them died last year at 14 years because she was diabetic for 7 years and they took care of her. Our now only dog, who is turning 14 years still goes there. She now has a heart problem and suffers separation anxiety since she was taken to the ER. I wouldn’t trust any other groomer other than Ooh Puppy. I can always count on them to take care of her and they will do special accommodations to make sure she doesn’t get scared.

DONT GO HERE.They literally cut off a chunck of my 10 y/o dogs skin and used operation glue without my knowledge. They didn't even tell me until after I arrived to pick him up. They tried passing it off as a small cut (razor burn)and how they put ointment on him. It was weird but i tend to think the best of people. They gave me a 5 dollar discount for the grooming hoping I wouldn't notice the severity, but once I got home I wanted to check myself. Sure enough it was a dirty sloppily cut with two pieces of skin overlapping eachother with a substance I had no knowledge of and later learned when I returned that it was "operation glue." I angrily asked for a full refund and that I would be taking him to the vet where he underwent surgery and a handful of stitches to his injury. It makes me feel awful knowing he was in a dirty kennel, hurt licking an open wound that would surely get infected while I was patiently waiting at home. I not once thought something of this magnitude would ever happen to me. I ended up having to pay over 1500 in fees for surgery and am so angry at myself for ever trusting this groomer with my senior dog.

I just got 2 Shih Tzu puppies from Lisa, the owner yesterday and I couldnt be more thrilled. I always wanted to be a dog owner, and my wife loves small dogs also. My daughter always loves to touch dogs and pet them, so I feel like I found the right place to adopt and bring new puppies home. Two puppies are in adjustment period, and have been pretty much normal in terms of health and personalities. Both are siblings, and i heard bringimg siblings will keep them in company and they would whine/cry less at night. Our first night was great..both slept in their small bed and been eating on time. They tend to be greedy during meal time..but thats good! Lisa, the owner is very kind and caring with all of her pets in the store. She made sure I was a good owner to take care of the puppies..definately made me feel like she cared about the animals. I will keep coming back to purchase any future supplies from Lisa.

When your dog needs grooming, you should go to Ooh! Puppy. They treat your dog like it's their own. I have a dog and she doesn't like to be groomed at all. When we go to other shops she gets stress and doesn't eat. But after going to Ooh! Puppy, my dog likes to be groomed and has gotten very relaxed. THANKS TO THE GROOMERS AT Ooh! Puppy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady is really nice. I myself am hispanic and she didn't treat me any different than anybody else. She let my lil sister and i both hold our soon to be beautiful lil black Chihuahua oreo and encouraged my fiance to hold her aswell. Definitely plan on coming back .

The groomers allowed my dog to escape! I was searching for hours and couldn't find him but luckily someone was kind enough to take him in and bring him to the nearest animal hospital. I do not recommend this groomers if you have a big dog, they cannot handle them.

Just because we're Hispanic doesn't mean that we cant afford a $900 puppy!! Me and my husband and 3 children went in looking for a puppy for my autistic son. We loved a malti poo and asked the price she then gave us a look, that kind of look like " you can't afford that, why are you asking" she then giggled a little, paused then told us the price. I was so upset, didn't say thank you and walked out and went next door to the thrift store. I then asked my husband to go back, show her the cash, act like we wanted the puppy to get her hopes up and then say never mind.......success! !! Hahaha

Took my dog on Saturday and i have been going for 3 times. Every time i go i hear dogs crying not barking. I let it go the first time but it just bothers me to hear them like that. Does anyone else feel like this? I feel as if they mishandled them and are insensitive.

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS SHOP. THEY HAVE PARVO!!!In memory of our little Lucy! We bought a malti-poo who developed PARVO on the third day. They need to quit selling puppies in this shop. I was told by one of the workers that our Lucy was the third puppy to be brought back because of PARVO. The shop is contaminated now. She had other puppies in the same kennel our pup had been in so I'm sure they have PARVO too! BUYER BEWARE!!!Don't let your family fell in love with a puppy only to have it taken by PARVO
