Coleen at Paw country is a godsend! She is so knowledgeable about fresh food, raw food, supplements etc. She has patience like I’ve never seen anyone have before. My puppy had a lot of food sensitivities and she had recommended we do a food sensitivity test to guide us down the right path. I received the data and she spent over three hours reading every label in the store picking out the best food that she thought would be best for the puppy. Very friendly employees. They were really patient with me while I did the doggie self wash for the first time. They showed me how to do the self wash & provided me with all the shampoo, conditioner,ect.

This is a great local pet food store that I continue to return to, even after moving a bit farther away. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In addition to carrying a good selection of premium food and treats,they also offer a large variety of dog chews, including frozen chews.They also carry the West Paw line of dog toys, which is one of my favorites (and my dog's favorite too!).If you buy Northwest Naturals food, they participate in their buy 12, get one free program. You just give them your phone number whenever you buy one, and they track it and submit it to the company for you. I guess some stores don't, and you have to keep the receipts and UPCs and mail them in yourself. I'm glad Paw Country makes it much easier!

All the people who work here are nice and very knowledgeable about pet foods and natural diets for your animals. I needed to put my pug on a special diet, but the prescription foods all contain corn, which she is allergic to. Nuts to that! So I did some research and then went to Paw Country where they helped me choose the right foods for her. She is doing much better now, and I continue to buy the extra canned food she needs there. They have lots of good varieties of foods, including frozen raw foods. I highly recommend it for your pet.

Paw Country owner/operator is very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and was very helpful when I needed to choose a new food for my kitties. The food and treats in stock are based on sound nutrition and sold at fair prices. If you've resisted switching to holistic food because of price; give it a try, the difference you will see in your pets will make you a believer.

The lady was very helpful and above all they carry the dog food I give my dog. It's normally hard to find it only certain stores carry it. I feed my dog the Now dog food for small breeds. It made me happy to know i could get it here.

The young lady that works there is so friendly and helpfulMy little chihuahua khloe is in 3rd stage of kidney failure and has efused to eat for the better part of two weeksI wad assisted with picking out different foods,treats & advice. Khloe LOVED alot of it and is now eating off/on. She definitelyy appears to enjoy her job. They also allow your fur babies to come into the store,, where they're greeted with a smile, a friendly scratch behind the ear or on the rump and few delicious treats. Im so glad i found them. A nice selection of healthy foods, raw diets, topicals, natural remedies and toys. A+

My fiancé and I are regulars with our three dogs. We went to Petco and Kahoots for years too but there’s no place that has this many raw and natural foods fit for our shih tzu/terrier/Lhasa apso mixed kiddies🐶
