My favorite pet store ever! I have been to atleast 4 different petstores in my area & none of them compare to IB .. I always get more for my money from here than anywhere else. & the staff had always been so friendly & welcoming!! I could spend hours in here although that would be very dangerous for my wallet ! #1 Petstore that has everything!! Love the assortment of all natural single ingredient dog chews!!! Thank you IB Pet for everything!

Cute little shop that should meet all of your pets needs. The staff is super helpful. I thought most items were well priced. I'm a pet sitter so I go in for the treat table. Duck heads and various poultry hearts are a big fave. I even bought a reusable bday hat for $7 which is perfect. My clients are happy. Will return often.

Can I just say, "WOW!" From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The store is a immaculate, the ladies working were sweet to my big boy and I and offered fantastic recommendations for his stinky breath. Buzzz loves these dental health treats and boy, do they work!

Amazing options, fancy things for your pets and the best of everything. Raw food options too. I got my puppy a toothbrush and tooth paste. She loved it and let me scrub her teeth 👍I like going in to get a la cart treats. They do have cbd products, too, which has really helped my pups fear aggression that were working out.

Great store, great staff, easy parking! I can get in and out quickly, and if they don't have what I need right then, they will order it for me.I have a dog, cat and chickens, and I find everything I need here. They have a good selection of raw pet foods, and you get 10% off goat milk on Mondays. This is easily my favorite pet store.

Great selection of food and supplies for your pet. We have a finicky eater and we rotate her food choices regularly. The healthy choices available here make it easier to accommodate this. The help here always have great suggestions for assisting us with food selection too!

IB Pet in general is a great pet supply store; they supply a lot of local, organic, natural, and fresh options for all pets, and it's reasonably priced for the quantity and quality you receive.However, this particular location I'm rating only 2 stars as my friend and I have been to more than one and it's a significantly different experience between this location and their others.Not one employee from this location told us on any occasion (more than 5 visits) that there was a rewards or loyalty program available for any one of the numerous eligible products we purchased each time. This is significant as almost every product we consistently have purchased has been eligible for a decent amount of savings and opportunities to earn free products.We were informed about the rewards program on the first visit we had to the Chula Vista IB Pet location, and were asked or reminded about it every visit we've had to that location since! What a difference.Additionally, there is one employee at this location, Chandel, who has consistently been rude and made us feel uncomfortable in her interactions with us. She has acted as though it were an inconvenience when we had questions about any of the products, and has had blatant disregard for our concerns while indicating there wasn't a problem - or at least if there was, it wasn't hers.Very unprofessional customer service and a poor experience every time we've gone. We expressly drive out of our way now to visit the Chula Vista location where the staff are much more friendly & caring. At that location, they're much more knowledgeable about their product selection as well and are happy to help.

The staff is always ready and willing to assist here including loading heavy bags of dog food into my car. Staff is knowledgeable and offered great suggestions to get my one picky eater to actually eat his food. They offer a good variety of many top brands and their prices are reasonable. I used to buy my food from Chewy but now get everything here to support the local small business.

Way better than the big box stores. You will not find a better selection of healthy, quality food and treats in any other pet store, and their prices are better also. They have a great Loyalty Rewards program and they actually take the time to learn your name. For those of us that really care what our pets eat, this place shines Above the Rest.

This is a lovely neighborhood pet store that has a good stock for almost all of your urban animal care. I can pick up everything I need for my dogs, koi, goldfish, beta, and chickens. If they don't have it, they are happy to order it for you. I sprained my wrist at one point and couldn't carry the 40 and 50 lb bags of feed to my car. They had me pull up front and loaded my car for me.

I enjoy the size of this store, (not overwhelming), but they will order anything I need! I appreciate the military discount and the fact that it's a small business that's the brainchild of a Navy spouse. Everyone who works there is kind and informative! I have shopped there for treats, basic supplies, while still feeding Naked Dogfood sold by Protein for Pets, RSD as a house brand. My kids had thrived on it, and I didn't want to switch. Well, then P4P closed, so I went to IB PET for a healthy alternative. I walked in with my tale of woe, only to find out that IB PET was in conversation to sell Naked Dog! The gals working weren't sure what to charge me for a 50# bag, because it JUST arrived, but a phone call to owner, and they matched my previous price. I left very happy, and my kids never knew all the drama they caused! If you haven't been to IB PET and you live in the area, I recommend it highly!! Ask questions! They want to serve your pet needs!!❤

I will go back for sure. The lady who waited on me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped me choose some food to try on my finicky feline. She even gave me a few free samples to try! I heartily recommend this pet store!
