Visited Decker's Dog + Cat store in La Jolla and thought the establishment was very nice. We bought a harness, leash, and coat for the new Chihuahua we are bringing home in a couple of weeks. A highly recommended pet store!

Great store for our pups. We have two French Bulldogs and had trouble finding them clothing. I ordered several things from Amazon and a few other stores but the measurements I would take versus what was displayed online never really quite matched up. My wife found this on Yelp so we decided to take a drive up to their store.The owners are very helpful. They helped the pups try on their hoodies to make sure it fit good with a tiny bit of room to grow into it. There is also a variety of food, treats/accessories to choose from. We are definitely going back to shop here for our fur babies.

I love everything about this store but most of all it’s the wonderful customer service that keeps us coming back. Cody, Kenzie and their team go out of there way to help find our dog food, treats and toys. We shop both locations!

Cool store but they recommended rabbit fur for my dog and she got really sick and threw up ALOT they didnt warn me that it might happen or anything, disappointing.

My wife and I visited with our dog today and I have to say, the service is phenomenal. Cody was extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips and prompt service. He suggested a bone that my dog can chew on and she loves it. It was a great experience!

Went in there a couple of months ago and the salesgirl said they had some canned cat food mine would really like. I said he was sort of picky and she insisted that if he didn't like it I could return it for a refund. So, he didn't like it and I tried to return it with my receipt and the fellow there said no, no refund without a proof of purchase!? I said the girl should have so stipulated at the point of sale and he replied, no, that was my tough luck and no way was he going to honor her promise.

A great pet store in every way! I love the owners, Cody helped me pick several items. The natural flea & tick spray smells amazing and was easy to use. And my dog surprised me when he lapped up the goat milk I bought w/Cody’s help as well. I’m so happy I found this store, my only problem is that I wish I lived closer! They have day care and boarding both and I hope they open a store in Pt Loma soon!

So happy with the service here. Our new puppy had chronic diarrhea that the vet was not able to figure out through testing and diagnostics. They were recommending another course of antibiotics which would have been a shot in the dark. After no improvement using the food we purchased from the vet, I called Cody at Decker's and he was able to help me in selecting limited ingredient food(s) along with goats milk infused with turmeric and cinnamon as anti-inflammatories. I was skeptical being that natural things have not always worked for us. Within 24 hours of being on the new food and goat's milk that Cody recommended, his symptoms had completely resolved. I was shocked and still am! We won't be going anywhere else for our dogs food and nutritional needs from now on. So impressed!

This couple who run Decker's are so helpful and knowledgeable. It's a treat to go into their store. I love supporting our local merchants. In addition, I just found out they adopted 2 kittens from The Cat Lounge on Torrey Pines Road. They are true animal lovers.

Decker’s is my go-to pet store. The owners are an extremely sweet couple that genuinely care about the wellbeing of their client’s pets. My cocker spaniel was diagnosed with cancer and they helped me find some great products to support her health. My favorite product they sell is the raw goat milk made by a company called Answers. It has helped boost her immunity and reduce her morning eye boogerage. She is also a fussy eater and gulps it down no problem. It’s a great feeling to be able to support small business owners that also carry awesome products! Thank you Deckers!

The pup and I are pretty much obsessed with Deckers. They offer high-quality dog food that my picky eater loves (seriously he is as finicky as the cat). He loves their treats so much that he insists on a detour whenever our walk takes us past their door. Deckers’ sweater collection keeps the little guy warm all through winter, even when our travels took us to the Midwest. And stylish, Deckers keep him looking oh so stylish. We have attended some events at the store and had a blast. Kinsey and Cody are great and infinitely helpful. I love that they aren’t just store owners, they are community builders.
