The team is wonderful my pup is a bit extra and dramatic. I understand that is difficult but the petco team treats him with love and support him through the grooming process i can tell my boy enjoyed his time with the groomer he comes home so happy. Hes gone to other places and is usually so depressed when he gets home. Thats how we know there is a huge difference in care.

Overall, the grooming service was decent. However, the lack of information about how I would be notified when the grooming service was done was a hassle because I had to go back and forth from my car to the store to check whether my dog was ready to be picked up.

My groomer was amazingly helpful with both of our dogs, including helping us also buy, and fit, a new harness for our XXL German Shepherd. She was wonderful!

Iris in La Habra is an excellent groomer and always treats the pets with such care that she grooms. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her customer service is fantastic as well.

Randie groomed our dog and she was so kind and patient with our dog Jack. He was very nervous but she was patient with him. She was very good and communicating with me what she thought was best for Jack and explained everything very well.

I love Petco. I used to love Petsmart...but the grooming service or the communication in the grooming department has gone downhill. Randie has proven to be just fabulous. I couldn't be happier. The change was so worth it!!!!!

Our pups first mini-grooming. Had his bangs cut so we could see his eyes and a bit of tummy shaving. He is an over-active pup and the groomer was up to the challenge.

They didn’t work with the puppies. One was half shaved and no bath, the other was butchered. I suggest getting qualified people that have had training and licenses. Will never take them to Petco or Petsmart again.
