Overall, the grooming service provided was satisfactory. However, it would have been more convenient if there had been clear communication regarding the notification process for when the grooming was completed. To avoid unnecessary trips back and forth between the car and the store, I would appreciate more transparency in the future.

Staff are always very helpful, today we're celebrating our furbaby's first birthday, almost a year ago we came in with a neonate that needed formula and more... staff helped us figure out all the things we needed to take good care of our beloved new family member.Cashier is always very sweet and patient.

GAVE MY CAT FLEAS!!! I recently got a new kitty and needed him vaccinated. I took 2 of my other cats to a vet down the street for there but I heard good things about petcos vaccination clinics so I decided to take my new kitty there for their imdoor kitten package. All of my cats are indoors and do not travel anywhere. I was the first appointment when they opened and was first in line, they checked me in and took the other person who was behind me in line, first. What’s the point of an appointment? Then they gave my cat a liquid treat while he was getting his vaccines that I noticed was always opened and given to other cats before and after mine. After I left they called me and said I forgot to take the stool sample bag with me when it was never offered to me in the first place. Lastly, HE CAME HOME WITH FLEAS AND NOW ALL MY CATS HAVE FLEAS. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. I can’t get a refund, I can’t get my vaccines at another vet outside of petco, I can’t get compensation for anything, I can’t transfer the package to something else..horrible. I feel so horrible that I am putting my cats through this all because I decided to go to petco.

Big Thank you to the wonderful groomers here! Bathing Deacon is like washing a mid-size sedan and it's not his favorite thing to do. He usually pouts after a bath and this time he didn't so they must have been great with him.The store itself has a very nice staff that were eager to help with questions about their products. We would highly recommend the groomers and this store, as out experience was a very positive one.

Went to take our 6 month old pup for a bath/grooming. Renee was the groomer. She did such a wonderful job with her. It was Nilla’s first time getting groomed. Our expectations of having her long hair cut.. we didn’t know what the outcome would be. We were very please that we could see her adorable face again and she didn’t look like a lost puppy off the street. Everyone Petco is so friendly and welcoming. We love our neighborhood store!

My first time here. Great service from all I spoke with. Trinity did a great job with my dog Raider. He is friendly but very strong and not easy to handle sometimes. Raider will become a regular here. Thank you Trinity and the rest of the team for the great service and care.

Friendly helpful staff, they didn't have what I wanted so called around to other stores to try and locate for me. When they couldn't find it at other stores was kind enough to show me the similar items that happened to be on sale. My dogs love their new beds.

My mom and I took in our dogs for nail trimming here this morning. Our dogs are easy going when it comes to getting groomed or nail trimming. The vibe here was so off and our dogs were not comfortable here. I watched the girl trim my mom's dogs nails and I don't like the way she was pulling on her after we mentioned she had a past injury on her leg and to be careful with her. Was not satisfied with the nail trimming.

I bring my two pitbulls to get groomed and I always schedule my appointments with Renee. One of my pitbulls has always been very anxious with baths and would tremble prior. He no longer does this and I’m sure it’s because of his experience with Renee. She’s so patient and kind with both my dogs. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dan was great. He went above & beyond for me.The manager however could use some positive energy and could be more active. She’s kind of mean and unhappy to talk to. She just seemed liked she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to help me.Go to the Brea or Whittier location instead. Those managers run a better store.

The man(didnt get his name)that helped me on Friday 8/18/23 was stocking and took the time to take me to the kitten section of the store and helped point to the items I needed for my little Baby girl Patches, showed me and waited until I was sure of getting the right items, veryyyyy helpppppfulllll, petco is my favorite pet store and the man(didn't get his name also)at checkout was veryyyyy helppppp. Thank you so much

Ordered online and picked up at the store. Quick service and a great help. Andrea and the team were very kind in helping me bring my items to the car. The fish section was pretty nice too. I'd give them a visit!

Staff was friendly but very busy so finding help was hard. Store is clean and decent th variety. This is a smaller store so it doesnt have the selection of one of their other stores.

Great grooming service! Highly recommend them. All of the groomers are top-notch. Communication about appointments and when your pet is ready to get picked up... could improve a bit. I suggest calling just prior to your appointment to verify they are good to go and also call after 2 hrs. or around time quoted to see if your pet child is ready. I will definitely be back! 🐕

I had called and asked if the store had any new cat grass, and was told that there were two new ones in stock. I asked if they could be set aside for me and said I would be there in a couple of hours. The staff member did set two on the front counter for me, and I retrieved them in a timely manner. I would not have gone to the store if I hadn't known that there was fresh grass available.
