I love my local Starbucks. Never had a single issue here. Wanted to let everyone know how great the employees are. A few know me by name and I always feel so welcomed when I go in. They are superstars there. I went today 11/21/23 and they were having WiFi issues. Cash only, manually taking orders and they were still awesome. It was triple star day today too, so I could’ve imagine how many people were upset. It’s not the stores fault the WiFi went out. They are all so amazing and I just think everyone needs to know this. Kingsburg Starbucks, is the best Starbucks around!

Typical Starbucks, friendly service at least when we where there last, small parking in the front but a lot more on the back, the Chai latte I ordered was good, but the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap was tasteless, not the location’s fault since those come from elsewhere. Just know what to order and you should be fine, they also have a drive thru.

Watery Gross Green Tea Frap!! Tastes terrible, I’ve never had this happen before. Seeing as I’ve been ripped off as I can’t drink this but am already leaving the area I figured the least I can do is warn everyone. This is the #1 WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!

These two items took about 15mins plus to make, if you wanna waste your time come over to this Starbucks, they don’t even know how to pronuncie names with other customers. The coffee taste really burnt too, wouldn’t recommend.

There's nothing much to say about Starbucks other than it's Starbucks. If you know how to order, you know what's good. Now the staff here is friendly and kind. They forgot one of my orders and right away got it for me. People need to understand that. Don't be rude to anyone, especially those who serve your food.

I always enjoy a treat from Starbucks, no matter what time of day it is. This Starbucks is no exception. However, it did seem like they were sold out or didn't offer all the items I have gotten elsewhere. The store is very clean and tidy, and the drinks and food tasted amazing (I just wish they had a couple items I wanted that they were out of), and their staff is overall friendly.

My custom order is a Caramel Macchiato w/ one shot decaf but it's the best for my health. The atmosphere is cozy if you want to relax. I usually put in my mobile order, grab & go. Busy grooming my furry friends.

I ordered via mobile with 3 items at 1:00pm and went through the drive thru at 1:04pm.The lady notified me that next time we should give them at least 5 minutes to complete the order which made no sense to me since there were 4-5 cars in front and they would just treat me like I was apart of the many people waiting in the drive thru.Once I got to the window it was already past 1:13pm. She handed me the drink and told me to have a good day when I still had 2 more food items so I notified her and she went to grab them. When she got back to the window she was asking if I had ordered a grilled cheese too but I kept mentioning that I didn’t even though she kept insisting I did and looked frustrated that I was denying it. All I got were two pastry items and a drink. She continued to ask me if I had placed another order afterward, which I told her no, then told me to go on the app and fix it because she insisted I purchased a grilled cheese which I never did. I don’t understand why I was getting unnecessary attitude from the start from this one employee. Even the drink didn’t taste the way it usually does.

Guy at the drive thru window was very courteous. I rarely get to go to Starbucks, but I had a gift card I was able to use to get myself a drink today.He was also very nice when I didn't remember their sizes & told me I can just order as small, medium or large. That was very nice and easy for me, so thank you for the pleasant service! 💕💕💕💕

In the past they have always had good service, but today they were a little off their game. The young man that helped me was very polite and helpful, but they somehow forgot about my order and left me hanging for about 15 minutes. While I was waiting there were 3-4 other individuals that had ordered, but had to trade their drinks in due to errors in the order. I'm sure they'll fix what's wrong though.

I love that I can always get a drink that suits my mood. Caleb was a gem. Excellent customer service beyond what I expect anywhere. I left the drive thru in a better mood than I arrived in just because of his attitude!

The last couple of times I have been here, I have been blamed for their mistakes. The staff will fight you about it being correct, even when they shorted the first drink by a quarter of the cup, and the second time the ice had compleately melted making it watered down entirely. We have been ordering the same drinks for over five years now, and we have never had so many issues with the staff fighting back and not taking ownership. Will drive to another town to get my coffee from now on.

We waited 30 minutes for our drink and the staff was still unfriendly. My coffe was cold I asked for another hot one. They said no. 10 dollar coffee for nothing. Never again!

They are handicapped by the tight ,crowded location, making the experience rather tense and nerve racking. Best to take it to go, and drink it while heading on your way...

I waited for 30 minutes for a tea and never got it, they didn't have any sandwhiches, and I won't go back to this starbucks ever again. They didn't give me my money back, so I had to leave for work drinkless and moneyless.
