Wow I had stopped shopping here in the past year or so. It just felt dirty and employees were not helpful. But after todays visit for some last minute groceries I’m a happy customer again. I will be returning for my regular shopping days. Very clean well stocked. Cashier was really friendly. Guy in the bakery was really kind and helpful. I got good vibes in here today. Really nice atmosphere.

Not a fan of their high prices due to their union wages. We drive to Visalia WinCo to save 20 to 30 percent. But do shop save Mart for incidentals that are needed. Employees smoking up the front of the store when they smoke in front of the store. Very lax on animals in store and in shopping carts. Update: even worse with people taking their dogs in. The employee still fumigates the front entrance with his cigarette smoke. Of note, now they have a male employee that thinks he can pull off being a woman by putting on make up and having long hair.

Can't help but to feel so blessed when shopping. All the staff members have been super attentive and friendly. I've been handicap for a number of years now, so when I share that all the staff are , (in my eyes) friendly and kind, it would be an understatement. Thank you everyone...

Check expiration dates on ALL your products before purchase and save your reciept. I've wasted too much money shopping here and taking the loss due to not having my receipt. This has become a constantly reoccurring issue and all I get is a bad attitude when I return the weeks, sometimes months, expired product as if its my job to stock their shelf. Just drive to Walmart in selma and save yourself some money.

I just left Savemart Kingsburg and will never return. Customer Service sucks! I wanted to purchase BV butter that was on sale. I picked up the wrong one and asked the kid up front to please get me the correct one. You would have thought I asked him to cut off his arm. It made sense when I went to get it but there was none! Not even a place for it to be stocked. One of the workers told me to ask for a raincheck. I was told I couldn't get one because it was on the 3 day sale.. In that case they should substitute. They lost a good customer!

Clean....you can find everything...if you are budget shopping shop elsewhere..Save Mart is convenient in town but is pricey ...example a can of corn is $3.00 and a tub of Cream Cheese is almost $10.00....YES there are some highlighted savings but that doesn't make a dent if they are items you don't buy or need...So with that said it's crowded for the prices..???

Where do I start. This business has incredibly efficient and friendly staff more so than any other grocery store I've ever been to. They are always helpful and finding something and will drop what they're doing stacking shelves Etc to help you find what you're looking for. We are lucky to have this store in Kingsburg and I cannot say enough about the staff even late at night when everybody's tired they're always helpful and friendly. From fresh meat to fresh produce, you can't beat this place for having what you need even with all the shortages of supply that we've been experiencing. Thank you to the staff and management of the Kingsburg Savemart!

This save mart haves to be the most cleanest and friendly one that I have ever been to. Absolutely great costumer service 10 out of 10. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and they have just about all you need if not more than you need. My shopping experience is always a great one when I stop by this location. It's in a great clean shopping area next to a Starbucks, Carl's Jr's, Little Caesars CVS there's a Starbucks. Across the street UPS, Verizon, Hibachi house EECU ATMs and more.

I wish they would stock the shelves earlier in the morning but I know they don't always have control and they can't can't stock whenever they want but it's really hard to get around sometimes. The store looks beautiful with a lot of the new improvements I know there's more to come but it already looks great. The people who work there are wonderful so helpful and pleasant ...it's always a pleasure to shop there.

This review is specific to the bakery.I went in to order 2 dozen cupcakes on a Thursday 24 hours in advance for Friday afternoon at 1pm. I show up at 1:30pm to find out that my order was not made. I was taking these to my daughter's classroom 20 minutes before they end the day (school policy) to celebrate her birthday with her classmates. Well they tell me I can take what is out on the tables or wait 10 to 15 minutes as they make them. I tell them I was charged for the decoration I chose and it was an extra charge per dozen. Cupcakes on the table were not to my liking so I opted for them to make them with another simple decoration(plastic ring). I was refunded a portion of the extra fee while they made them. So now I'm rushed to get to the school traffic is bad and I get there 5 minutes before they end the day. So now all the kids did not get a cupcake because they ride the bus and food is not allowed on the buses.So now I'm apologizing to upset kids because they could not get a cupcake. This also caused the classroom to be a few minutes late to be released. I didn't think I needed to call and confirm order when I ordered it 24 hours in advance.Lesson learned! This is my second time ordering from Save Mart, I usually order from Costco. The bakery still gets three stars because they do make good desserts but their follow through on orders needs work.In my opinion I think it was the staff member who took my order mistake. Since it was placed in there schedule board on the wrong day because the ladies who were working had to look for it and found it on Mondays slot when it clearly said Friday April 23 at 1pm on the order form.

I love the sandwiches at Savemart BUT yesterday I went ordered 2 sandwiches no one else in line and it took him 30 minutes to make them. Not kidding I even told him my mom has Alzheimer's I left her in the car could you please hurry at the 20 minute mark and it still took him another 10 minutes. I wasn't going to complain because even tho she was just getting out of the car to look for me when I got out there she hadn't and the sandwiches were great BUT today my boyfriend was so impressed with my leftovers he wanted another one. So went to Deli took a long time (not 1/2 hour...) And when he got home instead of the roast beef on sourdough with horseradish cheddar that he ordered we got turkey on French bread with jack cheese. I can't even imagine how they could have misunderstood him to that extent. And he said to me you wanted sourdough right & I said no I wanted Dutch Crunch so he's positive he clearly said sourdough!! Lol and is more than positive he told them roast beef since that's what he was craving!! We had allready taken a couple bites before we realized so we were stuck. So right now I can't give them.very many stars. BUT if you have plenty of time & double check what you are getting before you leave you should be fine!!

They have a wide variety of options available, not just food. They offer organic, gluten free, and other dietary restriction foods. Their bathrooms are always clean. The people are nice and helpful. Their parking lot is spacious and well lit. It is easy to get in and out from the street and from the freeway.

For a small town this store has everything you need for any occasion. I love all if the paleo items and gluten free section too - bigger variety than a lot of stores I've been to. The staff are all very nice.

This is the best supermarket in the little tiny town of Kingsburg. Everyone here treats you with total respect and will go above and beyond for your every need. I love shopping here every single employee that works for this company makes me feel like a celebrity every time I step foot inside their establishment. It’s like going to a family reunion everytime I need to go to the store. I'd drive at least 25miles to come to this one if I ever move away

Friendly oriented environment. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this store besides self-checkout issues, but its always the machines at fault, and the staff always resolve it rightaway. Alot of good people work here.

Convenient due to location only. Limited quantity, quality, and highly expensive organic produce, cheese, and meat compared to whole foods. Mostly friendly and quick staff. Times are changing. Demand for conventional food is dropping while organic and humanely raised products continues to grow.

For the most part it's a nice clean store with friendly people , I would say one thing they could improve on is the freshness of the meat they grill ,twice I ordered tri tip sandwiches and the meat was cold and tasted like it was made hours before ,even when the gentleman grilling the food told me twice it was fresh ,just made within the hour

I don't go there but maybe once a month for my usual item but this is the second time I was scolded for making a mistake at the register and the attendant having to come and correct it. So I spoke up about it and the second time lady apologized for being short in temper I don't know if I will come back again I liked them better in Selma!!
