Three years ago I wrote a review about how terrible this pharmacy is. They don’t care if you have the medications that you need and don’t even attempt to help you. They only want insurance covered patients because it’s all about the money and not about the health of the people that they should be providing medication for. They never have your medicine on time and then jerk you around for days blaming it on your insurance all the while you are going without medication that you need. The pharmacists are rude and most of the counter people are as well. I think it’s sad that even though I wrote a review 3 years ago not one thing has changed about this pharmacy that just goes to show they really don’t care they just want your money it’s absolutely sickening shame on them they should all be fired and start fresh.

The staff at the Kingsburg location is kind and always willing to help. I am always greeted while entering and they seem attentive to any questions or needs I might have. The pharmacy is prompt and was helpful with questions about vaccinations I am receiving prior to my nursing program.

love love this CVS Kingsburg . not only do I save money with their amazing coupons and deals plus extra bucks, now they have pick up service. It’s amazing! This is the third time that I’ve done it this way and everything was ready within 20 minutes and all paid for fast and efficient. Kudos to CVS kingsburg you guys are the best!!

Stays top notch. Never disappointed. We've been using CVS in Kingsburg since we moved here and it's fantastic. I have never had to wait for scripts any unreasonable amount of time and the staff knows me by name. I'm spoken to like a person and treated with respect and kindness. My questions are answered and the staff shows me where to find something I can't find. Whether it's at the pharmacy window, the floor, or the point of sale, I can expect the best of this CVS. A special shout out to Stephanie for helping me navigate insurance issues after my son's passing and to Carlos for walking me to my car after my cane broke. Really just above and beyond.

The CVS cashier was so helpful. I didn't find the formula nutramigen I was looking for but I did find one for lactose sensitivity. Good luck out there my parents with hypoallergenic babies. I'll post more if I come across any.

CVS is not dependable. I have an automatic refill on my prescriptions. Today I need to take one and they don't have it and don't know where to get it or when they will get it. With automatic refill they should know in advance I need this prescription TODAY. Just horrible. I have wanted an excuse to switch pharmacies, now sounds like a good time.

ON June 7th 2021 I visited CVS in Kingsburg CA I was very happy with the store employees the cleanness of the store and especially the pharmacy Dept. Without appt for my first dose vaccination Kristina without hesitation she prepared it and gave it to me even though the pharmacist Mr. Wing stepped in as well to see if I needed any more help even the technician was very helpful . I love this location even though 30 minutes away from where I live this is my store going forward.They know what customer service is . A+++++++

WARNING! Don't shop here unless you enjoy being followed around by the plain clothes security guard. Today, April 17th, 2019, My children and I walked down to our neighborhood CVS. My husband just had surgery, and he needed some bandages. We found what we needed. We then decided to browse around for a while, because it was hot outside and we were on foot. The security guard, wearing plain clothes, followed us down 5+ isles. Always staring and making us uncomfortable. At one point he *jogged* from one isle to the next - just to keep an eye on us. We are not shop lifters! We live right down the street. We do not appreciate being followed and profiled as criminals. It was upsetting! I will never shop at this CVS location again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The girl at the register was on her phone laughing at her text messages on the job, did not greet me, was RUDE the entire time. I needed to return a product, she gave me an attitude and she could not help me so she called her manager. I was able to return products here before without a problem. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

Very nice young man cashier. Their system down a manager letting them know what to do which is great but he might let customers know also and open a second Check out. Sale prices usually good but over all very expensive and sale stuff buy so many to get one free makes you have to spend more in long run.

worst pharmacy ever. the young male pharmacist was rude and not friendly to previous lady. he didnt bother look at patients. line was long and only 1 register open. no one at drop off. i walked back and forward but got ignored. i left and took my script to cvs in sanger. way faster service and friendly and cute female pharmacist.

They call and say the prescription is ready. When I get to CVS it isn't ready. Sometimes they don't know I have a prescription. I'll see many people behind the counter but no one is helping the customers. There is a small pharmacy in Reedley I'm thinking of switching to.

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready when they should be. One of their pharmacist acts like he knows more than the doctors do. Overall this pharmacy is terrible and has been for years.
