A dark, dingy building, with isles of dust covered items. Shelved items out of order & no thought given to grouping related items together.I purchases new fluorescent bulbs. I asked if I could bring the old ones to them to be properly disposed of. The clerk stated no, but not to worry. He explained how the store disposed of theirs..... put in large garbage bag and stomp on end to release gasses ect. Then tie up and "chuck it" in with regular trash. Otherwise take them to county site over 30 minutes away & pay fees for correct disposal practice. This is in a most beautiful national park area town at the top of California. Unbelievable honesty, heartbreaking truth!

I seriously don't know who thinks the place smells like smoke, buuuuuuuut that is garbage data. 30 yrs as a local the place doesn't smell like smoke. What an odd review of a hardware store.Stock is not always the best but it's a small store. Good people. Helpful advice.

Extremely helpful staff, I'm blown away at their inventory for operating on such a small amount of land.I used to never want to go into hardware stores because I would always leave the big chains feeling incompetent and ignored. I actually look forward to a trip here now, couldn't recommend this store enough.

Scott and Kathy made my trip to the store quick and easy. I was looking for hinge bolts and they walked me to the aisle and got what I was looking for. I was in and out if the store in 2 minutes.

The great staff here will help you find anything you need to get the job done. Selection may be limited on things like power tools, but I always find quality stuff for my list of to-dos, plus a little more.Limited close parking, but that's normal in North Tahoe.

It's a very small space inside, but they have lots of products. It's much easier to find what you need if you ask, and staffs are always happy to help. They also have machinery for rent in their court yard. Very convenient location and easy parking.

Have some things, but out of most everything I specifically needed. Probably COVID-19s fault, but.... one employee was a total ignorant and unhelpful human. The carmels at the front counter are delicious.Stop by if you need something they don't have, so you can drive to Kings for it.

Well it might be the best hardware store in Incline Village in at least it's old maintained and the staff is great you two might find what you need here at least there is no competition or struggle when it comes to shopping this place is only busy early in the morning and will accommodate your knee throughout the day

This is the nicest Ace Hardware on Lake Tahoe. If you're doing any kind of home improvement, this is a must stop location as their staff and stock could very well save you a trip over the mountain to Truckee, Reno, or Carson.

Well stocked hardware store. Regular customer. However when I was there buying paint and being 72 years old I asked to use their restroom. They said no. Not good customer relations.

Extremely dirty and absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Not like it was blowing in from outside, but that the place had been smoked in for years. Definitely avoid.
