Stopped here to get a chew toy for our golden retriever. They have a large selection of toys and food for all your pets needs, from 4 legged to feathered.The owner is super helpful and has a lot of info about the area. The dogs you will find in there lay in the craziest postions and will give you a chuckle.

Y'all this place is too cute. The woman who works here is super helpful and sweet. They have friendly dogs and cats. The selection is nice. My cats loved their souvenirs!

Such a cute little pet store! I stopped during a vacation here and picked up a gift for our English Bulldog—a bone for hard-chewers that he absolutely loved! The owner was extremely nice and knowledgeable, making for a pleasant experience here. The store had a great variety of toys with varying durabilities, suitable for a wide range of dogs. I would definitely recommend this cute little shop!

I absolutely love this store! Michelle is always great about giving personalized food suggestions for my dogs. She also puts her toy selection through testing! One day I saw her comparing a few chuck it/tennis ball throwers to see which one was easiest to throw the ball the furthest!

What a hidden gem in downtown Kings Beach. Michelle the Owner was so helpful with finding me the perfect food for my extremely picky eating dog. She took the time to go over all my needs. Her dogs were so cute and friendly too. My dog Maebh loves her play date at the store. Great products and price. The store is cute as a button too!! We are going to back!!

Came to visit with a friend while up here for the long weekend. It seemed appropriate to stop here since she brought her new puppy up with us. We didnt have the puppy at the shop but she wanted to look around. Possibly one of the largest selections on dog treats I've seen at an independent pet shop. They also had 2 fish swimming in a very large tank and 3 doggos that seemed to be residents. The person in charge seemed to be quite knowledgeable and my friend was able to make her purchase of salmon flavored dog treats. Stop by this store and check it out! If I had more than a hamster, it would give me more reason to go back lol

Well-supplied store in a cute little cottage across from the lake. Michelle the owner is friendly and helpful. Her dogs and cat are friendly and add to the store's homey feel. Prices are only a bit more than the bigger chains but you're supporting a small local business.

Simply put, Hot Diggity Dog and Cat is the BEST. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, and has helped us create a well balanced and affordable diet plan for our pets.The store itself has a great selection of foods, toys, treats, pet essentials, and more. There needs to be a sign outside that says the beagle isn’t friendly with other dogs. He bit my puppy in the face and drew blood and left marks on his face. When it was brought to the owners attention we were told ” beagles aren’t very friendly sometimes” if your dog isn’t good with other dogs then why do you have them out front of a pet store!!??? Warn potential clients or move the dog
