This motel's heating system makes the room very stuffy so much so that my son couldn't sleep until I turned it off. However, after turning off the heater, I felt too cold to fall asleep. As such, I had to turn on the heater after he fell asleep. Even with the heater on, I still felt that the blanket was too thin. Hence, I requested the front desk for an extra blanket which, I thought, would be very easy. To my surprise, the front desk firmly refused my request. I reminded him that he could easily get one from any of his vacant rooms now that most of the building was unoccupied, but he still declined. I'm not sure if it's just this particular Motel 6 or all of them, but after having stayed in so many various motels or hotels with different ratings, this is the first and the only one that has refused to offer their customers an extra blanket upon request. Regardless, Motel 6 is extremely uncompassionate and puts their convenience above their customers' health. I ended up with catching a fever. Their WIFI was terrible and the turntable in the microwave didn't work, so we had to manually rotate it every so often. Definitely NOT recommended!

I've provided videos of my first and second room experiences. I went to this hotel expecting a decent location to stay that wasn't too fancy. But the first thing I noticed when I entered my first room were cockroaches. I returned to the lobby and informed them of the bug-infested room. They quickly relocated my room which appeared to be clean at first, but the following morning I was greeted by cockroaches...Again, I'm not looking for anything too fancy, but if the hotel is going to charge me a reasonable price, they should at the very least provide a clean and sanitary room.

We had absolutely amazing customer service! The gentleman at the front desk was so kind. Another thing that stood out to all of us was the STUNNING pothos plant in the lobby. It created such a nice and welcoming atmosphere in a fairly desert-esque city. Stunning, and felt so homey while we were out of town. The employees clearly care for it it extremely well, and that mixed with the kindness of the employees was delightful.

Stayed 07/16-4:30-ish the following morning. Didn’t expect much, cheap room, you get what you pay for.What I did not pay for was for the sheets to have what looked like blood spatter that’s been “washed”.Around 4 am, my husband has to use the facilities, and sees about 5 cockroaches scatter when he turned the light on.When he informed staff, she didn’t believe him. She said something about the inconvenience of having to shut down the rooms next to ours. We packed and checked out.

Looks good from the outside but… the grounds are dirty. The stair handrails are grimy and stained. You don’t want to touch them. The room seemed clean except the outside of the shower. Shower door doesn’t latch. No shampoo or conditioner. Bare bones. No iron no hairdryer. Towels are stained and rag like. They would scratch your car if u used them to wash ur car. The TV had one channel - spanish novela. The parking lot backs up to a trailer park full of barking dogs and barbed wire. And lots of cats. Shady. AND the pool was dirty so no swimming. No bugs though so yeay for that

Stay FAR AWAY from this place. It is a hotel for hooded, faceless individuals…Staring around dusk, hoards of hooded men are wandering around everywhere, most going in and out of rooms, many sleeping on the pavement or under a tree right outside of your room Most people staying here do not have cars, therefore, you will see a very few cars in the parking lot. I drove out around back to see if I could move my room somewhere safe, and was horrified to see the conditions back there. It just looks like a homeless camp. We left immediately. There is a CaliforniaHighway Patrol location right next door BUT it is closed and surrounded by razor wire. Obviously they either lost control of the situation next door, or were instructed not to deal with this mess.Safety: Very UNSAFE

The Motel in general was ok. It did it's purpose was just to sleep. During my stay, many of my family members stay in there too and their heater didn't work. Make sure to stop by the nearest dollar store for water since the water at the hotel is not the best. They do have microwave and refrigerator. They charge you per person. Even if there is only one bed in the room.

I started staying at Motel 6's 40+ years ago, & since then, I stayed at many other chain hotels. This is the worst hotel ever. At 4:00 p.m., the lobby doors were locked, & we had to interact with staff thru bulletproof glass. My room was small, cramped, & the controls to the air conditioner were almost impossible to effect an acceptable ambient temperature. The management had little to no people skills & poorly represented this chain. I only stayed at this hotel due to logistics & time constraints, but I will never return to this or perhaps any other Motel 6.

When we first arrived something felt off. There are multiple tenants living there. It is very noisy, so don’t count on resting. At 5 am a group of men woke us up, screaming “ let’s go “ and had loud music. I believe they work around there and stay in the motel. The bathroom towels were so dirty and the room had an unpleasant smell. To top it off a man was trying to get inside our room. We were really worried and called the front desk. We were told it was an accident. Never again will I stay here, could not sleep at all. Beware and find somewhere else!

Sheets were dirty. Sink was moldy and not wiped down. There were only two towels (big towels) and no shampoo or conditioner. Customer service was rushed and non detailed. Wrong code to the Wi-Fi was given. Remote batteries were low. Microwave read incorrect time. Terrible lightening in the entire room. There was no do not disturb tab accessible. The window curtain was hanging off towards the corner. The lock and latch were unsecured (loose screws).

Bed’s definitely need more pillows. Also, clean pillows. I had a black light with me and one of the pillows was super gross, the other two were clean. Small annoyance, the remote for the tv doesnt work because the cable box is so far behind the tv, that the remote only works when standing directly in front of the tv.

I am checked in here right now with my family. While the ad clearly says free wifi, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WIFI IN THE ROOM HERE! The reception advised that the wifi is only available outside the room and he cannot help it if we have to work online while in the room. There is a wifi which clearly says “Motel 6 guests wifi” but surprisingly the receptionist doesn’t know the password! A very unproductive day here.

Filthy bathroom. Not cleaned. Dried up toothpaste on towel holder shelf. Thick dust where towels go. No towels at all. Had to ask for them. Wifi never worked. Phone in room filthy and was broken. Shower filthy. Staircase hand rail so disgusting and filthy I didn't even want to touch it. Blood splattered on wall near staircase. Mgmt/owner man is way rude. I was told to call customer service 1800# and the guy was rude and hung up on me. Overpriced and not even worth $50/night let alone $150.. this place is a filthy dump and health department and corporate offices need a visit. Ppl stay here because they have no choice. Only available hotel in town.

I was upset that the lady in the office didn't feel like making coffee at 7am when I was told at check in that there would be coffee. Also there was like no hot water when I took a shower . It wouldn't get hot .Rooms: They needed to fix a few things

We stayed 2 nights. The lights outside were horrendous and kept me up for the better parts of both nights because the curtains did not shut out these lights. They were too short and transparent. Meanwhile, on the second day, the cleaning person must have suddenly left because the cleaner bottle was left in the room, and the towels and plastic cups were not replenished. We had a floor towel on the shelf of the bath towels and thus had only one bath towel, one hand towel, and two floor towels. When I went to the front desk at 9pm for another towel, there were none as they were in the dryer.

Our room had a strong smell of chemicals. Maybe recently repaired or remodeled? We noticed small insects on one our two beds while getting ready to go to bed, bed number two was clear so we used it. . The shower was not clean. No toiletries is a minus for us. No ice machine or vending machine near our room is also a minus. Too loud too early for us on a Sunday morning. We had checked in after midnight and had also requested a room away from noisy areas. We were told ""not to worry about it".

If you're just looking for a place to sleep cause you have been on the road for so long, then this is the right place to go. If you're looking for quality, this is not the place for you. Everything in the room was already so dirty. My ice bucket was filled with weird stains as well as my towels. Pretty nasty right there. Don't forget to bring your own shampoo cause they only have a bar of soap here. At least the TV was fine, except on my screen there would be two black dots on the bottom of it. I didn't even sleep under the covers cause I was too worried of what I might find there. If you're feeling risky then definitely stop here. :)

Our room and experience could have been better, but I guess we get what we pay for. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. There were hairs in the shower stall, and the toilet was not clean when we arrived. The towels in the bathroom also had stains on them. The AC controller on the wall did not function. I wish I would have spent an extra $10 and stayed at the Best Western.

First of all at least they try and were nice. The room had a fresh coat of paint and even had crown molding, but what hit you first was an offensive and strange smell that took about four hours to become nose blind. The rest of the issues were normal for Motel 6, things were old and bare bones. I hated looking over the shower spicket and it's fine mist spray that couldn't be adjusted. I had to stoop so low to wet and shampoo my hair. Finally, just behind the parking lot was a mobile home park with a fence topped with razor wire; who are they keeping out?The $90 rate didn't feel like such a deal when there was load karaoke party going on late into the night (that was in the trailer park).Well, at least there were no bugs and my car didn't get broken into.

The two rooms I purchased for the two nights were disgusting. Mold everywhere in the bathrooms. No soap or shampoo the first day. Only one bathroom vent worked and that one was covered in dirt and lint. Stains on the bedspreads. The topper was a booger smeared on the wall next to my bed. If that wasn't enough someone covered the SMOKE DETECTOR with plastic bags. So that made us feel extra safe. I have used your chain many times to make economical trips here and there. I have never had this. If someone actually reads this and cares I can send pictures to back up all comments. If not, that is fine but you have definitely lost 4 customers for sure.

Woman at the front desk was friendly and nice. Easy check-in. Internet worked well. The bed was very soft, giving me a back ache, sheets were worn very thin and didn't fit the bed, so it kept popping up. Noise level at the motel was fine, location was convenient to the freeway and easy morning coffee, gas, etc., and it felt like a relatively safe Motel 6, i.e., no crackheads screaming at each other, or sketchy people, like some Motel 6s. Room (full-size option) was very small, but had a fridge and microwave. Paid around $90 for a Wednesday night - seemed high for the quality of room. The property grounds have a nice big lawn and some nice plants and trees for walking the dogs, which was a plus for me. No dog fee at Motel 6, which is the main reason I stay there. Some, like the Motel 6 in Santa Rosa and the one in Napa, are NOT worth it, though, but this one is acceptable if you're traveling and get too tried to drive.

The check in process was easy enough. The room was fine I guess, you kinda get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable, they had a nice TV, microwave and mini fridge. The room wasn't super clean... Sheets had some stains, along with the mats, we had a dirty cuetip in the shower. The people above us seemed to be building something? I'm not sure if they were guests or if the room was being worked on. Anyway when the stomping around hadn't stopped at 11pm, we called the office and they said they would call the room. The noise stopped soon after.

Was concerned as the price was very attractive that this might be a little "rough around the edges". When we arrived, the staff was genuinely nice and thorough. The room was clean and stocked. The pool was refreshing and clean. They even had a BBQ in the pool area you could use and a laundry room! Located next door to the California Highway Patrol, you know the area is going to be ok. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay very pleasant.

When we arrived the room had dirty towels still in the bathroom, no soap or shampoo, and hair in the sink. When we asked for shampoo the housekeeper handed us a half full bottle of men's dove shampoo. We asked to change rooms and the front desk person seemed irritated by our request. The second room was no better. The second room had hair in the shower, and no smoke alarm, and lights that didn't work. I will not be visiting this hotel again.

Average? I can tell their remodeling to the new Motel 6 standard design, but you can tell the facility is old--somehow all the features (shower, etc.) seem very fragile and transient. Not sterile and new enough to be "institutional" but no charm either. Staff was competent but with an indifferent attitude. Hold-up resistant front desk wasn't exactly inviting, though I understand the need.I suppose they are doing the best they can with what you have to work with, but it's hard to get excited about. I have a feeling that you want to evoke some feeling of the room being standardized, but it just isn't, so instead feels cheap.
