I used to use this Tru value a lot. But stopped because of the people working there. I had 43 days agonan emergency and instead of going to Paso I bought one hoping it would fit from here. It didn’t so I put it with the receipt in its package on my back seat. Last time I was in King City I forgot it, so today I brought it back. The lady who acted like she was in charge was ageuing about how she doesn’t care what the price is in King city that don’t price match. Then she told me they have a struck 30 day policy and even though my hose is brand new kn the package it came in with the reciept she is keeping my $30. I used to go in every week as I ranch and work with materials and tools. I will never go back. $30 cost them any future money from me or my business. I hope they change manegement again so I can go back to haveing a hardware store that’s dependable instead of going to Soledad or Paso.

Needed a weedeater, stood around for 10 minutes, with employees ignoring me. I was holding it, I wanted it and the staff didn't care. Store is nicer, but staff isn't up to the tasks.

Helpful People work at King City Ace Hardware. It took us 3 storewide searches to find an Epoxy Glue that I needed to do an emergency repair on the road.

This place is a mini big box store! It has a little bit of everything a big box store does but its better because the customer service is great! The store is clean and well organized. They suggested products and ideas to make my project easier and much better. The outcome was more than I expected. 5 stars all day everyday!

Very satisfied, clean store, helpful employee's, above and beyond, as it was the end of the day, they were happy to stay open a little bit longer, to see I got what I needed. Ace, in general usually has at least one of what I need, even the odd ball stuff, nobody else carries in stock. Although, you will pay a little more then big box stores, they more then make up for it in service. Friendly too. Thanks guys.

The remodel ace hardware store looks well organized, cleaner, and now they have way more stuff. It's like going into a candy store 🤔 they have so many neat stuff.

Small town place with small town service! They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Home Depot they are not and they don't pretend to be. Prices are on the high side until you factor in time and fuel to go elsewhere.
