Despite the negative reviews, we got our order pretty fast and accurate. Sergio at the drive thru was nice and Ashley was super nice and even offered a variety of sugars to pick from 😋 finally good service today! Thank you for my yummy breakfast!

We stop here often on our way from the Central Coast to the Valley. This location is always immaculately clean in the restrooms and dining area. The employees are efficient, polite, and take pride in their jobs. The food is always freshly made and tastes good.

Good burgers and +1 for very nice staff ! That said this place needs a manager this follow up with cleaning team ! Worst toilets I have seen in years. Please this is not that complicated to wipe once in a while ?

We did the all meat breakfast burrito combo with the sausage burrito combo everything was done perfect food look very consistent with the picture on the menu. Highly recommend if you've never been there it's a great place.

Stopped by twice, one going through to get to the beach and once coming back home.Both times I ordered the same thing, the #1 on the menu. The burger was juicy, moist and was delicious. The fries were well seasoned and crispy.I received both orders fairly quickly. They upgraded my drink to a Large the second time around because they had ran out of medium cups.There was quite a long line here, but they managed to get through everyone quickly (7-8 cars in about 10 minutes).

The food was good no errors in our order. How ever A/C was off and it was very hot couldn't enjoy our meals. The fron counter didn't acknowledge our presence and took their sweet time to take our order. I under they were making orders but at least a greeting and will be with you shortly would have suffice.

Zero stars. Had to get a refund after waiting about a half hour for my order. They constantly worked the drive thru window, but didn't hardly ever come to the front or fill their orders. Terrible service. If I was there before the umpteen cars in the drive thru, why didn't I get my order. I didn't time it. It could have been longer. No longer had an appetite.

Food was fine. Restaurant’s heating is broken so it is very uncomfortable inside (it is December, abt 45 degrees outside). The front door’s handle is also broken. This facility needs upkeep. Staff is doing a great job in a sub-par building.

Received my order promptly and it was accurate.Be sure to ask for taco sauce when you order tacos. In the drive through I haven't been asked a few times so I now check my bag first before driving away.

Horrible service. So bad I'm writing this review while I'm sitting here. Workers are the laziest bunch. No AC what so ever in the place. Flies everywhere. All our orders were wrong except 1. When told the staff was nothing but "ughs" and attitude. When a child in the group spilled their drink we informed the female worker who then rolled her eyes. If I could I'd rate this place a zero. I used to stop here ALL the time when I was coast bound. I will not be back ever again. This was absolutely THE worst service I've ever experienced. Save yourself the hassle and go to tacobell next door or denny across the street.

It's hard to gauge how many stars to give a fast food restaurant. But they didn't screw up the order, food was good, it was right off the highway. Quick stop to get gas then food then back on the highway. If I'm ever back wherever this Jack in the box was there is a good chance I'll go back.

Went for breakfast on the way to Paso Robles.I got there about 6:30am on a Friday. It looked like it was open but no one was there working.I waited as long as I could to see if anyone would show up. Nope. I had to go to McDonald's.I hate McDonald's.I gave 3 stars because Jack in the box makes great breakfasts, but only if the employees actually show up to work.

Edgar is a pu**y cuz he’s the manager and couldn’t make an executive business decision of giving me 1 free hash brown after making me wait 10min for placing the correct order originally , then I went back and ask to correct my order which took another 5 minutes and for the inconvenience I asked for 1 hash brown and was told no even after explaining that I was pregnant. Service is trash. As a manager you could negotiate anything. I’m the customer you figure out how to bridge the relationship.He didn’t even acknowledge the mess up , never apologized for inconvenience, and didn’t offer anything to compensate. But overall food was hot !!!

Great staff, but cost have gone up & all the sandwich the sizes are awful small & the adult cheese burger with bacon I think it's called the ultimate cheese burger i think its a single patty if its a double then the 2 barely qualify as 1 decent patty its hardly what id call a decent burger any more my kid would eat that & still be hungry & for 6 dollars or more for a burgers or sandwich it better be filing they use to be bigger buns & a normal size patty but not no more & I bought 3 egg rolls they were severely fried they had a scorched oil taste I threw them out.. the 2 for a dollar tacos were hardly what id call a taco it was sauce & a few stragglersof lettuce couldn't see meat mostly hard over fried shells.... terrible... I'll go else where from now on jack n the box has gone down , down, down, over priced over cooked

Terrible experience with female staff today who told me it would cost me $3.99 for a small water. Flabbergasted, I asked for the tiny clear water cup I saw in the counter. Then I was told that cup was $2.99. I will NEVER spend money on a glass of water when I have spent thousands of dollars at Jack in the box over the years. Definitely don’t go here. I left thirsty, but with food they had no issue selling me.

I went through the drive through. The order was prepared very quickly. They were out of ketchup. As part of my order I got Jalapeno poppers chicken nuggets and fries. I ordered ranch and asked about a mustard sauce. The woman seemed confused and said they don't have any and didn't offer any alternative. They only gave me two ranch sauce packs, not enough for my nuggets and poppers, key alone my fries. Also no napkins. You would think napkins would be in every order automatically for the drive through so I world guess the owner is really cheap and trying to save money or the employees are poorly trained.

As I recounted on the survey on my receipt: After a full five-minute wait in line, the female serving the drive-thru window handed me my change in one batch -- bills, coins, and receipt all at once -- and ended up dropping my penny in change. "There's a penny on the ground," I told her, to which she replied brusquely: "I know -- you dropped it." As I started to say, "No, you dropped it," she abruptly slammed the window shut. No apology, and not even a thank-you for my patronage. What kind of people is this store hiring? I drive I-5 on a regular basis; I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box again. P.S. They screwed up my order, too; they didn't hold the tomato.On edit: One point up thanks to corporate actually contacting me personally the very next day. That's never happened with McDonald's. Well done!

Super fast drive-thru service, everything was hot and just as I ordered it. The gal at the window was full of good cheer and smiles which can make or break any fast food experience,I drove away happy and satisfied. Kudos to y'all atJack in the Box!!!!!😎

Slow drive thru. Order was correct. Can't believe they require actual paper coupons and can't do the online coupons in the drive thru. Doesn't seem very 21st century to me. The chicken sandwich was nearly $8. The chicken paddy was about the size of a chicken nugget. Just a pit stop though to eat as we don't eat fast food on a normal day - I remember why we don't.
