But today we received our famous star burgers which are completely different from our previous times. The only package was the common.

Cups were full of ice to the very top of the cup, very little soda on a small soda...The next day, we dined in... overcooked soggy fries...Finally, on 1 of the 2 western cheeseburgers orders, there was 1 onion ring.Overall disappointing experiences here on 2 separate visits.Not planning on returning to this particular location again.

This location is in Kettleman, CA- Right off the I-5 fwy headed N,We ordered a couple of classic burger meals, fries no salt, and they were scrumptious! The lady cashier at the drive-thru was very personable & repeated our order to us prior to collecting. It's obviously an old established location from the building to the dated interiors.An updating of the image of this store would freshen up the appeal of this establishment, to go along with the good food they serve.

Old Carls Jr but the food was good. The chicken tenders were a bit burnt but tasty nonetheless. The service was fantastic- they were quick and helpful.

The Carl's Jr in Kettleman City has been hands down the best restaurant I've ever stopped at while driving down I-5. My food was made hot and fresh, I didn't wait long and the cashier even brought it to my table and asked me if I needed anything else and I said "no thank you" and they said "my pleasure ". They were kind and thoughtful, one of my kids was was feeling cold, and the general manager was so kind that he brought us a spare sweater from the back and turned on the heater just for us. My daughter also wanted a cookie and I didn't have enough for it, that the manager named Marivi bought it for her and even took it to our table, Marivi was so kind and generous and did back flips for us. When we were about to leave, another manager approached us, her name is Alejandra and she carried our leftover food for us to our car, she was so nice and kind. I would definitely come back for this experienceParking: There is plenty of parking in this establishment that you can park like 4 semis there

Ive came here before but it was always during the morning. Great service. Just not lately or especially at night. Came here at night. I thought the place was closed the blinds were down the flashing sign was off. Came in and I was eaten alive by annoyed stares. I ordered and I couldn’t even sit to eat. Was told everything is bagged I don’t understand why if, it looks like I wouldn’t bother if I had eaten inside is was lonely not a person in sight

Carl's Jr was hands down the BEST restaurant in this junction. The food was made correctly, it was HOT and FRESH! The staff was overall friendly and kind, superstar service!! They informed us they had a bad cricket infestation in the summer but they are gone now, they showed me pictures of them wearing bow ties! Adorbs! The cashier brought the food out to our table and made sure we had all the condiments we asked for! Thanks again Carls Jr, for your Amazing service! I would definitely recommend this location to my loved ones, they even had napkins shaped as swans on each table :)

Nasty. I ordered a famous star. The tomatoes were soggy, like a day old or more along with nasty onions too. I also enjoyed the nasty butt tomato (see picture). The meat was barely warm. Just an overall nasty tasting burger. :(. Only good thing was I received part of my money back. Would not recommend. The bathrooms had a strong stinky urine smell with the floor covered in urine. Eww!

Arrived at 10:30pm on a Thurs. Despite the interior lights being on, and the exterior light saying "open", the door was already locked. Also tried the drive thru but no answer. Finally a staff inside waved at the kitchen, gestering its closed.What's the point of advertising "open till 12" if they close early anyway?I've had late night take out here before, so this is upsetting if it's a new policy.

I stopped at Carl’s Jr on my way to the coast this past weekend. Let me tell you how great of an experience I had, the staff was welcoming the food was fresh. All in a timely manner. I highly recommend stopping here the next time your in Kettleman

The girl in the drive thru couldn't understand my order, they no longer have my ham breakfast sandwich,they took forever to give me my food eventhough I was the only car in the drive-thru 🙄 because apparently the same girl in the drive-thru is also charging inside.

This was my go to place whenever I drove from Bay Area to LA. My last two experience hasn’t been good. Order has been incomplete both times even though I paid for everything on my order. Both times my kids let me know after I drove off and was back on I-5. Please check your orders before driving away from this place.

I ordered kids meal combo and they gave me small cup instead. I asked do have any kids drink like apple juice or chocolate milk?. She said no we don't have it. I saw there is chocolate milk, regular milk, and apple juice. I was speechless. She saw me, face away and tell other person. She asked me do you need anything I asked again. She said it will be extra fee. I had to bring my partner to striaght this out. Such Dishonesty and not great work. Their body language are awful and gave my family a dirty stare and talk behind my family back. This is not ok, taking advantage of customers especially we are Deaf, not Dumb.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. It is clean, but this manager faces an ageism lawsuitNo one is willing to take an order, you must use their kiosk. They look down upon you if you want to pay with cash. It took 10 minutes to get the food and I was the only order per their board. I asked for ketchup for the fries and was given two small packets. The food was McDonald's, but it was like everything was just a dab and one pickle. I love walking back to my hotel and the first commercial was how all drinks are a dollar. At Harbor, this McDonald's charges $2.39 per drink.

Interesting personal story. My family stopped at the Carl's Jr in Kettleman City on our way to Disneyland. We quickly ate our lunch and got back on the road. 90 minutes later my oldest daughter realized she left her backpack in the restaurant. Inside that backpack was several hundred dollars in cash and gift cards, her phone and her medication. Instantly I tell my daughter that all her stuff is as good as gone. My wife calls the restaurant who tell her they have the backpack in their possession. We turn around, drive back and get the backpack with everything still inside. I thought this was going to be an example for me to use to teach my daughter that she needs to be more responsible with her belongings. It ended up being an example for me to learn that there are still good, honest people in this world. My daughter's Disneyland experience was nearly ruined by her actions. The crew at Carl's Jr saved it for her. I am very thankful for them.

The bathrooms are clean and there's changing table for a baby. There's ample parking and no wait to order food. I like that they deliver the food to you and there's an endless soda fountain. The eating area is also clean.For some reason I always hoped that the burger looks like the picture, but it never does which is disappointing. The Hawaiian chicken burger looked nothing like the picture. Maybe that's all Carl's Jr. The fries were good, but the breakfast burger was greasy.I wish they have paper towels in the bathroom, but all they have are the air dryers. I'm all for environmentally friendly restaurants, but then you get your hands dirty when you have to pull the door open. Either do a push door or paper towels.
