12 self checkout stations... only 2 were open. With 15 people waiting in line we asked why more weren't open. The employee standing there doing nothing said "I was told to say they are not working'. This was obviously a lie. Most of the employees we saw looked unhappy and were mostly talking and standing around. I don't know what happened but this 🥢 gone from one of the best to one of the worst Walmart stores.

The KERMAN WALMART hours of operation are always wrong, online & front doors sign says open at 6am but never open, WALMART opens around 640am. Plus there is no MANAGER on duty nor on site at 6 am nor answer any phone calls to inquire info if fuel station is closed temporarily because WALMART MANAGERS do not put up sign to give customers information about what time WALMART & FUEL STATION opens.Plus the AIR is mostly always out of service and restrooms are closed by the Evening cashier before 7pm even though WALMART GAS STATION closes at 10pm. Zero STARS, horrible terrible Walmart service.

Great location, serving an area in the middle of nowhere, new remodels going on, also now serving customers with Pick-up Services, just make your order and pull up to the curbside or go inside and take a seat on a comfy chair, while they do the walking and shopping for you

I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU TO ISMAEL this afternoon he helped us with a big itemWe had we asked him for help with NO hesitation, and a smile on his face SAID YES the fact he was so WILLING TO HELP! Some employees get mad when you ask them for a product in the store and just point NOT HIM we had a big heavy box too ! So thank you Ismael walmart definitely need more employees like please don’t ever change !!:)

This WalMart doesn’t have baskets only shopping carts. They run out of bags frequently so bring your own.

It's pretty much the same as any other Walmart. It's not that I don't like the store necessarily, but there just isn't much out there in variety shopping anymore. And I miss that! The fact that they are pushing self check out over having a checker with personal customer service is a big ICK for me. It's bad enough that customer service isn't what it used to be, but now that we have check ourselves out, it is really a turn-off. In my humble opinion, good customer service brings loyal customers. Call me old school, but that's what I think.

The people working at Walmart are not the problem. This Walmart is an embarrassment, it is not a Super Walmart and it shows. They go through management at a fast pace. The capacity for goods and groceries is sad. Hanford Walmart originally was the same size as a Selma Walmart but they got smart and made super Walmart. Next to the super Walmart is the super Target. So you have your choice of either going to either store.

Horrible experience, if I could rate Walmart a zero, I would. My kids had to witness racism. Employee at self-check out, said no shopping carts were allowed in the self-check out and told me I needed to pay at the register. I was very comprehensive thinking it was something new that had just begun and then as I'm walking out, I see all kinds of people paying with there shopping carts. Employee at Walmart had no shame.

Staff has always been helpful although staffing could increase here and there at times. Restrooms have been clean most times I’ve visited minus missing paper towels at times. They have a gas station which is a nice plus although they could have used a slightly larger footprint and another row of pumps. I miss 24h Walmart.

BAKERY DEPARTMENT,I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and it didn't look anything like the picture. I was very disappointed. I didn't even get the cake flavor that I ordered. The cake as decorated terribly. They must have a new baker in the bakery.I won't be recommending this bakery to anyone.Cake on the left is was I ordered and the right picture is what I got.Convenient location. Most of the time you could find what you're looking for at this location. During the holidays the supplies run low due to the high demand.

I enjoy shopping here until I need assistance.Its Like all the blue vests that seems to be every where suddenly disappear. You end up walking halfway across store. Then you have to go back. I have really bad knees. And I wish they would hire some friendly Cashiers! They don't Say hi or have a good day. Even after Ive said it.

Employee working in electronics was not helpful at all. We were sold a display TV and he was not informative at all about the TV. He was not gentle with it as well as he pulled the display off the shelf while the cords were still connected. We went home to set it up and it had no remote nor were we recommended one to work with the tv. The tv was completely filthy with dust and finger prints. Overall bad customer service.

Answer the phone. Delete your old messages. It just chaps my hide to sit in the parking lot calling to say I'm there to pick up my order. 6 other cars have driven in, loaded up & left. By that time, I'm ready to use my phone like a chinese star at the next employee who walks away. I am a REALLY good aim with my phone...

Great customer service from Anita. While managers/ supervisors were just walking by without explaining why they were taking so long (20mins just to unlock an item) Anita came and was super helpful and explained they were very short staffed. She was very professional and helped us in a timely manner

This afternoon I went to buy my baby formula I asked for 5 cans and they took them to Register 10 when I asked for my 5 cans at the Register they only gaved me 4 cans but did charge me the 5 cans!!! I called customer service and they just kept me on hold and nothing gets resolved they have to be able to see in the camaras that I was only given 4 cans and I do have my receipt saying that I was charged 5 cans 😡
