Parking is not too bad. This Dollar tree is located right next to Aldi. The line for check out is often long. But, staff do try their best to move the line quickly. If you are coming here for balloons, be sure to be extra patient. Since this store is under staff, you have to really chill.

I have not been in a dollar tree store in two years this dollar tree is so clean and well put together, I applaud management and employees for a excellent customer service and cleanliness 😊

Went to the dollar tree to return some items. As I was returning them I had bought some new items for the difference of the old ones. The MANAGER of the store said I still had money left so I asked her how much do I have left so I can know how many items to get. She proceeded to tell me "I already told you to go get more items what do you not understand" with an attitude and shaking her head. I had told her I know I have money left but can you tell me how much so I know how many items. She still does not tell me how much but tells me get 10 items. So I did that and went back to get checked out and she got mad at me again because I still had more money. She told me I don’t know what’s so hard about grabbing more items. I then told her to keep my remaining money because I didn’t want to deal with the bad attitude she was giving me when I was just asking the remaining balance and she didn’t want to tell me. I can’t believe that this is the manager of this store by the way she was acting.

I went in today with a previous employee of this location and had the worst experience ever. Considering the manager used entrapment when they were completing the offboarding process, I don't think this is appropriate for many reasons. 1) Danielle on the register blatantly avoided any eye contact with us purposely after seeing us come in the front door and made sure it was obvious/loud when she welcomed other guests after us 2) We came to check out with her as she is the only register open, she kept avoiding looking/talking to us as much as possible 3) she handed me the receipt and said "have a good day" and was looking the opposite direction while mumbling it. I understand people have their differences but if the location itself is at fault for this employee not working there any longer and cannot act professionally passed that, they should not be operating or in the position they are in. Whether someone is a previous employee or not, they are still a customer so they should be treated with respect. Especially the customers that are with them. I should not suffer any consequences due to someone else's employment status. To me, this speaks volumes in so many ways about this location and who manages/works there. It only takes 1 person to change the culture. On another note; yes, the manager is as bad as the other reviews say. Very disrespectful, no regard for others, etc.

Nice organized store. Good finds. Dollar Tree is a great store. I mostly spend $15-$20 each visit. And that in me being disciplined. It's hard not to spend more money at times. Some things things they have are good to have on hand. The employees work super hard there also.

Much bigger than your average store. The selection is very wide lots of other things that you can find that smaller dollar trees. The quantities are minimal but overall it was a good experience

Awesome DT! This was the cleanest & most organized DT I have been to . Only down side was, that I got there too late to really go thru every aisle & find new treasures. Will def be back 😀

Visited this place around 10:30am and it was clean and tidy.The cashier was very nice and helpful. I didn't see her name tag. I am a satisfied customer and will be coming back.I need balloons for my husband's birthday and Dollar Tree has cute ones and guess what? They are only at $1.00 each.Update : prices went up!Almost everything costs$1.25

Please hire cashiers that want to work in customer service. The cashier last night around 9pm looked like she wanted to hurt everyone in line. When I tried to be friendly she literally looked at me with a death stare, it was so unsettling that my eyes started watering. If I see that employee running the register I will leave and go to the one off Camino Real. I understand there are staffing shortages and such but for goodness sake, please have the employees who look like they want to kill everyone in the back.

I noticed that each time I visit this Dollar Tree location that different cashiers are selective in who they greet. I unfortunately I am not normally greeted. I have been to this location only a few times because it is conveniently located. Recently I purchased a bunch of balloons which seemed to upset the cashier. She asked me the balloon number and when I began to tell her, she actually yelled at me that she had to see, if they have them and then asked the number again so I told her. That is understandable to verify if they are available but she did not write the numbers down so I had to repeat myself 3 times. I said I would pay then, to keep the line moving and wait for the balloons, that annoyed her too. I paid for purchases but she did not say thank you for my service. Instead she started waiting on the next customer and ignored me when I said thank you. Yep, I was annoyed that she did not respond until the 3rd time I said thank you. This was an extremely poor experience.

If I could give this place no stars an a review I would. My phone was stolen in the store an the only person that helped me was a stocker. Management gave me the run around till they finally told me to call corporate a that corporate is closed on the weekend( it was the weekend when I was told this).Not worth the trip save ur self the time Maria doesn’t have any type customer service. never going to this place again I’d rather go to Walmart or the 99.

I absolutely looooove Dollar Tree...I've been shopping at different ones for years. I just recently started visiting this location...and I've noticed that there are some cashiers/management with horrendous attitudes. Today I brought it in something that needed to be exchanged (I had my receipt) mind you I spent like $27 that day...and they gave me such a hard time. One cashier even made it clear verbally by saying " WE DONT GIVE MONEY BACK" which I never asked for...and I made it clear several times...had she been listening...that this was an EXCHANGE. Then the other day I purchased a lot of stuff...mostly glassware...that was too heavy to carry without a basket...to my car...So I asked very kindly if I could use one of the carts...they put aside for these situations ... and the manager VERY rudely said YEAH BUT BRING IT BACK!!! Like who wants to be spoken to that way after just spending their little money there, or at all for that matter??? I rather go to the BIG 99 cent store...or anywhere else, than deal with people who speak that way to customers

Great, the store is so nice and neat. The workers are kind and so very helpful. I Love going to the Dollar Tree Stores. Their name stands for truth. Not Dollar Tree and more. I really appreciate that ❤❤❤

Have no shopping cart, employees have to customer service. I will never go there again. That store needs to shut down or fire everyone and get better more professional workers, and have shopping cart instead using excuse "we do not have any, too many people stole them"

Went to pickup bandaids and found a great picture frame for my grandsons graduation. It has a place for a picture and a place to put his tassel. Great find.
