When they say it’s 100% refund when you cancel before a certain date make sure they don’t charge your card months later. I got the full refund then 2 months later they charged my card a few hundred dollars and kept blaming VRBO. After many phone calls I am still dealing with getting this unauthorized charge off my card. I finally talked to one lady and she said it was on their end. A very sweet lady. I can’t remember her name. And it is in process to get refunded. But don’t deal with Connie to this day she says it’s not their fault They don’t know how to do business. Just some advice. Check your credit cards after you get refunded. They like to randomly charge your card.

Rainbow Ridge Realty is an excellent company that I recommend for rentals in June Lake as well as a very successful real estate company for properties and land in June Lake area. We’ve rented with them several times and each time we were impressed by the decorations inside the rentals and the cleanliness. The management and ownership of rainbow Ridge Realty is truly in it to be successful and work hard and they deserve the credit and respect that they’ve earned. I would highly recommend rainbow Ridge Realty to any family and friends who are visiting June Lake. CA.

Had a great day training for work with Emily, Connie and Jeremy. They are all so down to earth, very friendly , casual and fun to be around. So much work to do and the kind that I really enjoy doing. Haven't seen rentals yet, but here they are really, really nice private homes. June Lake is an amazing very tiny town, with it's special people and small town charm, makes it a great place to live and play.

I have booked cabin twice with rainbow ridge. The staffs are very friendly, once I booked the wrong dates for a long weekend vacation, realized the mistake only after reaching June lake. But the staff were extremely helpful and arranged accomodation for us. My vacation could have turned out to be a disaster with the blunder mistake it did, instead we had a white Christmas at June Lake. We would love to go again and again.

Used them to book an apartment for our vacation. Friendly staff and clean rentals made 5 stars easy! We stayed at the Hideaway Down Canyon #103...the only issue we had was figuring out the thermostat but no problems otherwise :)

The same staff have been working here for decades, which means they care about what they do, and they do a great job. Rainbow Ridge helps you stay in a home, not a hotel... usually spaces are complete with board games, full kitchen, and a stack of books and DVDs (even VHS) to explore.

THis review is for the bike shop that is conjoined to the realtor building (they share the same building). The Owner/personnel (Jeremy) is excellent. Customer service is outstanding and very friendly. I wish more shop owners/personnel were like this. 5 stars.

Having managed my rental property for fifteen years, I recommend this business for real estate transactions, management and vacation rentals. This is a well established local business that is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Work with them and they will work for you. Connie is the owner.

Stayed in Edgewater #13 Sept 2019, pictures are old, not same furniture, place is very run down, needs major renovation to make it worth paying to stay. Rental agency people are very nice and accommodating though!

very nasty people working at this office. They did not tell me about $30 cancellation fee, even when you cancel on time. The operator just hanged up the phone and refused to talk. I will never use them again.

The holiday home is already getting old, there are still food leftovers from the previous guest in the sink and if you consider that they charge 70 euros for the final cleaning, this shouldn't be the case. Otherwise everything was extremely clean. Needed the folding beds, they looked run down and there was still hair on some of the pillows

Byli jsme zde jen na jednu noc na cestě do Yosemite, ale byli jsme nadšení! Hlavně nám učarovalo nádherné místo June Lake a rádi bychom se někdy vrátili, ačkoliv jsme z Evropy, z České Republiky... :) I tak bych ráda někdy v životě ještě přijela znovu, klidně na celý týden. Ubytování bylo skvělé. Jen bych přidala do vybavení rychlovarnou konvici. Paní byla milá a ještě si s námi povídala, když jsme dělali check out.Nearby activities: Naproti je úžasný bar a restaurace :) ale do domu to není vůbec slyšet. Byli jsme nadšení z místního podniku, protože jsme si tam večer zašli na drinky a zpívali karaoke a druhý den zašli na snídani a určitě bychom tam mohli zajít i na oběd a večeři :) až nás mrzelo, že jsme večer dorazili najedení.
