Really cute store in June Lake, the only one there. There's literally everything you can imagine, from refrigerated food to car parts to toys/books. The decoration inside is also really cute. The only issue is how expensive the items are. A gallon of milk costs $8 and some microwavable foods cost $6-8. I understand it's a remote area so prices are bound to be more expensive, but maybe it's a bit too expensive.

Coming from motel clown going to Tahoe we found this nice store with at least have everything, they have warm foods, handyman, frozen, drinks, toiletries u name it easy to grab stuff for small store!!! Plus the whole June area was soo beautiful^^ this place a must visit not only the store but d whole June town!!!DATE OF VISIT: Oct, 15, 2022

The June Lake general store has just about everything you would need including the kitchen sink! This store sells groceries camping supplies and lots of home hardware products including plumbing electrical and carpentry. If you forgot something the store probably has it. The staff is always friendly to us and the prices are reasonable. I’m pretty sure their liquor prices are the best in town. The building itself it’s really cute and obviously has a lot of history. Walk around the store and you’ll see old photos of June lake passed. It’s always a charming experience!

Decent little shop, wide variety of items, prices are about what you would expect. No restrooms. Staff are fine. Entrance, parking, aisles, and counter are accessible. Plenty of parking. If need something, good chance they will have it here (within reason).

This is the best general store - they have great produce and meat selections. Amazing brand selection and perfect for locals and campers alike. Check back - I heard the market is moving down the street to the new building where Gordo Mexican food was before it burned down.

They have all the necessities you may have forgot to bring, from food to cold weather stuff like gloves and windshield scrapers. Yes most items are a lot more expensive than buying them elsewhere, but it is a local business and I don't feel bad spending a little extra there. They even had birthday cakes in the freezer section!

Portopotty onsite with a large garbage bin. Great stop to relax and soak up the hot springs. Wildlife is abundant, snakes roam freely sometimes entering for a dip with you. Lots of visitors on the weekends as expected but wait time are about 30 minutes if you want your own tub. Some people picnic at the tubs or in the parking lot so it can stay packed.

This store never ceases to surprise us. We have found the most amazing obscure items there, among the basics one would want. One evening we went looking for ingredients for dinner and found gluten free pasta, sundried tomatoes and pesto. This most recent visit, we needed to do plumbing repair on our kitchen sink. As we got to the root of the issue, we made several trips there, but found everything needed to replace the drain and pipes on the kitchen sink. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. June Lake is a gem of a town and this store is a life saver!

They have pretty much everything u need, just a little bit more expensive than vons or other grocery stores. I call it liqour store prices. But it's a great little market run by a wonderful family with wonderful staff!

Okay, we have been coming here since 1980 and i am so glad this place exists! I call it the 'World's Greatest Store" cuz it sells everything except cars, I think. They have an excellent grocery store with fresh produce, meats and eggs and an extensive beer and liquor selection. But that's not all, There hardware department has been fine tuned for what there customers always seem to need. This place has saved many a vacation and also kept me from having to drive to Mammoth Lakes or even to Bishop. When i needed help it was just an ask away. Some people may complain about the prices, but look where you are?! You can drive to Mammoth or Bishop and get a lower price, but wait! Gas! These people have developed a great store and take care of their customers.

The June Lake general store is a true general store. You can buy practically anything here, plumbing fittings, nuts and bolts, bathing suits, steaks, frozen shrimp, Lock De-Icer and lubricant, you name it they sell it. They also have a pretty decent Scotch collection for what it's worth.

Really cool old school general store they have groceries, hardware , and anything you could need prices are a little higher but keeps you from driving into mammoth. I wouldn’t do all my shopping there but odds and ends are worth it. Very friendly staff and just a cool vibe

A classic small-town-sells-everything store. It was clean, organized, and sold just about everything from food to space heaters. Inventory management must be a full time job.I think I bought hot cocoa, a bundle of wood, and two other insignificant things... $30. That sounds like about the right amount of shameless markup for a you-have-no-other-choice store.A boost from 3 to 4 stars for variety of selection and a friendly cashier.

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. But remember fear June Lake June Lake general story is the best place add most likely almost the only place to shop for groceries. So give the employees a break. You will find what you need the stores always clean I love that place.

This place is Truly a General Store! Everything from Ice Cream to trailer hitches (and Everything in between) is available from them and open with true resort hours so if you get the munchies late or have an early fishing trip they have you covered! If you're on The June Lake Loop and need almost anything this is your place!

The June Lake General Store is the worst establishment in June Lake. There prices are way above average for the area. Every-time I buy produce there its way past its shelf life. I have brought rotten produce back to them several times with in 30 minutes of purchase and have literally been told "thats not my problem". To top it off there staff is extremely rude. Save yourself money and have a better experience, drive to the Mono Mart or Mammoth.

Amazing little store that has everything you could imagine. Found tiny rare plumbing parts in stock that I doubt I could find it at Home Depot or Lowe's. The story is obviously managed with pride and a great asset to the community.

It has everything you need! Don't be fussed about the prices - they have to pay extra to get deliveries way up in the mountains and through snow. The staff is very nice and the selection is surprisingly good.
