Gull Lake always holds The Fireman’s BBQ every year in August. We have never gone before so we decided to go this year. It was a lot of fun. They always raffle off great prizes, the big one was a boat and trailer. It ran from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. We got there around 12:30 and already there were a good number of people. They had a BBQ for lunch and it was excellent. They had pulled pork, potato salad, beans, and rolls. Next year I’ll get the kids plate, the regular plate was huge. There were a lot of people that showed up. They have it by the kids playground, across from the thrift store. Parking was tough because a lack of places available. There were a lot of kids and many dogs. They had egg tosses with adults and kids. They had so many prizes that if you won you didn’t just get one item, you may have ended up with four prizes. The expensive prizes won would be that one item. If your raffle prize was less expensive you would get more items. There was a great turnout, we will be attending next year.

So peaceful and beautiful. Last time we came I rented a flat bottom boat and admired the scenery from the lake. The staff at the marina were just so nice and helpful. They came to rescue us three times LOL as our motor kept turning off. The weather was a bit cooler (mid June). This weekend, the weather has been perfect. Sunny with a nice breeze and lots of clean air to breath in. We walked over to the Marina as the fireman's BBQ is going on this weekend and took in all the wonderful smells. Visited the local thrift shop and found some treasures. It is always so relaxing and the lake is so beautiful ❤️

Gull Lake is absolutely stunning, one of our favorite places... We always an incredible experience here. I mean, for one, the lake & the views are spectacular, there is also a cute little shop, decent bathrooms, and a beautiful park.

Went at the perfect time during fall colour and it was so beautiful! Would recommend the walk around the lake. It’s about an hr or so I would say and a lot of fun

Great friendly staff, plenty for family to do. The lake is small, 2 miles around, and had a walking path around it. Some very cool swim spots on the west side of the lake. Nearby park for the kids, a small convince store and bait shop. We rented a paddle boat for an hour, it was reasonably priced and fun!Staff went above and beyond when my camper battery died and offered to loan me a charger! Good people!

Lake is magestic! Young lady at the store was less than helpful and down right rude. She was too busy visiting with a guy. Kept referring to "her" store, "my" pricing, "my" bags. Ok, ok, you must own the place . . . at 20 years old. Not a fan. Will absolutely go to the lake again and rate it a 5 star. The girl "working" and I say that losely, is a zero, hence the over all rating of a 3 star.

Been coming here for over forty years. Small shop but it has what you need. The rental boats are in good shape and the motors are big enough for the boats to troll with. Staff is helpful and work at making sure your fishing is good.

Gull Lake is great. As of 10/3 the shop and boat rental were closed until around 10/8 but if you have your own boat you can still launch. Lots of huge fish in the lake. Caught a 23 1/2 inch, 6 pound rainbow yesterday. A little smoky because of the wildfires but not bad.

Cute little store with tons of handcrafted items. That is if you like hand carved bears, knick knacks and dust collectors. Just kidding, plenty of fishing tackle and clothing, caps, and a surprising selection of craft beers! If you're thinking about fishing on June loop, give this little lake a try ... there's been plenty of hefty browns caught here. This is perfect lake for tubing as it's small compared to the rest of the lakes on June loop.

Boats are filthy they advertise "Pontoon Boat with Stereo and Satellite Radio"; however I could not tell if it was true because the stereo was broken. I could not get any help to try to fix the stereo. The place was being run by an all 20 something group of guys with no social skills and undeveloped customer service. They were too cool for school type guys that really did not want to be there and really did not seem to care about much as they are the only Marina on the lake. The place has so much beauty and potential it is a shame that it was not properly managed. The Boats work well and were ready on time. The Fishing was great. Scenery was outstanding that's why I gave it 2 stars. Price is steep and they have a policy that you can only rent a half day boat after 12 noon. The Fishing is over by then. If you want to fish in the Morning you are forced to pay for a full day. We went to June Lake and had the complete opposite experience at Big Rock Marina.

This is a great place first of all just to be at. The views of Gull Lake are simply amazing. The people running the place are super friendly and the store has a lot of little things to buy.We love coming here. They rent boats, but we mostly sightsee and take photos of the lake.

Great fishing on a clear lake. Very peacefull and tranquil. I love being on that lake and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The whole June Loop is a very great place to visit. I wish I could visit there more often.

Beautiful lake! They have updated barbecues installations in the deck that anyone can use.There is also a playground for kids & dogs.Or you could just do fishing or boating here and crash in one of the cabins in interlaken.

Very helpful and courteous. I had a low tire on my truck. I asked if they had air compressor they said yes. And they helped me air up my tire.
