I learned last minute that my parents were visiting Julian after the loss of their dog and wanted to surprise them with something nice to kick things off. When I reached out to Orchard Hill Inn to see what they recommended, they sent me right over to Lani! Despite being off that day, she heard my message (and plea) and she immediately got back to me to say she would try and help with my request. I gave her a few notes about what they might enjoy to brighten the mood and she came up with an incredible arrangement. Not only that, but she had a chance run in with the people she thought might be the recipients and was able to capture a pic of them with the flowers. Lani is not only professional, but artistic and flexible...a great combination for a florist! I would absolutely recommend her to others whether visiting Julian or permanent residents. Everyone can use some floral finesse in their lives!

Great service and equally great arrangement. I order an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary (delivered to the Julian hotel). A week later and my wife is still enjoying the arrangement.
