This coffee place is not amazing. It's average at most. I don't even think it beats Starbucks. If you want good nitro coffee, go to LA.The ice latte should be the only thing you order here. The nitro taste burnt and chalky. The ambience here is pretty lively. There's merchandise on one side of the wall. You can also see them roast the coffee through the glass window. There's seating in the back, which is outside.

Great place to start your day!The drip coffee, mocha and chai tea was great:)The mocha does come with 4 shots so it is strong, I do know they will adjust if needed as well!It is very popular so there will be a line so be ready and make sure to have extra time for parking and ordering!Parking: Parking is a bit hard to find.

Great coffee, I think the best roastsin Joshua tree. The logo is so good and the service is to, everyone is very patient and kind. There is a back patio that has been growing and lots of great merch including the iconic pink coffee bags. Sometimes there’s no wait and sometimes the line is out the door. Very limited food options but central to everything.

Amazing place to have fine coffee after spending entire day in the Joshua Tree National Park. One of the best drip coffee (limited edition beans) and chai tea latte. They have their own rosters. I bought the first roast beans. It will be busy during weekend and long holidays.

We aren’t coffee snobs, we just like to know what a coffee is going to taste like when we buy a bag of it.We asked the cashier what kind of beans were used for the Breakfast Bliss blend (no tasting notes or bean origins on the bag). She went and asked the roaster (you can see them roasting the beans on site, very cool!) and we could see him laugh when she asked him. He came out to talk to us and said the beans were a blend of maybe Honduras and Indonesian but he couldn’t say where from because they change regularly. My partner has worked as a coffee roaster and I’ve worked in coffee before. Knowing your coffee, tasting notes and origins is part of for the course especially when you claim on your bag that you are providing some of the most exceptional coffee around. The latte and chai latte tasted great and the inside of JT Coffee is beautiful. Best coffee in the area.

If you’re in the Joshua Tree area this roastery is a must visit spot. They have a great coffee, an awesome space, and an all around great vibe. It is definitely the best place for grabbing a coffee on your next trip to the area. You’ll be remiss to skip out on the cozy outdoor seating as it offers a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying your drinks and some camaraderie with a friend or two. Also, they just recently reopened their indoor coffee counter with a newly renovated look which only adds to the whole Joshua Tree experience.

I don't get the hype about this place... except it's the only coffee shop within miles. They have a nice patio and a nice indoor area, but only a few seats/tables on the patio. Why not spend a couple thousand dollars and make your beautiful patio useful for your customers? As I sit here for 20 minutes enjoying my drink I see numerous customers walk out with their drinks, disappointed to not find a place to sit. It wouldn't be that difficult to accommodate customers wanting to sit and enjoy their drink

Tl;dr: Never have I waited so long for a coffee that was quite so poor. The wait was about 20-30 minutes. There was a long line, with only one barista making coffees (they definitely needed another pair of hands).I do not wish to criticise the sole barista, for he may well be a temp worker, but he appeared not to have been adequately trained. He did not weigh the espresso grounds for each shot (everything was “guesstimated”), nor did he know how much milk to add (he “topped off” the steamed milk later).Unsurprisingly, there was little flavour to my flat white, which is a sad waste of (good? Who knows?) coffee beans.

This place wasn’t worth the hype. The shots they were pulling were burnt and the syrup amount wasn’t consistent from latte to latte. Our group ordered several lattes & cappuccinos and none of them tasted good. The atmosphere was nice and the line went quickly, but I’d try another place if you’re an espresso drinker.

Amazing coffee. I love having their coffee beans at home for brewing. They are some of the best I’ve ever had. This was my first time in the cafe itself and it was very nice. And the iced lattes were perfect.Parking: Usually parking out front or easily found on a side street.

Outdoor environment, many people waiting for their coffee, nearly 20 minutes to espressoIt was highly rated for the coffee locations so we wanted to try.Come and try if you want some coffee. We had the mocha, latte, black coffee, cold brewRemember that Mocha is not your Starbucks sweet for your expectations .Good to try, right near the Joshua tree visitor centerLook to see white standing stand for the entranceParking: Dirt parkingMainly street parking

UPDATE! Now in their new, lovely location at the front of the building… fewer dogs and less casual atmosphere, but bright and delightful all the same. Fabulous people, I’m glad to live nearby!Wonderful coffee! Highly recommended, even if you have to hike through gale-force winds.

Fine. Over roasted but not as much as some horrible chains. We got our drinks quickly. We were out of beans and thought these would be good so we bought two bags. Ethiopian light roast. Turns out it's not light at all, but at least it has some flavor. Won't go back.

First time visiting. Went on a Friday morning around 730am. Very quiet morning. I was able to sit outside in a nice cool weather to enjoy my coffee. I had the light roasted Ethiopian pea berry with pumps of mocha sauce & foam on top. Very delicious & very very reasonably priced!! The hostess was very nice & I hope to see her again when I return. The only single thing that kept this from being 5stars is that they only have cookies and no breakfast foods. Please add a sandwich to the menu lol! I highly recommend and will return.

I don’t often write too many reviews but this coffee is easily the best coffee I’ve ever had. I got a hot americano and the flavor, the aroma was all just a perfect experience and really made my morning on my trip to Joshua tree. I got a bag of espresso beans and they’re heavenly. I love coffee and I don’t just buy coffee unless I find coffee roasters. So glad I found you guys. Now I can order online! I also love the cups they’re cute and the lid is biodegradable. And on top of that the girls gave great customer service!

The branding and merchandise is what makes this company…so cute! The drip coffee was ok, but the espresso in the lattes was burnt and too strong. Even after requesting more milk to put in the drinks it was still way to strong. We ended up throwing the drinks out. However the cups both paper and the metal ones they sell are really fun!

This spot was okay.Decor felt cute and magical outside and along the walk to entering but when you arrive it’s more like a backyard and they serve coffee from a soccer tent. Was hoping to sit inside and/or something a little more special with seating outside.I ordered the almond latte and my friend go an oat latte. We all said the same thing coffee was okay.People were nice though. Seems like more of a tourist spot, but I’d still recommend it. Branding is cute on the coffee. I just recommend they spruce up the esthetic.

Joshua Tree Coffee Company is located in the heart of Joshua Tree. This is a little coffee shop with access on the side of the building. Ordering coffee is pretty easy outside - they will call your name when it’s ready with convenient seating nearby. The coffee beans are pretty good with local roasting onsite.Espresso drinks clearly take longer on days with more traffic versus a cold coffee or cold brew. Espresso is thick - I wouldn’t say anything special about the coffee to be honest, couldn’t delineate different notes or tastes with blend.Easy stop on the way into Joshua Tree National Park.

Came at 4:30pm, no lines, no wait. But I could see this place getting backed up quickly and it being uncomfortable to wait around for a coffee in the heat. A coffee slaps specially, after an incredible day in Joshua tree. I must post spending a day at the park. Also- check out the bathroom stain glass window- beautiful!!

I ordered a black medium roast because I love black coffee and was excited to try something roasted on site. It smelled and tasted like they took the ashes of incinerated coffee beans and ran those through the roaster. I used the cup to keep my hands warm while we walked around town a bit and ditched it in the trash once it cooled off. Maybe you'll have better luck with a flavored latte instead.
