Top notch pet grooming service. They really make grooming your pet their top priority. They aim to get to know you and your pet/s and each hair cut is tailored to that specific breed. Schedule in advance because Anna's stays busy and they strives to keep their appointment windows for just one customer at a time so all of the focus is only on your pet at that time.

Went here multiple times with my border collie mix, did a great job first 2 times then 3rd time had him all day 8-10+ hrs and did maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of him and said she’d finish him following day and just to pay today so I did… then she pushed the date out farther and farther and then would bail on date we planned, then finally just stopped responding to my texts or calls… a little shady if you ask me …..wouldn’t recommend after the experience I’ve had with them

I have an anxious dog who doesn’t really like people but once she gets to Anna’s she knows she’s in good hands. Anna and Pete are professional, very sweet, and always leave my dog looking so cute! They’re very gentle with my dog, you can tell they put a lot of love into the dogs grooming experience.

I highly recommend Anna’s pet grooming! I have finally found a groomer who genuinely cares about my dogs and provides such gentle care. My Shih Tzus have always hated going to the groomers, but now their tails wag like crazy when we pull up to Anna’s pet grooming. The environment is very welcoming, the haircuts are high quality, and most importantly, I never have to worry about my babies while they’re there!

Anna is one of the greatest dog groomers I have ever been too. First I would like to say Anna is very friendly. You can tell by talking to her she has a huge love for animals. Second off she is extremely detail orientated and will do exactly what you want for your pet. I have a three pound Pomeranian and she is very careful with him. One small move on these little dogs will cause blood but since he is in Anna's hands that never happens. She is inexpensive especially compared to the other places here in town. She has never let me down. If you are looking for a quality cut with a groomer who is extremely detail orientated feel free to give Anna a call. You won't regret it.

Oh man, we have been taking our little multi-pooh to Anna, since she was a puppy. Anna has done everything to educate us on our dog's fur type and how sensitive her skin is. Anna would groom our 'Sassy' in the most humane way possible. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our animals feel safe and feel no pain. We would see Anna close to every month, because our sassy requires lots of upkeep. I never once questioned if sassy was safe there, never had to tell her what I wanted because Anna will make your animal ADORABLE. We got stationed in Washington a year ago, I can't tell you how much we miss Anna, our dogs fur is a mess, as hard as we have been looking, we just can't find another groomer like Anna. It goes to show, Anna is a one of a kind dog groomer. And lucky us, we get to call her a friend. To anyone looking for a new dog groomer... Ignore the only bad review on here... Once you make the good decision to see Anna, you will understand why that review is full of s*it, posted by a competitor who tortured a dog in an attempt to make Anna look bad. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

I have nothing but PRAISE for this business. Anna was attentive to my fur baby from our first phone call. Provided me a detailed list of what services she could do, cost, & payment methods. She only allows one dog there at a time - which before you write that off as an inconvenience - she does that for the comfort of her clients, YOUR PET! No sense increasing a pets anxiety putting in a crate for the sake of turning business quicker.Location: OUT OF THIS WORLD adorable pet spa. It's quiet and private allowing my anxious boy to calm down before being pampered.Final thoughts: She truly cares about your pet, keeps notes on what they like and don't like. Yes, much like your doctor keeps a history on you she keeps a history on what type of services your furry friend finds uncomfortable.

I have no words to describe the amount of care Anna used with my fur baby. He is vey scared and she was able to not only groom him, clean his teeth, but she treated him like he was her own. Teddy Bear looks amazig and I am soo grateful that I found her. Teddy was a tad nervous when he arived, but Anna and her husband bonded quickly with him and I knew he was in great hands. She met me in the driveway and welcomed myself and Teddy to her shop. As we went in, he was the only fur baby there...talk about one on one attention.. She took her time, was super gental and caring with my little guy. Her prices are more than fair and she goes above and beyond to ensure ypur babies are safe and comfortable. I have 3 other pups and will use her for all of them. I am very particular on who handles pups and am quite amazed at her professionalism, care and love she had for my baby. Oh my goodness!!! Anna is amazing! I was really nervous to take her to a groomer but I’m so glad I did! Anna gave me a great price range for a full service bath and deshedding for my 55 pound German Shepherd who was way overdue for the shedding. She took her time and made sure my doggo was comfortable. Thanks again and I can’t wait to cuddle with my soft, fluffy, and clean furball!!!

I will never go anywhere else with my previous Cookie Monster. She has the cutest old fashioned buildings. Everything is clean and spotless. My dog feels so comfortable and I never worry about leaving her. She offers full service and has checked my dog out to make sure that I am not missing anything. She also does teeth. It is separate and the cost is so affordable. Took Cookie into her Vet for a check up and they were amazed at her white teeth. This woman has a heart of gold. She even has the Shelters bring in some dogs during the week so she can bath and trim them up in hopes that they will find their forever home.

Every time I bring my animals to Anna, I know that they are well taken care of. All my animals are very shy, and this causes them to be difficult to work with. But she is able to get my dogs and cats looking beautiful. This is the place to go.Also it’s a really cute shop!

Excellent job Anna! Sir Charles has never been so happy after being groomed. He's a handful and has never liked getting his haircuts. Today was the first time I went to pick him up after a cut and he wasn't panting and totally stressed out. We have found his groomer finally! Thank you for your patience with him. He looks great!

Anna is kind, and loving toward animals. My friend found a cat up in Beaumont and he was covered in mats. She did the best she could but .kitty wouldn't hold still. She referred me to a vet, and even called a couple times to check on my kitty.

I am not one to jump on and leave reviews but I just got my Shih Tzu Lola groomed by Anna and wow did she do an AMAZING job! She was sooo incredibly nice and Lola looks beautiful. I've always been nervous when going to new groomers but I've found the one Lola will be going to from now on. If ur looking for a wonderful groomer in the area i HIGHLY recommend this place!!!! If i could give her more than 5 stars i would!!!!

Was out in the desert area and unable to go to my normal groomers so I went here. GPS sent me through the desert (good thing I wasn't in a car). Told the lady I want my dog shaved and all the hair taken off but his tail. Specifically stated ears face etc all shaved. When I went to get him he still had all the hair on his face and ears. I asked her to cut it off and she tried and couldn't. Never heard that from a groomer ever. Ended up taking him to another groomer to finish the job. Would not recommend her to anyone. Total waste of money and time.

RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE IN 29 PALMS, JOSHUA TREE & YUCCA VALLEY.I took my extra large Border Colie on a Saturday morning and was VERY SATISFIED with the service and results. My Dougley always get nervous during bath time and grooming but afterwards he was very happy and did not want to leave. Their shop is very STRESS-FREE for pets, NO CAGES and they give your pets ONE-ON-ONE ATTENTION. Service is WELL WORTH IT. As long as am in 29 Palms, I will not take my dog anywhere else. Thank you for taking very good care of my baby and looking forward to see you next time.

I called multiple days and left multiple messages and they don't answer their phone.Update: this is how you respond? I'm suppose to know that you text people that you're not accepting new clientele.Here's some professional advice: your voicemail should mention that you're not accepting new clients or you should have called me back explaining that you are "unfortunately not accepting new clients and I apologize for the inconvenience".Don't yell at someone on Google reviews, that makes you look mean and unprofessional.

Final Response:Well Anna, nothing I could have included in my review describing the unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior you exhibited toward my mother could lay bare the way you deal with people and stressful situations the way your response to my review so aptly proves. I have known my mother for 56 years and never known her to have a meltdown, yet you exhibit just that in your response to me on your business webpage for all to see in an emotional, hate-filled response complete with capital letters screaming at me with personal insults about my failures as a son and the shame I should feel, not to mention the fact you call me a liar, and then go on to blame anyone and everyone for why you behaved the way you did and for the quality of the job you did. In addition you, you threatened legal action against me and my family and you intentionally singled out my parents and their business in an attempt to defame them. I'm pretty sure this violates Google's regulations regarding inappropriate, offensive and threatening conduct, At the least, it is defamatory and has nothing to do with your business or the conduct you exhibited. I am a retired federal civil servant who proudly served our nation's veterans for 36 years in the field of Human Resources and specialized in Employee and Labor Relations. I have some experience with what constitutes professional behavior and what does not. You should not be in a position where you interact with people. It doesn't suit you. And, if you don't interact well with people in stressful situations, I don't want you anywhere near my dog. I'm sorry that our experience with you was so unpleasant, and made even more unpleasant as the days have passed. But, regardless of whether we violated one of your policies, whether unintentionally or due to unexpected or difficult circumstances, the way you dealt with it was unnecessary, hurtful and completely unacceptable from someone whose livelihood depends on the customers you serve, although, to me, it seems you somehow feel they should be serving you.
