The staff are so caring and actually make the owner & pet feel cared for. The are compassionate & are affordable . They are trying to help make a difference in my helping control the pet population. Unlike other vets just care about the $$$. They CARE offering affordable solutions so the owners can afford to help their pets without emptying their bank accounts .We NEED more Vets & staff like this group. Thank you for helping my pups get fixed. As a first time pet owner, this was stressful but you all made it so much easier. I cried because I wanted to be a responsible pet owner but having two puppies is expensive. Thank you to the generous donor who helped us out. The staff and volunteers were so sweet and patient with us. I was nervous and felt so happy after we left. You are amazing!!! Thank you so much and thank you to your donors. You helped this single mama out a lot. ❤️

Enjoyable for me quick and easy(you just have to know the best time to go a/c can get busy). The personnel are nice and helpful. Just have to check their web page for times and services provided on those days. No appointment needed for a vast amount of services. Don't forget to leave a little extra as their fees are vastly less expensive than a vet for the services they provide.

Im never going back and never recommending anyone go here. I understand theyre a busy organization, but the way they operate is just ridiculous. They only have one phone line that is ALWAYS busy. The policy about having only one day and one hour to call and book a spay or neuter is laughable. Ive tried for months and called over 200x each time (NoT an exaggerated number). I can’t afford to miss work to sit on standby all morning just to be turned away. But they have no other options. I took my Pug to have her vaccinations and she had a massive allergic reaction that cost us 10x more money as we had to rush her to an emergency clinic. She’s almost 3 and has never had a reaction to her vaccines before. Of course when I tried to call for help and answers, they’re busy. I would rather spend more money getting the care and attentiveness of a full service veterinary office and totally avoid their lower cost services.

Low cost shots and spay/neutering. Various locations, so check their online schedule. There will be a line in the parking lot, where they do the vaccinations.They offer nail trimming.Drop off your pet early and pick up in the afternoon. This is a no frills facility that provides a much needed and beneficial service to the communities they serve.Entrance is in the back, behind the building, and through a gate.Bring your own cone, or they can provide one for a fee. Pay extra for pain meds. There is no need for your pet to suffer.

The Animal Action League's main office is in Joshua Tree which can be quite a trip for some. But the great thing about them is they will come to your city or town and offer Discount Pricing on services.The 'Molly Trailer' (their mobile clinic) goes to nearly all the cities in the lower desert.I first had the pleasure of meeting this divine staff of individuals when they came to Banning than again this past weekend in Palm Springs. Both times I did not have to wait at all and for the most part it was quick and painless.It's honestly so convenient and the staff is above and beyond great. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Leaving you with a very positive lasting impression. Thank you AAL for being available to all communities and being so wonderful!They also have a monthly schedule of services of when/where you can find on their website.

The Animal Action League is such a wonderful nonprofit providing affordable services. It is especially a lifesaver for full-time travelers like me. Finding reliable vets while on the road can be daunting, but stumbling upon AAL was amazing. I checked their website schedule and went by their Joshua Tree location. The process was incredibly smooth, with friendly staff making it even better. Simply drive around to the back through the gate and let them know what you require. I got three vaccines updated for my pup for just $40! Thank you, AAL!

It says to call Jan 15, 2024 and yet I keep a busy signal. None of them are answering the phones. I hope this organization gets shut down because this whole 1 phone is ridiculous. 10 mins I have called 51 times!!! How is that fair. I do not care if it’s a Non-profit organization. You pick up your phone due to being a business. This will be reported to City Hall since you refuse to answer you phones to anyone. Everyone should just give up on these guys since they refuse to take normal calls for an every day occurance. All I wanted was to spay my cat but they kept phone on Busy. Like kept it off the hook… this place doesn’t deserve to be in business. WORST EXPERIENCE.Update: For best Advice: “get extra phones, at least 4. That way it goes by faster but have your own ext # where the others can help book appointments. Instead of using 1 phone :(

Animal Action staff and team are amazing. Very thankful for everyone who makes it possible to have affordable care for our fur babies. I foster kittens and cats. The Animal Action League does an amazing job of keeping the cost down and allowing me to help feral kittens to get fixed, shots, and find forever homes. Thank you.

Melody is rigid and does not seem to understand that she is not the only one with a schedule! After leaving work early loading up the dogs and racing to ASL for shots I was informed that they could not get three year rabies because I didn’t have paper copies of their certificates. Now this is 2024 and they could print hem off their email if they had to have paper. AAL is only open 4 days in JT next month and I don’t get off usually until 4:30qBut no, Melody insisted on giving me one year, which as we all know is a headache for dog licensing and costs more with multiple trips and etc. When I protested and said it was the 2024 after all she said it was after 2 now and they were closed and to never come back!!! True customer service!!

They were amazing. It takes some patience to get an appointment because their services are so needed. They took my older dog and did an amazing job with him. It's a great place to make a donation to, they help a lot of dogs.

They were an answer to prayer. And a weight lifted off our shoulders that was almost debilitating. We took our cats to one of their sponsered spay and neuter clinics and were able to get both cats fixed, both cats were given their full line of vaccines as well as cones for around their necks and they accepted a payment of only $25 per cat. So much cheaper, faster and they really care for the animals. So not like most of the vets around us.

The employees are on guard and have a very bad attitude. A take it or leave it attitude. I am not sure who is allowing them to talk to their customers this way? they do the animal control spays Also.. and they are priority. They are small facility With one doctor so the quality of the surgery spay or neuter will not be very well done. This is a nonprofit. They are not ethical.I called today to book an appointment. I was cut off earlier this morning. The girl that called me back said she wasn’t going to play any games with me. I was flabbergasted!.. I asked her name twice and she hung the phone up on me. I realize they do the best they can. However, they don’t have to be hostile . Call their phone number listen to their recording and their attitude.listen to the way they talk to you on their outgoing message. My advice is to try to book elsewhere. If you can.

Wonderful service and a great experience. My husband has not stopped commenting on how smooth, easy and enjoyable it was. Our pups can get stressed at the vet and this really eliminated a lot of it. We got the rabies and rattlesnake vaccines. It’s so nice that we can actually be with them and hold them. Plus it is so quick driving in and out, and it’s very affordable. Everyone who helped was so friendly and warm. Living in the desert can be challenging when it comes to everyday care but Animal Action League makes it super easy. I wish they did even more services. Highly highly recommend!
