I happen to like this veterinarian, she has always taken good care of my dog. A lot of people are in too much of a hurry nowadays and want things pronto, well the real world doesn’t work that way especially up here. I call, make an appointment and she sees my dog. Try getting sympathy from your doctor and see how it goes

Absolutely ridiculous. They say how short staffed they are and make a million excusesAlso the cat they have was hissing and bothering my cat the entire timeVery unprofessionalI’m finding a new vet. Rude and unhelpful to say the leastI have been charged multiple times by them and they have yet to actually do anything for cat.

This review is in response to reviews made 4 yrs ago when Dr. Henderson had to put my yellow lab down to be cremated. "Zero" had seen her many times and always felt at ease with her. She was compassionate and got on the floor with him to make him more comfortable. She has been there whenever needed for our pets. I , Shirley Henson, was the owner of this dog, and those previous reviews did not have the personal knowledge of Dr. Hendersons care and concern as I do, and I regret I did not see those reviews sooner. I will not hesitate to take my animals for medical needs to this Dr. I have the utmost confidence in her care for over 20 years.

Doc is not your best bedside manner type vet. That being said, she has been the best vet I have ever encountered. She came in in a snow storm for my dying dog. She isn't full of frilly responses. Just straight up and she doesn't try to charge you an arm and a leg for her services. I love her style. Just real and gets the job done.

If you want a spa-like experience with fresh lemon-infused cucumber water and CBD oil, this isn’t the vet for you. Unlike other vets, this place just wants to treat your pets without all the silly frills and fuss you often find elsewhere.Without a doubt, they have the lowest prices. Without a doubt, they never try to upsell you or provide unnecessary services. And, often, they can get you in very quickly. No complaints here, and my family have been going to them for many, many years.

It was my first time going to this vet and was excited for a new point of view for the health of my dog. I got there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The line started to get long and I doubled check my calendar to make sure I got the right time..... And I did. After being checked in, I went to go get my dog out of the car and got a phone call that I had been eagerly waiting for. As I was getting my dog, only being on the phone for one minute, I had an extremely rude woman yell at me across the parking lot about how I need to grab my dog now... Get off the phone....( Of which I was in the process of doing) she kept yelling at me and proclaiming how busy they are. I should have left right then... But I wanted to talk to the vet about my experience and ultimately make sure my dog was ok. The same woman walked me into the room rudely and I bit my tongue. She proceeded to barely look at my dog and his problematic area and while I was asking questions she seemed annoyed and tried to get me out of there as soon as possible. I had to point out things and make her look at them. I later learned that she was the vet! Appauled by her behavior and rudeness, I still couldn't believe that I was still in the room! She never introduced herself, she never bothered to even ask me my dogs name or mine. Basic courtesy went out the door. I was there for my dog not me..... That's the only reason I stayed. She left abruptly and never even said.. thank you.. goodbye...... Or even gave any care in the world for my dog. Usually when I go to the vet they want to get to know my dog and pet him and make him feel comfortable and ask questions. This was not the case!As I left the room to pay for my visit the girls at the front desk didn't even look me in the eye... They avoided me. I told them I had a horrible experience, and they just shrugged their shoulders at the situation. All I wanted was that I'm sorry for your experience! I paid $86 dollars to be treated this way!I'm sorry you guys overbooked yourself but that does not make me the bad guy for taking one extra minute getting my dog.Tomi Due Henderson, D. V. M.Will never get any of my business again! I never write reviews but I hope nobody else has to endure her rudeness!

I had my cat neutered there and no problem. This trip however, they had a huge problem with my dog not liking them. Very scary for both them and the dog. they lashed out at me. I said sorry, but feel rather toxic over the whole thing! They should do a meet and greet with a new patient, especially one who has never been in, rather than just hauling them in like cattle! Sorry ladies!

Horrible service. The woman at the front counter was very unfriendly. I had to put my cat down that had been with me for 18 years. This was a very difficult decision. This woman was cold and uncaring. Both her and the doctor made me feel like I was a horrible person. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience is only referring to the process of putting our lab to sleep. I understand that the vet has been doing this a long time and she's probably very busy. Putting your pet to sleep is a very traumatic thing for most of us. She was very cold and matter of fact. Just another dog she had to put down. I've heard from others she's always been this way so they're used to it. So she gave him the injection, loaded him into a black plastic bag for cremation and went on her way. The whole thing made a horrible situation that much worse. Wouldn't go here if I have to do it again.

I enjoy this place simply because they care for pets not your wallet. My pets have been coming here for over 5yrs. I highly recommend bringing your loved pets to this vet office. Overall the staff if wonderful and caring toward clients and pets.
