Unprofessional staff. I was buying bbs, and the entire shelf was disorganized (everything was under the wrong tag). I politely alerted the cashier (Riley). She was more concerned with eating her chips. She then blamed the customers for. Stating they'll sometimes move items. I replied, saying it was in no way the customers since everything there was under the wrong tag. It was clearly stocked incorrectly. She then gave attitude. I will not be returning and will give my business elsewhere. If you need something from here, I would get it elsewhere.

Would stay far away from this location if buying a trailer!! Nothing but issues with this location and come to find out The DMV and this tractor supply constantly have problems to where the DMV ladies know the manager by name and told me they have delt with multiple problems with this location. I’ve tried talking to the manager Katie Anderson but it has been no help almost a year later and still haven’t been able to register or use my trailer. They won’t give me replacement plates, they won’t help me with the dmv and they won’t take a return even though the trailer is unused and been sitting in my garage since!! Totally unprofessional and i will be escalating this to corporate now.

My dad and me came here to buy a gun safe for the super sale. The forklift scraped it up and it was the last one. He has a metal tin safe and has never had a gun safe before and we are very disappointed. At least my dad got his money back.

After telling me that it was not disclosed to the credit bureaus, they ran me for a credit card. It was eventually reported, and when I called to talk with the manager, she was quite dismissive of my concerns. This is why retail will no longer exist. Nobody understands customer service or cares about properly training employees. They also had no idea what plastic sheeting was and said they didn't have it, at the door. They always have an entire aisle of it in stock and I found it myself.

Beyond disappointed and quite angry in fact. When you buy baby chicks out of the store and the advertisement on it literally says females only and you end up with seven roosters instead of ten hens. And then the store says they can't do anything about it. Buyer beware I don't give a hoot if the sign says females only they are not females. Tractor Supplies should be held liable and responsible as well as the breeder that is shipping them out saying that they are females and they are not. Not one piece of signage anywhere in that store saying buyer beware, they may not be female. And there's no way to guarantee 100% whether your chicks are female or male. I will never buy baby chicks from here again

No One We'll ever have a first day at work like I did!Yesterday was my official 1st day of on boarding at the Jackson store and I've got to tell you what I witnessed was truly amazing.Employees from our other stores Galt, Sonora and Auburn came and really started from the ground and helped put things back in their proper places I call it a "revamp"What an amazing crew that we had in Jackson yesterday!Anyhew.... The new supervisor has been at the store for a while now Katie is absolutely truly amazing what a wonderful person to work for so respectful to everybody and it's such a joy to be around somebody like her.All the people that I met at my new Jackson store were amazing as well it was truly a fabulous day to be had yesterday too bad you all couldn't have been there and if this is what I'm looking forward to with this new job I say bring it on!!

Silvia was the young woman that was super helpful!!! She looked up the part I needed they didn't have it at that store , she found it at the angel's camp store and said she will pick it up and have it for me waiting at 1:00 the next day when she started , amazing help satisfactory no doubt!!! I will recommend tractor supply to anyone before Lowe's!!!

They have many things that can't be found elsewhere in the area for ranching and such. Helpful staff. Always good stuff on the clearance rack. Good prices on quality pet food at a reasonable price. Usually go there for what isn't available at local ranchers outlets because stocking that particular item isn't cost effective for them

Great place to shop for lawn and garden; small farm, ranch and pet needs.Update. The store has become over crowded with items for sale. I'm all for having a wide variety of items to choose from; but You can't navigate the store comfortably without worrying about bumping into something.A lot of empty shelves in the pet food isles.

Always a wonderful place to shop. Only one problem though. For some reason, not just Tractor Supply, pant lengths stop at 36 inch length. Gotta special order anything beyond that. Not every one stops at 6'4. Give us a bone, toss in a few pairs of 38x38. Would-be much appreciated.♥️

One of my favorite places to shop for farm supplies. We get our feed there including our dogs food. They have a great selection of farm house supplies too and of course the selection of farm equipment supplies is awesome too. But you don't have to live in the country to shop there. They have boots and shoes, jeans and shirts and a variety of other things everyone can use.

Paid $20 for same day delivery, made sure we fit all the parameters(time ordered, within 25 miles), did not receive delivery and were not informed that they wouldn't be delivering it that day. E-mailed, got NO answer as to why it wasn't delivered, but got told that we could go to pick it up instead. The whole point was because we couldn't make it out there and we needed it same day and were unable to drive. At the very least, they should inform you if they can't deliver it same day, especially at that price.

I've always loved this store since it opened up here in Jackson a few years ago. Tractor Supply Company is just what Amador County needed.The employees are happy to be there and stand ready and willing to help you. Perfect location makes it easy to get in and out. You can even drive in and get your concrete and fencing/farm supplies with their help. I've never been treated like that and had their excellent service with a smile attitude.Wonderful place for Jackson and it is about time that a store like this is here to serve Jackson.

This store is an intriguing place to shop. Yes, they have pet food, yes they have farm/ranch equipment, but they also carry down home type gifts, including baby and toddler John Deer clothing. This is a great place to shop for those unusual gifts.

If you're like me in that you can spend hours walking around Harbor Freight checking out their merchandise, you'll have just as good as experience at Tractor Supply!! And guess what, their prices are competitive with Harbor Freights on some merchandise! Not surprisingly they have a lot of Chinese knock-off stuff at knock-off prices ,but they also have stuff made in the USA! Surprise! Surprise! Tractor Supply and Harbor Freight ,what one store doesn't have the other one does! I rate it a Big 5 stars , because there's nothing else like it around where I'm at!

Don't let the store name fool you . This store has lots of cool stuff. You just have to wander the isles and see things you will remember where you saw it when you need it later on. I like this store and the employees are great at their job and friendly.

Great service. One young lady helped me find a tarp and bungie chords. The cashier was very friendly and polite...she ran to grab some small dog bones I'd inquired about. I didn't catch their names. The cashier was blonde and the young lady working the floor was brunette.

Besides the obvious livestock, pet and ranch/farm supplies, nice selection of clothing, boots, and really fun deco items! Folks are friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars, but often times are out of items--need increase inventory just a tad.
