Jackie (groomer) was amazing!! My dog did great with her and he looked absolutely perfect at pick up.Staffing however seems to be a serious issue, and I was also unable to buy my dog's food though it was listed as available online.

Omg! So disappointed! So I went there in August. They told me they were very busy and hadn’t got any appointment till October 14. I ask if she could at least do my dog nails before she say yes . So I book the bath and trim for Oct 14 and the nails that week. When I took my dog in for the nails she managed to do only two paw for she told my husband she wasn’t cooperating ( he offer to help holding her but say no) at least she didn’t make us pay. But the worst is here to come. The 14th they call me saying that the groomer is sick and they reschedule my appointment for this Saturday. Today I got a call she can’t do my dog this Saturday she offer me to reschedule after the half of November!! What is this? This is how you treat your customers? Never again!

WHERE IS MARLENE! Marlene was the best groomer! I have used her for over 3 years. She was an extreme hard worker and loved the animals. Just found out she is gone from Petco. I left three messages on different days to make an appointment with Marlene and no one called me back....very pour service.

Marlene went above and beyond. She did an excellent job. My dog had not been groomed in around a year and his hair and coat was very thick and long. Marlene did a fantastic job on a difficult job.

They would not let me bring my dog's own shampoo due to some fuzzy excuse of "cross contamination". They would, if it was a prescription but not a similar shampoo by the same manufacturer. Kristin suggested one of THEIR oatmeal shampoos, at a price increase of $23! The total grooming cost would have been $70 and my dog would still not have gotten the treatment he needs. I walked out and will never return.

Didn’t trim my dogs feet because she said my dog was getting to tired. She has been taken to a groomer for 9 years and was never sent home half done. Very disappointed
