Arrived at this place in pain after returning from surgery in Folsom. Apparently the very commonly prescribed Tylenol with codeine isn’t a medicine they stock. Um okay. I knew it wasn’t the fault of the rude diminutive girl behind the counter, but if CVS sells personalities or compassion she should use her employee discount.

Horrible worst experience they should b accountable for anything they should happen bcus my Dr called n a refill and they aren’t clear on directions for me to take give me a break seriously ur jobs to refill and u can’t even do that I no what dose I’m to take I don’t understand this it’s not first time they’ve denied me my medicine they should b accountable for anything that may happen I don’t no what’s so hard about filling a prescription that’s ur job wen the dr calls n refill u fill it how dum r u people n the pharmacy what’s so hard about that

Very nice and organized CVS. Friendly, helpful staff. Pharmacy is used busy, but professional and usually keep the line moving while being courteous, helpful to customers. Most items are well stocked on sales floor. Neat and clean.

Tell me how $6.99 with a 40% off coupon and then have a five dollar reward coupon that I had to pay $1.67. It actually should’ve been free and I should’ve been actually given $.49 or $.48 back. Just does not add up.

My daughter needed a prescription filled. They were out of her medication and said they would call us when they got their shipment. They never called us to let us know they had filled it. We had to wait 3 days for our medication.

I have been a CVS customer for 20 years, but after today with my experience at this store, I am having all my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. I was having trouble getting a prescription filled and called to find out when the prescription would finally be filled. I told her I was frustrated and began to tell her what I had gone through all day, and she cut me off and put me on hold! Then when she came back on, she spoke to me a moment then hung up without saying goodbye. Unbelievably rude. Can't wait to give my business to a more deserving company.

With the transfer of all my meds from another pharmacy, I have to say the transition has been pretty smooth. The pharmacy employees are taking it in stride, especially being slammed with lots of new customers!

I went to pick up meds after mouth surgery. Was told it would be 15, 20 minutes which was nice to hear. I said I would wait. 20 minutes later I get back in line. Am told another 10 minutes. She said I will expedite this. Gee, thanks. 20 minutes later i get back in line. Was told it would be 20 minutes. Now mind you I can hardly talk because i have bloody gauze hanging out of my mouth. You would think they would've expedited this already. Then she says other people are waiting. I think to myself i am the the only person sitting there who is obviously anxious to get going. Said i would be back tomorrow. After a 30 minute drive home i get a text saying my meds are ready. I am self medicating tonight. NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

Hardly have issues if so they were quick to help! Always nice an willing to help!! Made some of my mother in laws RX auto an made some of them where we only have to order every 3montgs!! Solo much easier since we have to drive an hr to get there! Thanks again!

Not sure why but I always have problems with this store.auto refills not filled,so I switched. Happy with my new provider but cvs is still refilling my prescriptions. So I think my insurance providers think I'm still there. I'm not sure why it has to be so difficult.

I would like to say that Cheston Cindy will and Heather and don’t forget about Gary they are all an amazing knowledgeable hard-working staff at Cvs and I want to say thank you for being there and being a great part of our community and keep up the hard work and thank you for also being safe and always wearing your masks and keeping your part to not spread germs during this pandemic again I really wanted to say thank you

Not happy about pinecone drugs being closed and having my Rxs transfered to CVS pharmacy. They are slow, way under staffed, & don't answer theird phones! I will be going to Walgreens.
