Friendly people, not much in the way of groceries, wish they had fresh produce. They offer just about everything else you need. Clothes are reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of electronics and really cute gadgets. There home decor selection is really cute. I love there candle section so many to choose from and there aromas are so awesome.

I visited your Ivanhoe ca. location and was treated very disrespectful by a Hispanic female employee. She was so rude I had to leave the store. This is a small town and not a lot of stores and it’s a shame that I’ve heard these complaints for awhile now and nothing gets done. Obviously this employee is very comfortable talking to people so bad. Sorry but I’ll drive the extra miles to go to Walmart …

They were all over my car for not been straight enough for God sakes I drive an elderly around all day and you think I have time to get a100 on parking.... And they claim to be for the customer.... This place has everything I need for cleaning the house. Saves me a trip to the local Wal-Mart which is always busy. This location is always stocking things neatly and the store looks great. The employees are doing a great job.

Seems like every time I come to this store I am bothering the employees when I'm buying something. Attitudes or on the phone talking to friends. Seems like they need better management. I really hate to interrupt them as I do business

I took some stuff back my son had wanted when he was in the store with me, we had picked it up in woodlake after he saw the dentist and I let him pick way to much cus he was still groggy and I didn't want to fight with him. When I took it back to the store in Ivanhoe (which is allot closer to my home) even with my receipt they refused to take it back because I didn't buy it from them I had to take the stuff all the way back to Woodlake.

The workers are always really nice and helpful !!! But they need to move the maxi pads to a different area it's right next to the cash register that's embarrassing trying to buy some and everyone watching

Family dollar does nothing if someone parks in handicap ♿ there was a car in both parking spaces actually one was parked in the stripped area where no one is supposed to park neither one of the vehicles had a handicap place card showing nor did they have handicap license plates I was told that it was up to me to call the police that it was not their responsibility it shouldn't be up to the customer it should be the store that enforces it and call the police

The employee was so rude, I ask the employee " could you tell me how much this item cost and she said as she handed it back to me NO! I could not believe it!!! Wow will try never to go back it the store. Her name was Crystal .
