If you’re a nutrition-conscious pet owner, this store is the place for you! Most generic pet supply stores like Petco and PetSmart carry low quality dog food brands like IAMS and Beneful, but at Earthwise, you’ll only find the best high quality products. The brands they carry put strong emphasis on species-appropriate nutrition, real ingredients, and responsible sourcing. The staff is also very knowledgeable and will offer recommendations if you don’t know where to start. While I still make sure I read the ingredients for each product I look at, I really appreciate that the ingredient quality of each product they carry is top notch. They also offer amazing rewards for frequent shoppers. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable about products. So much more pleasant than the big box stores. Plus they carry items you cannot find at other stores (ie digestive care). Strongly recommend..

I just got off the phone with Dhani~ She is extremely nice. I’m really happy that she answered the phone because my dog needs his nails done really bad and they actually do take walk-ins during certain times of the day what I like about that is that they are extremely busy- But they make time for last-minute appointments. Danny was very polite and generous on the phone with her time.

I've been getting my dog groomed here for the years when it was Kriser's, and now it's gone downhill since the change. Some of the employees lash out or lie to us, and they have not treated my dog well recently. Not even finishing their groom properly.Going to look into finding a different groomer, as I no longer feel comfortable with their level of service.

i’ve been coming here ever since i got my dog and i never had better service in my life. I had some questions about changing my dogs food and adding supplements, the employee was so amazing and we talked for quite a while, she helped me pick out all the perfect things and gave me some amazing recommendations and overall tips. Love this place!

Went in on Sunday and the employees are actually the greatest!! My dog was having skin issues and both the associate and the walk in groomer took the time to really assess her specific needs. They built a better diet for her skin within my price point and gave me better shampoo/conditioner for her specific coat. You could tell they really cared about helping her, it was so nice!

I'm sorry to say, this facility has a wonderful location but the Manager acts angry whenever you ask questions. I was going to ask about grooming but she acted so angry that I just walked out. I'll take my business to a more friendly dog store. , where they are happy to help me.
