I couldn’t even tell this was an Ace Hardware, I never saw an Ace sign. Anyways, they have a lot of items for a hardware store. No ammo though and barely any power tools. Lot of items cramped in small space. Prices are okay.

I'm so glad ace is still here!We lost Herb a while ago. Mostly the same great service. Still best place in the valley.Addition just after our quakes on July 4 & 5, my well tank broke and flooded on 7-4. I ordered a replacement from Ace on the 5th. It was delivered on the 6th. This allowed the new tank installation by the 8th. Garrison Bros did the repair. Thanks Ace and Garrison for the speedy repairs.These people seem to have what is needed to care for my home.And they are much closer that Ridgecrest stores. Only thing is theydo not have a nursery.

They have everything you need! Always helpful and friendly service. If they don't have it you probably dint need it. Plus, they get in shipments of baby chicks several times a year.

Tried to place an order of steel. Communicated multiple times I wanted to make sure the order was placed and arrived the following week. Was assured it would be. Called the following week and was told I'd be called back in 15. Called back 3 hours later to be told the order never got placed and it would not be in this week. Wasted so much of my time and money.

The only reason i did not rate this store 5 star is that, typical with very small town stores, its a bit pricey. But its worth it!. The service is friendly and superb and the inventory awesome. Despite having everything, your item is easy to find.Visited again on my way out of town and Herb took me directly to the bulb I needed no fuss. Good people.

All staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products in their store. Always willing to help. Some items might be a little more pricey but you'd be amazed at the inventory here. Often times when I can't find something at Home Depot - a big box retailer! I can find it here, no problem. And even if they don't have it, he's more then willing to special order it for you and he'll have it within a day or two. Way faster then if you were to order it yourself being in a small town, that can mean a lot!

They have everything! Plumbing, building materials, tools, hay, swamp coolers, concrete, paint, veterinary supplies, pet food, etc. etc.The people are absolutely wonderful, also. VERY knowledgeable and nice. If it's slow you just might be able to strike up an interesting conversation with one of them.Best store in the West. Have shopped here for years.

It's great to have a local store that has what you need. They have a well stocked area for horse and livestock items and are great about ordering things if they don't have it. They also provide delivery for feed and large items.

These guys have everything. They have everything that home depot has and they have everything that home depot doesn't have. Need a roller for a 1970 screen door? Yep they got that. Need some bricks? They've got that. Need some hay to feed your cow? They have that too. need some switches and power outlets that fit that weird standard only used in mobile homes? They have those too. They know where everything is too so don't hesitate to ask for help because there's quite a lot of stuff in there. Prices are reasonable and staff is efficient.

My wife and I love this store, if you can’t find the tool, or part you’re looking for at the big box stores chances are these folks have what you’re looking for and then some. Helpful friendly staff that know their stuff. Our favorite hardware store since we moved out here in October.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have almost anything you could possibly want or need but be prepared to pay well over retail of a big Box store for the convenience of not having to go into town.Personally I prefer to shop locally and support my local business is but sometimes the pricing is a little out of whack and I will go into town for certain things.

If you need it, they have it. If they dont have it they can get it for you. I have needed things that cant be found anywhere and they managed to find it and got it in for me. If you need advice on something there is always someone there who knows how to answer your questions. The entire workforce there are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Try 'em, you'll love 'em!!

Do not give the staff at this hardware store any business. They will stall you out and make false promises as to when your items would be in stock. I ordered two windows here for my home and the original date to get them in stock was 4 weeks, its now been over 8 weeks and they have changed the date on me 4 times. The owner Herb is rude and after speaking with him today about tje the status of the windows he tells me to never call or visit his store again and then hangs up on me. Is that how you do business Herb? You fail to get the items in a timely manner then blame the customer? I will never shop in Inyokern again.
