i read an article about doller general. that's why i visited there. i had not heard of such a kind of business when i lived in the US before. i guess it's kind of similar to what's known as 100 yen shop in japan. photos were taken in july 2022.

A very basic discount store that carries the bare minimum of household items and groceries. It’s larger than Dollar tree and they’re located usually far from urban areas. Personally I don’t see a significant lower price here than regular grocery stores. For a small store, they actually have their own brand in products. All in all it was just fine.

I go to this store once a week. Most of the time the cashiers are super friendly. One cashier in particular needs a little more training on how to be professional when at work. I could on, but I won't. I will be back, but hopefully I will deal with the other staff members who value customers.

Friendly employees and very clean inside. Parking is a little tight. As far as groceries, a wide assortment... though I find that some items are are little overpriced. I'll probably stick to Dollar Tree.

Its a good store to shop at and I love using the digital coupons. Only thing i hate is that sometimes it is not fully stocked when you arrive early in the morning. Especially with majority of the items that we need for the coupons. The clerks are always friendly and very helpful!

This store is hands-down one of the BEST Dollar stores available in my area! The staff is always friendly, always goes above and beyond to help and/or explain their policies. The store is always clean and well-stocked, great prices and their app is so easy to use! I know this review only allows for 5 stars but they deserve an overall rating of 10⭐!!

Good prices, and the DG app allows you to add coupons to obtain an even bigger bargain. Just input you phone number at the register in the dial pad that's linked to your app account and get more savings. This store is usually always stocked with their items and pretty organized too. The employees can so be very helpful and they are also pretty knowledgeable.

I can count on DG to have what I'm looking for 98% of the time, the other 2% I'm taking into account that I'm looking for random items chancing they may carry it, ex. Rolling pin and a zester. I wasn't disappointed they didn't have it I just didn't want to order/ship it nor drive to a big department store because I wanted the items right away and DG is fast and close. No love lost DG! Nice, friendly and helpful staff!!

Love this store. The manager Daniel is the best. Even when customers are mad or upset because an item is out of stock due to only 1 Dollar General being in Los Angeles. Daniel is always willing to help or even explain what is wrong and offer assistance or alternatives. The store is always stock with the best deals and very clean and organized. I went to other Dollar General in Los Angeles County and this one so far the best. Not because its close to me but because of the staff, organization of the store. This is definitely my favorite store.

Every time I go to this store I am greeted by one staff member or more. They are all so friendly and helpful. There is a young man named Robert that always ask if I need help when he's there. I go to this store at least 3 times out of the week to get what I need because it's so convenient for me. Thanks to all the staff for your dedication and support! Thank you so much Brenda.

I give fives stars to dollar general because all the employees are so courteous. They always greet you as soon as you walk in. And when you need help to find something they never hesitate to help you. There all smiles with good upkeep on there store.

This store brightened up my entire day, like a kid on Christmas morning, like a fat cat sunbathing in the spring, like an car getting and over all work up after their driver got his taxes back!!!!! The entire staff was courteous and helpful, the store was stocked and polished clean, everything was acceptable, and best of all the prices were emaculate!!!! This will be my first stop to shop from now on.

Did the first time I've been there and it's very nice I like the way the workers greet you when you come in, very polite and professional. I'll be going back. They have a lot of stuff, not everything is a dollar, but good price.

Most of isles were messy, shelves were empty. 1 worker Mexican decent gentlemen was working hard unloading boxes and working register. Well I could here what sounded like to women having a nice loud conversation just laughing in the office with 1way mirror, so I know they seen me and my family waiting patiently at the register but they guy rushed over to help us and sas very nice. I'm definitely going to choose and different location to visit next time.

Lines are long, check out takes wayyyyy tooo longggg. But most of the staff is usually very friendly, so I come back often, and spend way to much, because of the staff, & because they were still open during corrintine shut-down, and had everything I needed when everything else was closed. Prices are a little too high, so i only buy a few things now.

Great store! Would have given it more stars but the cashier attempted to take the customer standing behind us because we were talking with a customer in front of us (who he had already rang up). Rude cashier but the store is great.

I give this store 1 star. The manager Daniel would not let us use Mfg printable coupons said it was a new policy and to check their web site we did while in the store could not find it and asked him where on their site was this policy he said he could not touch our phone well never asked him too we just want him to point it out. But the person in front of use was using a Digital Coupon on her phone and they took her phone to scan the digital coupon then told her the digital coupon was not working and she could not use digital coupon either. This manager was very rude and short really seemed to have a problem with women.

First time into a Dollar Tree. Heard it was similar to the 99 cent store in what products they carry. Nicely greeted at the door. But! felt like employees lacked initiative in assisting me with what i was looking for which were bungee cords. The cashier said, i think we carry them and go check for them back there. I said, Back, where? She said, over there, pointing randomly in the direction of the back of the store. Feeling like I was just tossed a bone to go fetch, I just did a quick perusual of the store, then left. Im sure she was just going through a moment, as it was Friday night, so i wont hold it agst her nor Dollar Tree saying its a reflection of all employees , and will let this experience slide. Really would have been better just to do the 99 and save some time. 99 cent store carries bigger selection of items But DT does carry select variaty of items 99 cent store doesn't carry. Its your call.

Customers service is awesome here all the workers greet and look to help out upon entering the store they really have great attitudes here at this location and are very knowledgeable about where things are in store when I need something fast and dont wanna go far it takes care of my needs love having it here in the neighborhood

Clean and quiet despite only 1 person working. Other DGs I have gone to always have big lines but this one I was in and out in a snap."Dollar General" doesn't mean it's a whole dollar store. They do have a $1 section, but they carry a variety of useful items that are either same price or slightly cheaper than other places nearby depending on the product.They take EBT and have a decent food section. They also carry stationary, cleaners, bug killer, laundry detergent, pet food, kitchen items, and more. It's the perfect 1 stop shop.

It's called Dollar general however not all items are one dollar if u only want to purchase 1$ items go to Dollar tree or 99cent store. The staff is nice helpful store well stocked and clean.
