Pandemic Up Date-The Grand Paw is doing a pretty good job as they work through the issues associated with the COVID Pandemic. They now pick up you dog from the car, you do not go inside at all. They bring your pet out to you in the evening, so it is more-or-less touchless. They also have both masks and sanitizer out in the parking area so that you can sanitize if you like. Good job. But I miss the little shop and talking to the folks while waiting for our dog, Bailey to drag out the poor lad that has to tear him away from his play date.This is the doggy daycare and boarding place in the East Coachella Valley. It has nice facilities and reasonably good hours. They are not real flexible on times and policies. Not a deal as far as pricing goes but seem to take reasonable care of the pets. They have a little pet gift shop, mostly dog oriented full of overpriced things you can’t live without. The grooming function is not the best or least expensive. Ask about purchasing multiple use packages. Tuesday and Thursday they have pool time for Fido if your dog is so inclined. Separate small and large dog areas. They charge $25 bucks to qualify your dog’s behavior before you can bring him. Have all your shot information ready.

Our baby suffers from separation anxiety and it was suggested we bring her to doggie day care. She loves it. When we arrive she almost breaks my arm running into the place to go play. She even stays In a crate after hours till we pick her up. At home she broke out of every crate we ever tried we now leave her Alone at home. The techs at the Gran Paw are awesome, loving and kind. I cannot say enough about this place. Overnight stays they have their own cabanas with TVs!

If you have large dogs this is THE place. Our dogs are bigger and they absolutely love it here. There is plenty of space for them to run around. Any staff we’ve ever encountered is always so friendly and seems to truly love being around dogs! It definitely seems like our dogs’ happy place. Our dogs have never been sick after a boarding and they always come home clean and EXHAUSTED! It is worth every penny. We also love just dropping them off for a play day. Swim days are also awesome. They have an in the ground pool and one of our dogs absolutely loves it!

Great Facility! We went in a week prior to our pup staying there for a tour and a temperament test, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we dropped our pup off for her stay she was excited to be there again. She was happy when we picked her up and quickly fell asleep when we got home.The grand paw is reasonably priced and I highly recommend!Thank you Grand paw for taking care of Cocoa!

My dog loves this facility!I leave the back window cracked so she can smell where she’s going and when Honeysuckle walks that red carpet to the entrance….. she forgets that I’m leaving lol 😂 that makes me completely comfortable knowing my dog is in good care.The staff is also very friendly & helpful.

I was so happy with The Grand Paw and so were my two kittys. They had a comfy room with plenty of time to play and lounge in. Also they posted pictures of my babies for me to see so I could know 5hey were doing well as I missed them. I will definitely board with them again when I need to in the future.

Very good service and care for your fur baby. Staff is professional, caring and does an outstanding job. You can rest eady boarding your pet there. Facility is clean, they check for vaccinations being current and pricing is reasonable and they deserve five stats and your support!

I have had 2 dogs here for grooming and doggie daycare here. They are very organized and call right away so I can pick them up soon. My dog Bailey is somewhat high strung by nature and gets nervous when going places but the doggy daycare staff here held her a lot and she loved them!! I felt fine leaving her in daycare a few times!

Maya has been coming here - for daycare, an overnighter, to the occasional week-long stay - for all of her 7 years. While she does hate me to leave (which has nothing to do with TGP), she gets SO excited to see the staff that I do not worry. She always comes home mellow, seemingly content, and with all her belongings. Staff are good about a verbal report card if there was anything noteworthy, including the exceedingly rare occasion there has been more than a wee scratch picked up during play (which is usually still a wee thing, which only makes me appreciate the gesture more).Many rambunctious years ago, Maya was injured on-site once and required a vet trip; the protocol they followed combined with follow-up actually made me feel even better about leaving her in their care (thank you, Brian & team).I've nothing but good things to say - except a flipppant wish for a play area camera :) - and happily recommend TGP to all my pet people; I'm grateful for such a quality establishment & genial staff at the prices they offer.

Our pup has been going to Grand Paws for 5 years or so. He absolutely loves it. Whether he is there for a day of play or is staying for a week or two he is always happy and healthy when we pick him up. The staff there are always happy to see him and are truely wonderful dog lovers. We have had nothing but 100% positive experiences with each stay.

We recently boarded our 14 year old pug for 8 days. We have boarded our dogs here several times over the years. As always, The Grand Paw delivered exceptional service, a comfortable and happy place for our senior dog, and a piece of mind for us so that we can enjoy our vacation. They are fabulous here. My plane wasDelayed and I called to tell them I may not be able to get her yesterday and they were just great. Very flexible. It turned out I made it with 30 minutes to spare but I knew Maisie was safe-and that they would keep her no problem. This was Maisie’s first time boarding here. She was so happy when I picked her up she seemed to have a good time and I could tell the staff treated her really well. Even though I did not groom her this visit she smelled wonderful. I could tell she was her and loved. No kennel smell, actually more like a flower. This place is fantastic.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My dog was there for the day and when I went to pick him up his paw was bleeding I asked one of the workers politely ,cause I know things happen, the lady was acting fussy so I asked to speak to a manager, Brian came out I honestly felt he was taking his coworkers side I ended up going to the vet spending money out of my pocket because I was afraid if he would get an infection. Not bringing my dog here again.

they're supper picky!! can be a little annoying but i guess it is a good thing. they wont take your dogs if one vaccine is missing and they are always on top of records.groomers are great!! we love that place.

The Grand Paw is by far the best boarding and day care facility around! We have been bringing our dogs here for the past 10+years for both daycare and overnight stays. The Grand Paw staff is always welcoming and accommodating to our needs, they treat our dogs like family! We couldn't imagine leaving our babies anywhere else!

Our 12 year old Cavalier King Charles has been going to daycare and having sleepovers at The Grand Paw (when we travel) for 11 years. They love and care about our little guy giving him everything he needs and wants. We are so grateful for the services they provide and the amazing people they employ. Haven't been able to find anyplace better. My dogs run in for boarding and getting them out requires a chicken jerky. It's the only place I trust to take care of my dogs as I would when traveling. Look nowhere else, you found the right place. It may be more expensive than others but you get what you pay for and peace of mind is priceless.

My dog loves coming here. They take really good care of him. He's exhausted when he gets home and is super mellow the rest of the evening. I'm obsessed with my Basset hound like he's my child and don't haphazardly trust people with him. I trust this place.

My dog had an amazing time here! I could tell because as soon as I would say "do you want to go play with your friends..." she would get all excited and start running in circles! My husband opened the door of the car and she immediately jumped in! And once there, jumped out of the car! Great facilities!
