So I go in at 3:15pm and it's busy at the pharmacy. And I go to the "drop off" line to drop off a consent form and Don, one of the pharmacist is with a customer. That's what I thought at the beginning. As their conversation continues it wasn't any thing to do with medication or insurance. Nothing to do with the pharmacy aspect. They were talking about buy a house and traveling. I know about courteous to customers but come one past 15 minutes waiting while everyone else in the pharmacy is busy and he's leaning on the counter and showing his cellphone is no way to conduct service. And he wasn't on his break cause I ask the other employee when I went to the other line.

This place is full of the meanest people ever. It's full of couples who will make fun of you. A woman in a red shirt is harassing people near the door. A white guy in a green shirt with a light brown cap is being extremely rude towards people and threatening to shoot people at a parking lot. with his girlfriend. He is from Satan. The prices are expensive. Do NOT go to this store.

Maaaaannnnnn!!!! Got to share because look at those prices! My Ralph's Grocery store Haul for meat, with these 2022 inflation prices this is how I will be filling my freezer from now on, no shame in buying on sale meats since it goes in my freezer anyway. Pro-tip...go early when they open at 6am, the butchers start marking down the meat and you will get a better selection if you go early. I went to 2 Ralph's and just filled my freezer for $75.

Shout out to the folks who work at this Ralphs in Indio- thank you! You made my mom's big birthday extra special. She let me know THE NIGHT BEFORE that she would really like some balloons. The customer service person took great care of me and found someone to open floral early and blow up 20 balloons. Meanwhile, the bakery ladies helped me pick the cake. They then helped me stuff all the balloons in the car so I could get home in time to surprise my mom. I know things are extra tough right now during the pandemic and everyone is cranky and stressed, but I so appreciate that you all went above and beyond to make my mom's birthday extra special. THANK YOU!

It's super easy shopping at the Ralph's close to PGA West! It's a huge, recently renovated store with a deli, sushi, salad and olive bar! And the employees are all very helpful and nice.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff- great location- excellent produce and meats. We visited from NYC and stayed in Palm Desert. We cooked home and purchased our groceries here. Good prices, helpful staff and the best pineapple I've ever had! Holy cow!

Their worker Gloria and the rest of the ladies they kept talking and we were waiting for half an hour to get our food and we never ended up getting it overall they are very lazy and rude we asked them if they could come to the station and they were so lazy they didn't want to work at the station please fire all of them and let them work wherever else because at ralphs they obviously don't wanna work

It was my friend's birthday and her husband wanted to surprise her with a cake with the floor plan of their new house on the frosting.. The bakery was perfect they did an amazing job of decorating this cake with the blueprint. Everything was on time and everything was as promised I was amazed.

I ordered this graduation cake, the initial consultation was carried out with subpar customer service. Any questions were given rushed and uninterested responses (The employee’s initials are M.P.). I received the cake that does not meet Ralph’s standards: the cake was lopsided, the lettering resembled chicken scratch, the frosting was uneven, and the base board was not wiped down. The cake looked unfinished, when we asked for further assistance to make the cake presentable (wiping off the rushed lettering, adding another layer offrosting) the employee dismissed our requests. Overall this was not a pleasurable experience as the cake received does not reflect the craftsmanship demonstrated by the display cakes.

Location, location, location.... Most Ralph's are terrific and are 5 star. This particular location is located such that everyone in this part of La Quinta seems to think is their only option to shop for groceries. As a result, it is always super crowded, shelves are frequently empty, and the choices are not that good because it feels like you're picking through everyone's leftovers. Drive to Stater Bros on HWY 111 and you'll see fully stocked shelves with a good selection of most goods. Drive a little further to the Ralph's on Washington and you're back to 5 star.

I love the vegan cheese and meat options. Their private label brand Simple Truth never fails in quality and taste. The variety of soft-drinks and energy drinks is also very impressive. I like to go around 11am for the fried chicken. Not really a drinker but the free samples of vodka are amazing! Did I mention it has it's own Starbucks! I could stay here forever.

A very well stocked and inviting store. The only thing that I don't like is the narrow aisles. It is difficult to get around other shoppers, and during these Covid times, keeping distance from other people can be hard. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the shop is clean and orderly.

The store is always super clean. The prices are pretty expensive compared to the other grocery stores available.Where they would get 5 stars from me is there flower shop. I bought 2 dozen roses and baby breathes and was going to repackage it myself before giving it to my wife. Crystal did it for me and what an amazing job she did. The display is what you would have paid big bucks for in a flower shop. I will definitely come back again because of her.The sandwich section is super slow. You need to know that before you go there. It's not like going to subway. They really take their time but the sandwiches are delicious.If this review was helpful, give it a 👍

One of our favorite Ralphs locations - good selection of wines, beers. Even when it's busy, the checkout lines seem to move pretty fast. Plus, the bakery and deli staff has always been most helpful when looking for something special for festivities and special events around the neighborhood and at home.

Great store, good customer service. The Deli section is devine! Sandwiches made to order, many unique and delicious salads. Yesterday I enjoyed freshly prepared sushi. So why only 4 🌟... The parking lot is a "zoo"! Perhaps I haven't found the best time of day to shop. Overall a good experience!

The cashier, Erin, was OUTSTANDING! I had a horrible day and when I went to pay, my card declined and out of the kindness of her heart she paid for the rest of my groceries. She was so friendly and welcomed me to the neighborhood, as I just moved here. She made my experience excelent.

Nice store, clean & friendly, plenty of parking, efficient staff & in a safe neighborhood. The layout is standard for every Ralphs, this location is no exception. Always stocked with available sanitary & disinfectants for the consumers during the life of Covid. Their produce and meat selections are usually stocked pretty well, but too often many dairy products are missing. This is a busy location, the self checkout is normally staffed with helpful staff & moves along rather quickly, but I feel they lack sufficient cashiers to man their peak hours.

Went for the first time. Got to the check out and the guy started ringing my stuff up. He pushes my stuff all the way to the end of the check out, I pay and he starts ringing up the guy behind me shoving my stuff as far as possible out of the way. I asked him if I was supposed to bag my own groceries and he says nothing while continuing to ring up the guy behind me. I start bagging my stuff and I asked him again if this is standard procedure. Are we supposed to bag our own stuff? After asking twice, the checker looks at me and said Oh, usually there's people to bag but they must be on a break. I'm like 70 and he still refused to help me bag my stuff or put my water in the cart. Just ignored me until I finished. Won't be going back.

July 15th 0830 amSean (cashier working self checkout area)Wow he provided me some old school great customer service had a long ride back to my house and I needed a clear plastic bag for some expensive steaks I had purchased so they wouldn't get contaminated and he could have easily have said they got them back in the meat department but he got me one very conveniently as I was checking out I appreciate that he's a good man!02/09/2022They held on to a rather expensive cell phone that I had left behind and cheerfully gave it back to me, offered to give the person who found it a $20 reward the manager says they couldn't accept it but thank you for returning it!

I am a personal advocate for Ralph's.The store is pretty big and has large assortment of everything you would think of for a grocery store. It has a decent assortment of Latin food, and a section for Asian food.They don't have locally sourced Deli or butcher, but they make the pastries in house. There is a in house sushi section, and a Starbucks.Prices are competitive, but I suggest to do around still.The store is clean, and the staff are always helpful.

This Ralph's is fairly newer than other Ralph's in the Valley. Very clean, good parking with lots of room. A little far from my house, but worth taking the extra drive for cleaner environment!

I visited this store yesterday and while I was looking for an item in the wine department there was a woman in a dark gray camo type t shirt named Vanessa. She never once offered to greet me or ask me if she could help me find something. She did manage to make eye contact with me and give me a dirty look. The shirt she was wearing had the store number of 160 on it which is the store number. This was week one of Coachella music festival and the shirts say "Bobchella" on them. I asked around to other store associates as to what this meant and they told me Bob is the manager and had these shirts made up for his employees and he was charging $15.00 for them ! How conceited and vain this store manager is. Come to find out the rude woman in the wine department Vanessa was an assistant Manager !!. This store is in total chaos with its current management and making up rules as you go, fly by the seat of your pants attitude. Please fire these imbiciles !

Loved their 40% off sale on wines. Made it less costly to buy for an upcoming party. Now, if they would just carry 1.75 liter bottles of diet tonic...
