I am not one to write reviews, but this one is well deserved! I cannot express my satisfaction with the amazing work that Nereida does and the level of care she takes for my dogs. She is very detailed and works extremely well with my dogs' different personalities. One of my dogs is typically terrified of the blow dryer (so much that another groomer left her for hours in a kennel to air dry😤) but Nereida's patience has gained my dogs trust (and mine) because my dog comes home dry, fluffy, and happy in a short amount of time. If you are considering trying out Puppy Paws, don't think twice!

This place was the perfect spot to get my Aussidoodle groomed ! Lucy looks gorgeous, the staff was also super friendly. I took these photos after she had already gotten dirty lol. She feels amazing and so much more manageable, thank you guys !

I have followed Nereida since she began her grooming journey and am so glad to be able to take my precious pups to her. She is very professional and always has my pups out within the timeframe she says. One of my dogs is a border collie blue heeler mix and bathing her is a struggle. Nereida has been grooming her for the past three years and has attended to all her needs. Peaches is a 7 year old mix who gets very shaggy when not groomed but Nereida just knows just what to do to make her look beautiful.

Nerida is the BEST most RESPONSIBLE, SWEET, HELPFUL Groomer I have ever known! I recommend her to all. If your lucky enough to have her for your sweet pet's grooming you will never be disappointed. I'd give her 1000 stars if this review would let me.

Absolutely horrible my dog wasn't even badly matted and the groomer wanted to shave her completely. And to shave my small dog it was more expensive 75 dollars. She was just being lazy & didn't want to do my dog a good haircut the easiest thing was to shave my dog. I finally found a groomer who did do the haircut after I left here & my new groomer said my dog wasn't even matted and charged me 45 dollar.Never bringing my dog here ever again.

5 Stars plus more. Grooming services are Superb; Customer service is Superb; Professionalism is Superb; Prices are Incredibly Superb; Facility cleanness is Superb. My shih Tzu, Terry, is very happy, clean and soft. They will work with you and your dogs needs. I definitely recommend this place of business. THE BEST Grooming services in the ENTIRE Coachella Valley.

I started taking my Golden Retrievers to get bathed and groomed with Nereida since they were just months old puppies. Now 8 and 5 years old, they LOVE getting pampered at Puppy Paws! She makes their long coats so easy to maintain in this desert heat!

Still the best grooming services in all of the Coachella Valley, customer service is second to none and the prices are incredibly reasonable. We have been bring our pets to Nereida for years and look forward to many more as she is very skilled & professional with her work. Definitely recommend and will keep coming back 👌🏾 👍🏽
