The grooming is done well and my dog is so comfortable with Andrew. I've been to other groomers who dont seem to care for my dog as much. She has anxiety when meeting new people. After several visits with other groomers, Andrew is the ONLY one who really tried with her. (Gotta give props to Debbie too! She was great with Polly and was very sensitive to her needs.) I feel like Polly gets the proper attention here.

We Have been taking our little dog to see Crystal, our favorite groomer, for several years. Our dog is a rescue dog so has had some issues and Crystal is so patient with her and her cut is always beautiful! Crystal is very nice to us people too!

Andrew the groomer is the best I've ever had. He cares about his job and the dogs that he grooms. You could actually see it. My dogs actually like going to him and Andrew pays special attention to Dodger, as he's an older dog. I don't know Andrew other than once a month with our appointments, but I'm glad my dogs, Cruz and Dodger, do.

We love our groomer, Debbie. She does the best job on our Reba. We only go to Debbie and no one else in the valley because of her caring nature, amazing customer service, patience with our dogs. She is incredible with our animals and we trust no one else to handle them.

Extremely happy with Petco's grooming services; however, it is almost impossible to get Gigi in the car for the short trip.. I really need to learn how to bathe her myself to save both of us from getting stressed. Gigi is extremely strong willed. Her heart was pounding while in the car (about 5-10 drive). Was tempted to pull over and hold her before we arrived at Petco. If I ever need Petco's services or supplies, will not hesitate. All of your employees are GREAT!

The groomer did a great job on my pet's nail and slight hair trim. I would have given a 10, however, I had called the previous day to schedule an appt; no one returned my call when I left a verbal message with employee. I had to again call the next day.

Andrew The Pet Groomer, is outstanding and takes great care of Poetry. He is truely an asset to the indio store. All the employees are attentive and greet us and thank us for shopping. Customer service is so hard to find....I will continue to shop here and tell everyone I know that Indio Petco is amazing. .
