BEST SHOP IN THE VALLEY. Brandon, the owner, is very knowledgeable and super helpful when deciding on what to get. His shrimp collection is by far the sickest(best) in the valley, all different types of color and sizes. He also has a VERY good live plant selection for fresh water and salt water! He also carries food and other supplies for aquarium needs. Awesome selection of fish as well. They all look healthy and happy! I've bought about 7 or 8 shrimp from him and have had some of them for weeks, and they are getting bigger and staying healthy. The same goes for the Lilly pads and brownish green leaf plant(forgot the name)I purchased! Extremely happy with the service and my purchases. Coachella Valley Aquatics - Glad to see a new fish store open up here locally in the desert, went in for a new fish tank it was not in stock sold out (UNS 5T - the store has super clear UNS TANKS and Aquarium Co-Op supplies - pretty cool you don’t have to order and wait or pay for shipping - The UNS Tank online shows lower price but with that shipping fee it ends up being a bit more expensive) so he offered to placed an order for me and put me a new substrate to use “UNS Controsoil in brown” and pretty excited to use that substrate when the new tank arrives.I also picked up some really cool Lava Snail/Devil horn snail they are healthy. There is also lots of super active variety of fish in the store when i went in.This morning texted Brandon (you can text him and he will reply back) answered some concerns about my cube tank PH level and KH swing. Learned not to trust the chemistry of the test to much and to really follow up on WATER CHANGES even if the test read okay so make sure you do your water changes! i was focused on what the test read instead of just doing my weekly water changes.Was able to get my water stable and my fish are good this is a great store and positive attitude owner with great knowledge. Thank you dude for your help!I’m new to the hobby 1year and this is now my main fish store.

Coachella Valley Aquatics has become my favorite place to unwind and talk to a fellow fish lover. I’ve been coming in regularly to Brandon’s shop for about a year now. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Has AMAZING variety of quality fish. All the fish and plants I have gotten there have THRIVED. If you have a special fish request he’s more than happy to help out and order them online for you. The quality of my tanks have improved so much just by coming to the shop and getting more knowledge and quality products from Brandon. He’s genuinely become a friend. There’s no other fish store I would recommend in this valley. Avoid the big pet chains with sick fish. Stick to a local shop like this one that actually cares about their fish.

I was really nervous about getting into the fish hobby , I was glad my friends friends pointed me to Brandon dirección at c.v aquatics , he’s beign nothing but patient and helpful with any questions I’ve had and given great advice that’s made me feel a lot better about getting into the fish hobby , I love the way my fish look and and my tank and it’s thanks to Brandon and he’s experience , can’t recommend them enough ,if your thinking about getting into the hobby definitely give him a visit you won’t regret it !!!

Awesome aquarium shop, with a wonderful selection of fish and supplies, everything from guppies to cichlids and everything in-between, shoot even have saltwater corals and frags, this is a sweet spot located right next to the neighborhood Walmart, Brandon the owner is down to earth and very knowledgeable and has or can get what you need! Don't sleep on quality visit them today.

Had a great experience! The shop is pretty small and ran by one guy, but the selection is decent and the fish seem healthy. I just put mine in a couple hours ago, and they're already colored back up + eating. Owner was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Came here before to get info amazing service but today I tried getting some fishes and online it says they’re open and when i got here it was closed! I’m not local from the place so it was quite a bummer. I would appreciate fixing the hours online!

Stopped by for the 1st time today - good place, super helpful owner - picked up a few algae eaters for a tank that's been growing green and brown algae at an obnoxious rate since the day I set it up - gets a wee bit too much light from a window. Cool place - will visit again - who knew this place existed! Glad it does. TNX for the ><>

Great responses in the website might need to be a bit updated but overall a great shop. I would want a bit more variety in fresh water plants since some need to be restocked but definitely planning on buying some! Deserves to be noticed around the valley!
