We have used Angie’s a couple times for grooming our dog and each time we are always happy with the results. Being close to Christmas they actually even gave a Christmas gift to our puppy just to enjoy. Between the excellent work they do in the cost being affordable this is a place I would highly recommend

Angie's always does a great job on our 2 little poodles and they are super honest. They overcharged me one time. I had no idea, but they made a note of it and took it off my bill the next time we came in!

I definitely do not recommend for Standard Poodles. Our majestic boy came back looking like a large rat. :*( The groomer we usually go to for full-grooming was sick and had to reschedule for after when we needed (I included a photo of how they do it). So, we decided to try Angie's Dog-Gone Pretty and I am disappointed that we did. He was almost completely shaven---not even his ears were left alone and the eyelashes of his right eye were shaven off. His legs are uneven and he has several nicks included one just above his left eye. We were told that he was shaven because he was really matted, but I had just brushed through most of his body before he left (except for the inner parts of the legs and lower legs due to post surgery limitations).Our poor boy knows when he has gotten a bad haircut. You can even see the difference in his posture between the two different groomers. When he has had a good grooming, he struts around like a king. When he hasn't, he looks defeated and sad.Standard Poodles--especially our Poodle's size (85 lbs)--are expensive to get groomed, so it is expected that it will be a better outcome for the price paid.The one star that I did give is for the ear cleaning. We had tried somewhere else for baths in between full-groomings and I was appalled to discover that they seemed to not be cleaning his ears. Angie's corrected that issue.

In the beginning it was great service! I made this place my fur babies grooming services and gave the owner my business! I don't know if it was a change of staff or what exactly happened, but ther service is so unprofessional little by little coming up with excuses why they couldn't bathe my dog why they couldn't brush he's teeth, and why they couldn't cut his nails. Today was the last straw, they botched by dog in several places, skin looks red and irritated. The groomers looked miserable and over worked. They have no patience for the dogs. Stay away. My dogs have come out smelling dirty at times and didn't say anything . While taking my money 165 plus for grooming they didn't do. Don't fall for the old pretty pictures. Read the recent 1 year reviews, how unprofessional they are. If I could post pictures of bad they left my dog I would so you won't have to go through the same experience as some of us have!

Angie's has the nicest people and they're great at what they do. My pups don't freak out when we take them in which really says something because you know they remember traumatic experiences!! Anyway, I highly recommend Angie's Dog Gone Pretty.

I’ve been going to Angie’s Dog Pretty for years now. There service and groomers used to be amazing however now that there are new people answering and working the front the service is terrible.Not only is it hard to get someone to answer the phone but it’s also difficult to get an appointment.I like to go pick up my dog right away from his washes since he gets anxiety. Angie’s has always been good about calling me and letting me know right when he’s finished. However, one time I only took him for a wash and when I called to get an update they did not answer. I was calling for over an hour and finally once someone answered they responded with “oh they’ve been done for a while you can come get him”. My dog does not like the groomers so it upset me that he had been done for a while and no one even called.Also when I had went to go pick him up the receptionist was just talking and not answering calls.My last straw with this place was when I booked an appointment and made sure of the date and time several times. I’m currently at school in LA therefore I was making sure I would be able to get someone to drop him off and pick him up. SO I MADE SURE I KNEW THE TIME AND DATE!!The day of the appointment one of my family member’s went to drop him off at 2 and they informed us that he had missed his appointment. The receptionist began with the appointment was at “12:30” then later change it to “1:00” therefore leading me to believe they didn’t even remember what time my appointment for my dog was. I was very upset since I was having to be at an event for school and call Angie’s and figure out where the misunderstanding was at. Not only to add my dog was very upset, shaking, and panting.I will never go here again and make sure to tell people to avoid this place

Nice dog groomer. We took both of our Havanese in for a wash and trim. They were well treated and came home looking great. We made appointments for a return visit.

I have been taking my dog to Angie for over 10 years. Hands down the best groomer ever. They always do amazing work and the owner Angie is so nice and just loves my dog. I feel confident when I take my dog there, they will do a great job and no worries.I highly recommend Angies Dog Gone Pretty.

This place was unkind and one of the worker's talked to me in a way that was not necessary when I just asked a simple question. I am not pleased with the service for a few reasons.1.) Continually raising the price two different times.2.) They don't like my dogs and complain about them.3.) Also, my dog's bark sounds different since they were groomed.The groomers don't seem to find joy in their job. Why work at a place if the employees don't treasure or value the fluffy animals they need to take care of? I personally would not recommend this place because the employees don't have a care about the dogs. The value of money is more important than the value of the dog.

To be respectful the staff was very nice. However the actual grooming was not as I wanted. I wanted a bear cut style on my Yorkshire and absolutely did the complete opposite. It was my first time there and will be the last. Some images posted gave high hopes but sad to say I absolutely hate how my pet looks.

Angie's followed Covid-19 protocols, took our babies in right away and were clear about when we could pick them up. When we picked them up, they were happy and clean! Their nails (admittedly way over grown) were nice and short and they smelled nice and clean. The price is way better than Petco too. We will definitely be return customers!

This groomer loves her craft and treats my four-legged baby like her own. I love picking up my doggie after a day of pampering from Angie's. Fair prices and great values to her customer's four-legged family members.

They bathed my dog and he smells better but they didn’t brush him as they were supposed to as I had paid for a good brushing. I picked him up and it looked like they didn’t even put a brush to him. The staff was friendly enough, I just wish they would have put a bit more effort in to their work.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Kept my dog for over 5 hours and we picked her up with a cut on her stomach that wasn’t there before and they obviously rushed through the job as the hair was unevenIn all my years of going to different dog groomers I’ve never seen such an utter lack of respect and professionalism

Been here a couple times before and the service was ok and my dog looked fine but last time I toke him they rushed his hair was uneven and even had cuts on both of his ears with blood and he did not have that before I brought him in!
