Simply put, the best ever. Compassionate, wonderful, knowledgeable, they don't charge enough. I've had many vet experiences, some good, some terrible, some vets seem to lack compassion for their human clients, others have lied. Not in Hyampom, every time I've been treated with respect, had all my questions answered, especially the ones asked in pure ignorance and been made to feel like family. Like I said before, and a million times more, they are the best ever.

We’ve my family has taken our dogs here for years and I’m taking my own now and never once have we had a bad experience. They are so amazing with the animals and will work as hard as they possibly can to make sure they are well taken care of. I will always recommend them.

I know and love these people, Ebbe and Uschi Schneider, and have taken all of our animals to them for years. They have treated our furry family and us quite well. I was surprised to see a rating of only 3.7, and as I was curious I read them. All three...Considering one was negative...a single star is probably the lowest rating available, and considering what I know of the Schneiders, their professionalism, and demeanor, I can only assume the commenter took the same attitude he left in his comment.I would disregard it as an outlier.They deserve better.They are the best!
