Mr. Angel always does a fantastic job with all my dogs and he really goes above and beyond. We've been to a lot of other groomers and will never go anywhere else. This place is amazing! Took my dog there for the first time and they were very kind and inviting. They also had time to squeeze him in last minute. Called me to let me know when he was ready to be picked up and I was in love with the results, his coat was nice and clean and his nails were trimmed. They even gave him a bandana! Definitely coming back to this place next month ! :)

Great service. It was easy to make an appointment, it was her first time going. I dropped her off and they called me once my dog was ready. She came out looking and smelling great. She got a nail trim, hair trim, and wash. I truly recommend.

These people don't know about customer service and how to treat people. They're always trying to come up with extra charges. Now, they claim that our dog has the same account as my mom's, and she owes $20 for a late pickup. So I explained that we are different people with different dogs. I thought since we're always on time and always leaving them a good tip that they would do the right thing but no! I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

First time taking my new puppy there. I had been there about 2 years prior with my daughters dog which is why I decided to go again but I won’t be going back. Besides the fact that it was my pups first time at a groomers and they took 5 hours to have him which raised his anxiety- I literally picked him up shaking from fear which was heartbreaking. He was depressed and scared the entire rest of the day. That is not his usual behavior and it was hard to see him like that. When I called to schedule an appointment they asked me to come in right away and the person who received him seemed upset that we even showed up. But I asked for a cut and they took it upon themselves to not cut hair and just give him a trim of certain areas which is a basic trim. I was even asked when I dropped him off how I wanted his cut. Then he was all full of another dogs hair which was white ( my dog is black & brown). Again- won’t be going back and specially not recommending which sucks because they used to be good.

RIDICULOUS!!! Was told the total was 290$, but then was called back saying it went up to 315$ for two dogs, just to get them back completely bald!! Never going here again! If you want an affordable and a 4/4 pet grooming service go to Peek-A-Dog grooming located in South Gate.

They did an amazing job cutting my dog’s hair, it was just how I wanted it and they showered him perfectly. He smelled and looked great! I would definitely recommend this place to many friends and family. Their price range is worth it for their services they offer.

FIRST & LAST TIME HERE! I got a decent price over the phone before I took my dog in for her appt but when I picked her up 6 HOURS LATER they charged me extra for little things my dog “supposibly” had. I was told my dog got her nail stuck in the kennel & took off her own nail which is crazy because this has never happened before. I called 3 times to see how much longer it’s going to take & never answered me or got a call back. The haircut was okay but didn’t bother cleaning my dogs eyes. Also, I don’t think they bother giving the dogs water at all, once we got in the car my dog finished all the water I had for her. Don’t bother taking your dogs here.

This family business is my go to. They take a little longer but are great with my fearful dog. They get her properly cleaned and at a reasonable price. I haven’t had any trouble contacting them and they are so professional on the phone and in person.

This spot is amazing!! Love the customer service and the quality work . Price was affordable and fair. You can definitely tell they know what they're doing. Angel is very helpful and knowledgeable about the dogs grooming. He took his time to find out what exactly I wanted and he did exactly what i asked for! I've taken him to other places including Petsmart and Petco and I have never been as satisfied as I am with my visit at Los Angeles pet grooming. Definitely will be back in the future. You guys got yourself a loyal customer! highly recommended.

We used to to love these guys, the first few haircuts were good but recently they have taken a huge step down in service.First of all these guys schedule appts at 10 but almost always show up at 10:30 to open their business, super unprofessional.Yesterday I had a 10:30 appt, we dropped our dog off and 5 hours went by so we had to reach out to see what’s going on. they still hadn’t even started cutting my dogs hair!!! They did not finished until after their closing business hours (6:30 pm) so my dog was there the whole day with no water, food, or anything.Then we finally get the dog back and his cut is HORRIBLE!!! I took one look at him and couldn’t believe they would deliver him back like tht. Please refer to the photo. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My dog caught kennel cough at this place they don’t ask for vaccine history or records. Your pets aren’t safe! I now have to pay for vet bills to make my dog healthy again. I wouldn’t recommend this place for this purpose.

We took my puppy at 12:00 and we kept calling to see if she was ready. The store closes at 5 so when it was six and they hadn’t called us back we got worried and went to the store And the only thing they had done was take her a shower in six hours that was the only thing they could have done. When we picked her up we had to go to the nearest CVS to get her some water because they didn’t give her any water.

Stopped with my dog as I passed through. Rude, dog was still wet. And they cut her druing her trim. Instead of telling me they glued her. Affordable yes, quality is meh, friendly till you point out something wrong.

Do not take your pets here.! First and last time I will. First thing that happened was my cats nose got cut and bruised somehow. Manager couldn’t even explain nor help on the phone. Said he’d “return my call” once he figured out what happened and hasn’t yet. Has been two days. Terrible.
