It's such a cute boutique style dog bakery! Always yummy snacks, my dogs are obsessed with the chew sticks (which normally make them sick anywhere else I've bought them stick except at Top Dog). They always have sample treats at the desk, and my dogs always run to the front staff for their sample cookie!! The staff is very educated on toy materials and the different kinds of ingredients in each chewy. They always help with recommendations and explanations. Needless to say, we had an early Christmas shopping spree that my girls LOVED! Will continue to return!

They're the only place I've found so far that sells easily adjustable leashes.I didn't know dried sausages were a thing. Not a frequent treat unfortunately as they're $2 apiece.The dog liked it, that's what counts, right?

My pup and I both loved this place! They had so many options for treats, toys, and more. My pup loved her cake that I got there for her birthday and the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend this place for the pup loving families out there!

I visited Huntington Beach and went for a ealk with my boy, place and looks very decent, it's clean and very organized, they have grooming services, a self dog was and a very nice selection of dogs pastries, the variety of dog treats and dog accessories is good, I just think it's a little bit pricey for my taste. But what isn't pricey nowadays, anyway they have a great selection of cakes for your best friend.

Wonderful local small pet shop with grooming services! Everyone is also happy, super friendly, and ready to answer any questions about products or services they offer. We have been in a few times for all the tasty treats and baked goods. Our pups' favorites are the cupcakes, cookies, tendons, and sasuages. They also have a huge selection of toys, leads, harnesses, and some clothes. This was our pups' 1st time being grommed here, and boy, oh boy, was she was happy! We finally found a groomer that would cut her a bit shorter than usual, and they also helped deshed her! We were very happy with the outcome and how they managed to bring out her cutness even more. 🐶❤️ They also have a self wash station that we plan on using the next time we hit the beach.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner is super rude, pushy and impatient. She’s constantly trying to upsell you and is rude if you decline. She also makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her if you ask for a service like nail trim without paying more for a full bath etc….it’s like she doesn’t want your business. Go somewhere else if you love your dog!

Freshly baked items at all times, the head baker is awesome. The owner main purpose is to make sure that all pups, big and small, is taken care of while attending this boutique. Please do come by and try them out. No, I do not work there. ;).Grooming is available and they are really good. As long as you don't bring in a poodle and ask them to make them look like a schnauzer.

This review is for their store portion, as they also do grooming services which I have not used.This is my 2nd year in a row getting my dog his birthday cake from here. They do take preorders which allows a bit more customization but they also have select frozen pre-made ones available for purchase. My dog LOVES the peanut butter flavored one and we share it with other dogs buddies who enjoy it as well. They also have Apple and oats. They also have an assortment of pupcakes and cookies daily. Very cute and picky dog approved! They sell a selection of premium dog treats and toys too.

Top Dog is my new 'go to' spot for both yummy treats for my dogs and for their grooming! It's like a toy store for my dogs- so many choices, the pupcakes are amazing and my dogs love the different chew sticks and toys we have brought home- the staff is so good w my nervous Shih-tzu when she comes in for grooming - we've had her and our husky there for grooming and will definitely be back!

Took my boy Tucker for a spa day and some treats after a very sandy day at the beach. His coat is so incredibly soft and shiney, and he smells delicious! They are so friendly and helpful, we'll definitely be regulars.

I really wish they have branch in San Diego. They have wide selections of toys, seasonal dog treats and cakes. Perfect place to go to if you wanna spoil your little ones. Also Anna, the cashier that helps us was very nice and helpful!

Our nervous puppy always has the best time at Top Dog Barkery and comes out looking gorgeous! The new groomer is great and looking forward to seeing their new location when they move. The location should be even more convenient!

They have a large selection of tasty treats! The employees instantly offered samples and were very kind. They have doggy clothes and essential. We purchased CBD treats for 4th of July since our babies get very anxious and can't relax. In store they also offer grooming and day care services that are totally convenient if you are out and need these services. $18 for 3 hours and buy 1 get 50% off second dog as advertised on website. The location was easy to get to but is near a small traffic intersection. Lots of free parking! Will be going back.

In my opinion- Bad customer service and poor quality products. The employee was not very sweet to my dog. The chew toys fall apart too easily which creates a choking hazzard if not supervised. The dog treats are very hard and stale. I heard dogs in the grooming area crying.

Both my pup and I absolutely love this store! When I walk her downtown she beelines it for Top Dog. The store is adorable and the employees are always so sweet. Her favorites are the the beef cupcakes, chicken scones, and anything from the cookie case! We also get her birthday cake made here every year and it’s always SUPER cute. Would absolutely recommend!

Don’t go here if you get a dog from a breeder the owner of the shop will verbally abuse you on social media for getting from a breeder instead of a rescue. Sorry I don’t wait for my dog to be abuse when I am using them for service work.

The time of my review is 7:50pm I'm standing in front of the door which I rush to before they closed to find the doors are already locked. I had every intention to buy a decent amount of treats for my two little guys but now I can't. Please stick to your hours moving forward.

Just now, 1st time browsing for our dog, 2 min in and literally 3 squeaks later from my two kids squeezing a chicken toy intended for infinite squeaks you would hope and we hear " kids be careful with those toys" if a childs hand squeezing a toy 3 times will cause so much damage to these toys then they should not be aimed for dogs by this ladys logic ( one with glasses) she was rude and cold. We were literally there for dog toys. We just walked out. We won't be back.

Passive aggressive and rude customer service. Blamed us for being late despite getting explicit permission ahead of time. Blamed our dog for being difficult with the dryer and didn’t finish the job. We’ve taken our dog to groomers all over this country and haven’t had an experience like this before. Just really disappointed.

An excellent store. I love going here with my dog. They have a great selection of treats and toys for your pups. Also since they are so close to the beach its great to go in there and give my dog a wash so he is clean from all the sand. They also do an excellent job with professional grooming. Love the staff they are all so friendly and helpful

I want to say thank you to Ashley the groomer there she is amazing. I just went this morning for my first time to take my dog starfire. Star 🌟 went to her no problem at all. At petco she would freak out so I was so happy leaving star and not feeling bad. When I pick her up star was calm and not in a panic and she had cute bows and looked so adorable.

It's a little difficult to find but blame that on street islands and one way streets. Once you get in though, it's a bakery and grocery store dedicated to your pups. The staff was very engaged and really helpful with questions I had about the baked goods. It was my puppy's 7 month so I wanted to get her something special and she absolutely loved the cupcake made with real ground beef. Definitely would coming back even if it's a weird parking lot with like zero parking. You'll see when you come, just be prepared for a walk and street parking

So excited about this place I drove from the high desert just to spoil my fur baby on his birthday..I did not have to preorder bone cookies that say happy birthday, they have some pre made and they look pretty fresh..I’ve read bad comments about the customer service but in my experience they treated me kindly

If my dog illy could describe her version of heaven, she'd describe Top Dog! She gets so much love when she's at their day care and she gets freshly baked treats.When I go to pick !her up she doesn't even want to leave. We both adore the staff there, they are dog lovers and so friendly!
