This Sprouts location is absolutely one of the BEST in all of Sprouts! We had occasion to call in to the Deli for a visiting guest's request for a Tuna sandwich, toasted with melted cheese (... we've never had one in all these years ... we always get the Roast Beef) and the entire staff we spoke to had *genuine* welcoming upbeat energy (you can always feel the difference), happy to help, friendly and inviting ... from initial greeting to transferring us to the Deli, to answering our questions with "Come on over ~ we look forward to seeing you!", to Lauren who made the sandwich (did a super job) to sending someone over to pick it up and get a few other goodies (freshly made Chocolate Chip cookies for dessert). Doesn't get better than this! It all starts at the top down ... terrific managers. We value everyone there greatly for another very pleasant ordering/shopping experience ... so thanks again guys ... see you next time!

Honestly I’ve been going to sprouts for a couple months now. I go maybe 2 a month not much. I’ve used the checkout lane with a couple people and always been pleasant or I do self checkout.Today honestly was not a great experience because went to get checked out with a cashier. The cashier was an older lady, she was very cold when I said hi to her. I tried to be friendly and then another older lady came and they just kept talking to one another regarding some personal business in front of me. Im not usually one that is the type that is like needs attention or anything. But neither of them paying attention and then the one that was at the end was about to put my items in the bag without asking if i needed any while I had my own bag. When I told her she was put off like why did I. I had purchased a reusable bag with oats and the way she organized my items in my bag was horrible because by the time i got back to my destination my oats had spilled inside my bag. Not like sprouts is cheap for me to have to do this all over again. Honestly i rather stay in the self checkout isle from here on out.

I love sprouts market. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I always can find anything I want very easily and they have high quality products but the veggies sections are not always fresh. Looking forward to see more fresh veggies and fruits. Thank you Sprouts

I had not shopped Sprouts in quite awhile but in early afternoon I needed a few quick produce items for dinner preparation. I was shocked to see the poor quality as evidenced by rotten vegetables, moldy corn and several other bruised and wrinkly skinned items. Sadly, Sprouts with their farm fresh market decor missed the mark. With several manager-types grouped in the aisle talking, I suggest closer daily inspection rather than accepting full countertops as acceptable.

CAVEAT: I'm not the one who usually shops.I went here to get some things for my daughter who was feeling sick and my wife was at work. Sometimes you have to drop your work and take care of your kids. I stopped in for a few items and found just about everything I needed. The store staff was really helpful not just telling me where to find things, but actually walking me to the item and them "extra-miling" by asking if there was anything else with which they could help.Thanks Sprouts for helping a novice shopper complete my task

A worthy alternative to whole foods. Smaller with fewer options than wf across the street, but it generally has what you need with perhaps less pretension. More focused on healthy options, as opposed to having everything.

I usually enjoy sprouts but this evening I picked up two trays of the sushi. I was so excited and hungry. They were aweful. The worst store bought sushi I have ever had. I threw them out and had to cook another dinner.

Great store. Staff is ultra helpful here. Every time. They have the niche items i came for (peppermint oil, fruuts, this time). 4/5 bc they are pricey, but arent they all now?

This is my favorite one of their stores. It does get a lot of traffic at brookhurst and Adam's at rush hour but it is always worth the trip to stop in and shop. They have great prices on meat. The staff is always nice and helpful. The store is clean. Great produce at competitive prices. 5 stars.

Sprouts has consistently high quality groceries. And when items are on sale, they are very good deals. Many people like Costco and Sam's, but produce there is not always less expensive and often the packages are too large. You also can't select individual pieces only which bag. This location is good, staff is friendly, but a little smaller than the Sprouts on Warner. Waiting for the new Fountain Valley location to open.

Good selection of produce. Over the past several months, they have the best sales on organic berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries) buy 2 flats for $5 - $7 which with all the outrageous prices these days... not bad. They also have the best selection of plant-based dairy alternatives. Love their bulk food selection! Especially the spices (salt-free Cajun and Mexican seasonings), Chai tea, great selection of bulk nuts that are often on sale and the best prices around (almonds, cashews, pistachios). They also happen to carry my favorite coffee non-dairy creamer without the gross vanilla flavoring, Silk soy creamer 'Original'. Can't find it anywhere else in town except Mother's Market which is too expensive (more so than Whole Foods! Much as I love Mother's but not during times of inflation.)This Sprouts is compact and well organized. There is a larger Sprouts across town but this one is cozy and the staff are very kind and efficient.

Love this Sprouts 💘 Veges very fresh carrot 🥕 and have raw milk and kefir which I haven't found at Whole Foods Market ever. Good fish and meats to buy from butcher to order.

Love this place I came for supplies for our charcuterie board and was not disappointed! They have a great variety of cheeses all kinds of meats and crackers, their selection of dried fruit and bulk nuts is absolutely amazing! I actually did pick up a rotisserie chicken from here as well and it was delicious! I will definitely be back

Moldy food. Cheese & even some frozen items ALWAYS have mold all over it. I've placed many orders (probably 3+ per month, every month) for years. The last 25 orders have included cheese and other items that had mold on them. Their staff & management need to care & pay attention to the quality of items and their expiration. Many different brands and types, doesn't matter, it's all moldy.

Today, one of the employees remembered that I had been looking for the Philadelphia roll the previous week (they haven’t been making them lately) & offered to make one for me without me even asking her! Super kind staff I always know whatever produce I get will taste good especially their fruit. Always fresh always stocked up especially during these hard times(hello they have eggs!!!! Always!!). The workers are kind and want to make sure everyone is safe. Pleasantly greeting u at the door cleaning off a basket for you all the way to when you check out making sure everyone is mindful staying 6ft apart. You just don’t get this kind of service at the other local grocery stores.

Don't let the visually smaller size of this store fool you. This store carries everything one would expect to find at a Sprouts. Workers here are very good at fitting everything into a space that looks smaller than other Sprouts stores I've shopped. Bike rack here is of a reliable design. Finding my favorite products here was quick & easy despite the arrangement being starkly different from other Sprouts stores I've shopped. If I'm ever in the area and need something at Sprouts, I'll stop by this one again.

Prices have gone from high with a reason ( quality or unique ) to stupid here for too many items. The worst part is that now the dried fruit hit cereal and much more that was in bins to get the quantity a customer wanted is now pre bagged so I have to buy what the clerk decided to size a bag.

Love this sprouts!Although sometimes their staff can be hit or miss, I find Zach, the head cashier, to be extremely pleasant. He provides an easy and customer oriented checkout experience.I've also seen him leading and directing other members on the team and he has such a friendly management style. Love seeing that! Management should be glad to have him!

large selection of vitamins & homeopathic products! brands throughout the place you won't find in the regular grocery store. including other departments. it's also a smaller store, which is sometimes beneficial.the employees are all informative, warm n friendly & helpful. thank you to the kind folks at the HB Sprouts !

I have been here for the deli 4 times now and have had the same experience each time. Absurdly awful service. This most recent time I was standing at the deli counter waiting to put in a sandwich order, and was standing there for about 10 minutes, being ignored by each of the 6 members behind the counter, even making eye contact with some of them, and I actually walked away today and won't be coming back. Keep in mind that it's 10:30 an and not busy at all, I was the only person in line.My previous experiences before I did wait the 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and then I had to wait and ADDITIONAL 10-15 minutes to have my very basic sandwich made for me.Very very poor service and I recommend you go elsewhere for deli items. For other things in the store I have no issues.
