Oliver, our terrier mix, has been a member for about five months now. We appreciate the expert grooming assistance with the technical and challenging task of nail trimming and oral care which Oliver dislikes. I personally appreciate the service providers gentle care and efficiency, various dog care products and scents, and the report card at the end of each service. The update on skin, coat, ears, teeth, nails, as well Oliver’s behavior during the service is very helpful for understanding his needs. Today, Oliver refused to have his front nails trimmed so, they extended an invitation for me to return to get this done another day complimentary to ensure we keep him on track. They genuinely care 💗🙏🏼

Jack came out amazing! I have a long coat German shepherd big baby! And we usually take our dog all the way in orange and he’s bath can cost us around 100 and that’s with just a regular bath does not include dental cleaning or ear cleaning etc. Came here and I love the way he gets to have he’s teeth cleaned and ears! And how they tell you about he’s hygiene the cost is super reasonable! Thank you again. Can’t wait to bring him back.

Jacob did a great job with our dog, Elvis. The price is a bit higher than we have paid in the past, but it’s nice having Elvis look better, and I know I can trust them with my buddy. I’ll definitely go back in the future.

Wilson is the Love of my life and my first pup, while I try not to spoil him too much he is certainly well taken care of, and by that I mean only mommy has ever attended to his personal hygiene untill Today!What started out fairly easy has become less so, and so today Wilson had his first spa day, which I enjoyed very much!THANK YOU for taking care of my little boy, Wilson.

Everyone was so great and friendly! Took my 4.5 month golden retriever to the groomer for the first time and they took such good care of her ❤️ She was a little scared but they took their time and eased her into everything.I also especially appreciate that they weren't in any way pushy! Rather than pushing me for a higher package like some places would, they walked me through them and specifically DIDN'T recommend higher priced ones as she is still young and doesn't need it. I truly appreciate the honesty and kindness!

Super clean, very fast and friendly! The only thing I was a little sad to find out when I arrived, was that they do not do specific breed styles of cuts. For example, I usually get a lion cut on my Pomeranian. But they let me know they don’t do special cuts. It’s ok because they still did a really great job, leaving her face and tail. I would definitely take her back there because the staff is incredibly friendly and also provide a Scenthound “report card” so to speak about your dogs health. A little on the pricey side, however that’s not a problem at all, for peace of mind knowing that my fur baby is safe and comfortable. Thank you Scenthound for the good experience and loving on my Darla!

From the beginning with inquiring, to asking questions, making an appointment, grooming and the final result of the service was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job turning Daisy, our neighbor's shitzu from a scroungy dog to a beautiful girl! She has not been taken-cared of in many years and she was in bad need of a groom! Angie, her groomer was gentle and sweet with her. Thank you so much Angie and Scenthound!!!

They did a great job with my 65lb and somewhat difficult bernedoodle, Baxter. Even trimmed his nails which he is particularly tough to deal with. Everyone was very nice and the experience was quick and affordable.

I've always had my dogs groomed at a pet store. Your service was far superior and only a little more expensive. Well worth the money. I was very happy with how my Golden Retriever looked after his bath and grooming. He's a therapy dog who needs to look nice before he visits a nursing home.

My pup and I love this place!! Juniper (my dog) is always so happy to go in and see her friends and comes out just as happy which was NOT the case when I went to different groomer and that broke my heart. I am stoked I found Scenthound HB to take care of my girl. Thanks guys ✌🏼 she looks gorgeous!

Cannot recommend this place more! My pup is a rescue and has serious trust issues when it comes to his nails being clipped. Decided to try this place out to see if they could help out. They did a phenomenal job with him and I love their SCENT report they give you after the visit. Signed up for the membership because it is well worth your money!Additional perk: your pup will take the best nap of his/her life after their appointment (see picture below!)

This was my first time at Scenthound. The staff is extremely friendly and took time to explain the products and services they provide. My dogs came back looking and feeling great. I have found the new monthly grooming spot for my 2 pups. Highly recommend.

Today was our first time, just by walking in you feel so welcome , my dog usually he’ll be crying and nervous at other places but here he felt so comfortable . I love the way they give you a report of some concerns if there’s any , but they knew how I short I wanted my dogs coat, all the staff was amazing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Scenthound in HB is great! My pup, Zorro, is a bit hard to handle at times and HATES getting his nails cut. But the staff here is super understanding and works with him the best they can. I can trust them with my pup and he always comes out happy and clean

Had a bad experience at Petco. Loved the small personal touch. Made Tyson my 4 month old puppy feel comfortable as well as myself entrusting them with him. He came out happy, looking great after his bath. Nice that they take the time to give you a report of how he is doing and what he may need or how great he is doing! Would recommend 100%

Amazing staff! Very welcoming, super clean facility - Toby & I walked in to check it out, and ended up getting a small service (nail clip) on a walk in. My nervous and territorial 1.5 yr old took to them all instantly. Staff, manager and owner were gearing up for the day and in between appointments, came out to greet us as if we were royalty - not going to lie, it felt really good that they spent time getting to know my little guy, super friendly, knowledgeable and patient with him while he "sniffed" them out. Ultimately, by his response of a relaxed nature (even though he gave a "I am scared" bark or two), within minutes he was calm and walking around like he belonged there!I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to learn he did amazing in the back room while getting his nails clipped! Yay!We definitely will be back. Happy to know my baby dawg has a place for his grooming needs. Feel confident and secure that he is in their hands - that is a 5 * in my book!Great job everyone, we are now fans AND customers!

Very happy with Scenthound with how they handled our lovely headstrong corgi. Sapphire set is up the day before & Kim took care of us at the desk the next day. Our corgi came out really clean, happy, fresh nail grind & paw trim, and it was extremely fast with her being dry even with the famous corgi undercut. So impressed we signed up for the monthly membership.

We have been bringing our dog here since they opened. We do the monthly subscription for grooming and it's very affordable. They bathe her, cut her nails, clean her ears and brush her teeth. I have recommended this place to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Was very happy with our 1st trip to scent hound. The receptionist were very friendly and the groomer did a nice job. I like that they review with you after and really care about their services.My only problem is I wish it was closer to me. 😊👍
