Petsmart daycare is fantastic! Our puppy goes to daycare off and on. Recently we had work done at our home and she went due to anxiety of workers being in home. It’s so nice to have an update in their report cards. All staff really care about the dogs. She was ready to go home, and slipped out of her collar and ran towards the door. 4-5 staff went to help retrieve her. I was very happy to have the assistance. Bravo !

5 stars to James the groomer! He does an amazing job on my dogs Bugatti and Mallory! He treats them like the tiny babies they are and even uses a very soft comforting voice to calm them, just the way they like it! (They’re spoiled ) he truly cares about his dogs and it shows! My babies always look so cute with their fluffy paws and teddy bear cuts 🐶🐶🤗🤗

I am very impressed with whole process of the Petsmart Hotel and the fun day care center. Nice to know I never have to worry about leaving my Benji alone for a half or longer. Petsmart, here we come again and again!

Don't go here for grooming ever!Took my dog for grooming and the base price was 85$ for a sheepdog and since he was matted, it came out to be 97$ total. My niece dropped him off and told them to keep him as long as possible and when I called to check in, they said they had to shave his legs bc he was too matted. And I said I paid you extra for dematting. The groomer responded with, "we're very busy today." He said were leaving his body longer-clip 4. But he didn't. You can see in the pictures that they shaved him all over and not just his legs. He looks like a homeless dog. I got really mad and came to pick him up. If I wanted a shaved dog, I could have done it with my own clippers. The pretty pictures are from his last haircut.

We are so happy with the grooming department here!!!! We had an appointment at another place and they cancelled last minute. It is my baby shower Sunday so we wanted out pup to be nice and clean for that. This PetSmart was able to get him in, and he's a big boy, and we are so happy!! He looks so good! And was so happy when we got him back! The staff was very friendly and his groomer Zach did an AMAZING job!!!! We will absolutely be back!!!!!!!! Thank you PetSmart!!!!!!

Got a call an hour before my dog grooming appointment and they canceled appointments because groomer have to go. I asked the person who’s called to do the bath at least and I can wait for grooming. Christine said no we can’t do that. Unprofessional person. 0 customers service.

My dog is a 15 month old chocolate lab. I have always given him baths at home, but he needed his nails trimmed so I decided to take him to PetsMart and get his first professional grooming done. I was so pleased with all the grooming staff! They all greeted me and my dog with enthusiasm as soon as we walked in the door. They were very knowledgeable about his breed and made recommendations for his skin and coat after taking a “hands on first-look” at him. He has sensitive skin so they used the shampoo that was best for him and he is not itchy at all! When the appointment was finished, they called and let me know he was ready for pick-up. When I got there, they brought him out and gave me all kinds of great information on ear care and shedding. It was a great experience for me and my fur-baby! We’ll definitely go back monthly.

An HB staple you have to visit... On Downtown Main street but nestled back just far away enough from the shenanigans to truly foster a comfy tavern feel, this bar and restaurant has something for everyone - intelligent signature drinks, well selected microbrew drafts, homemade spirits and yummy eats. Staff is wonderful. Support local!!!!

I would have done a one star if it wasn't for your cashier Jayden I hope I spelled this right. I shop frequently here and have no idea who the manager was but both were very rude. I spend so much in your store , I should not have been treated the way I was when returning with a receipt. Thank you Jayden for having excellent customer service. So far I have been waiting in the fish department for 17 minutes and have had gotten the attention of two employees whom have said they will call someone over....I will update when I get help.22 minutes... everyone must be on lunchAnd at 25 minutes... success! I have officially been helped.

I went into the store and was greeted with such kindness and enthusiasm. Both Leslie and Corrine were so nice helping me find a new collar and tag. I did not have my glasses and they helped me with printing of the tag. Five star service. Way to go. I wish all companies had customer service like this.

I took my puppy here for the first time and this PetSmart team was outstanding. I messed up my appointment but they fixed everything with ease. I love when a business fixes your mistake without making you feel dumb. Zach and Em were awesome with my pup and he came home nice and clean 10/10
