This location is fairly large and has good stock of products. They have fish, hamsters, snakes, parakeets and lizards.You can usually find cats for adoption on the left hand corner when you first walk in.The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but there are never enough.The grooming service here is wonderful. They do a great job with my 70 lb dog.Parking is always an issue in this shopping center, but there are a few 30 minute spots that are usually open by the McDonald’s.

I go here regularly and have always had good service, but wanted to take the time to mention a specific employee who helped me out the other day. I was feeling super stressed because my kitty had to get stitches, and Co helped me pick out a litter that wouldn't get stuck in the stitches. A small thing but his kindness really helped when I was overwhelmed, hope the management sees this and gives Co a raise lol.

This store is clean and organized for the most part. Not far from beach which is nice. What I didn’t particularly enjoy is the customer service and the long wait in line. There was only one person at the register with plenary of other employees in back taking amongst themselves. After waiting in the long line, Jonathan wasn’t pleasant at all. Slightly rude with a rush in his tone. I asked how he was and was practically ignored. Sad because it’s al about customer service nowadays. I always go to PetSmart but will not return to this one.

Training classes are amazing. Being able to teach both private and group classes as an Accredited trainer for over 5 years is inspirational. And flexible schedules are accommodating.

Did a return with items from a different location and allowed me to return all the items! Also very friendly staff and very clean store ❤️ Came in today (6/24) and the employee was very helpful with helping me choose a new litter to try. This store has great employees and a wonderful atmosphere. Just FYI if people are needing PetSmart's vet services, this store specifically does not have a vet on site, thus you are unable to purchase prescription foods for your pets here.

I was shopping here a couple months ago. my dog is recovering from a broken leg and he is in physical therapy. He walks fine for the most part, but sometimes it’s a struggle for him on shiny tile floors. The cashier had the nerve to tell me I needed to take care of my dog, or insinuate I wasn’t taking care of my dog. This loser is not paying for physical therapy. This loser it’s not taking my dog to the doctor. This loser was not there when my animal broke its leg. This loser doesn’t know anything about my pet. Go get a new job loser. It was probably a 20 something younger Mexican guy.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ginger has been a PetSmart dog since day 1, and I can't say enough about the wonderful people that have taken such great care of her the past 3 years. Thank you

We were at this store getting a few toys to send with our dog we are rehoming bcuz he isn't a good fit with our child and it's not safe. So, we're upset and I just wanted to get him some of his fave toys to have and the guy working there like 10 min before closing came to ask if we were finding stuff, which I asked him a question and he said they were closing. Ok Ya, were just deciding. I had our 2 kids also, and keeping an eye on my son. So, he comes back LITERALLY the SECOND it hit 7pm and said "I need to close up now and walked away."It was rude and pushy. I've never been pushed along like the second a store closed like that, and I almost snapped out of emotion, and we def won't go back there. IVE worked retail and there's plenty he could've done wile waiting a few minutes for us to go to the front.

Well we were on a road trip and no dog leashes packed at all. So naturally we stopped at the closest PetSmart. Cali got an awesome leash that has a built in collar that is perfectly her size. The leash is a hunter green. It has both heavy duty leash plus webbing middle to allow some flexibility when walking. It allows her a little freedom while still manageable. Evie minds perfectly well without a leash but when in Rome. So to speak. Since we were not in our mountains where they can run free, we had to conform to the city lifestyle. So a pretty collar with a beautiful Native American design. Evie got a standard leash. Since it really was for looks it didn't need to be heavy duty. Of course, the pups love modeling their new attire. Now that we are home Cali will continue to learn how to be civilized and Evie is Evie. Honestly, I feel Evie is doing a solid job training Cali. Now we are heading to pick up the jeep and then Squatting Toading here we come!

They are super helpful and kind. Even took the time to check on the underside of doggie shoes, when I called about why do my dogs shoes have L on all 4. We had a laugh about L is for Large not left. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My dog Bart and I visit this store two to three times weekly. Why? Because the staff and management are the best! Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I have three other Petsmarts closer to my home, but I drive the extra distance to this one because of the people that work here. They are all terrific.

Amazing place for all my pets needs. The grooming salon definitely deserves 10 stars if it was only possible on here. But I'll definitely be coming back for grooming especially and highly recommend Brooke Anderson. She was very professional and my German Shepherd aka Starr is happy and smelling and looking amazing. Definitely worth the money and then some in my opinion. I'll only go to see Brooke Anderson for my grooming needs. Thank you Petsmart for hiring this amazing young lady.

I came in to adopt a pet.bi left with my pet, everything I need for Napoleon and even saved money on 3 items because the sales associate gave me my options. She recommended a bigger cage but she accepted that I wanted smaller due to my budget. Eventually I will go back and buy the recommendation. The young lady was great and answered all my questions to my liking. She knows her stuff!

Went there with my new Goldendoodle Puppy and without my mask and they were fine and didn't say a thing. The clerk was very helpful and gave great puppy advice since I haven't had a puppy in 18 years.. Always a pleasure to shop there!

I took my son to buy fish for his birthday present. Lisa helped us out and was incredibly sweet, patient and knowledgeable. She offered excellent customer service by getting us a cart and walking us to each department to get what we needed to set up our new tank! Thank you Lisa!

The cashier was such a hoot. I bought some treats on clearance for TWENTY-SEVEN CENTS just to try it out, and she told me her story of how she bought 100 packs WITH her employee discount tackled on top. She was able to convince me to grab whatever was left on the shelf since it was such a steal. The store was kept spic and span.There was plenty of parking at the shopping center with and without shade.

Was looking forward to this grooming appointment with Deanna for my big golden retriever. And when we arrived to pick him up, it felt like I was picking him up for the first time. I highly recommend this place and Deanna for doing a great job and taking care of my dog. 🐕

Staff are friendly and always willing to help. It is always a pleasure visiting this store. EDIT: Was 4 stars but then I had my dog groomed here. Do not cut nails, nails cut. Glands whether you say to or not and get a price before hand. If your breed of animal is not in their system then they will add your dog to a breed they are not and then charge an $8.00 premium. Kinda dirty but you are hurting your employees with that coming out of their tip.

Cassie and Janie in the salon were absolutely fantastic! We brought our two dogs for a cut and bath this past weekend and they both came home looking awesome! This was our first salon appointment since we moved here from Texas and I'm so happy we found Cassie and Janie!
