Gladys was super accommodating and was great with our fur babies. She was super helpful and friendly. Big shout out to her for making our first time dropping off the dogs at the groomer a good experience. We'll be back again for her.

I’m out of state with my terminally ill mom so I had my daughter bring my dog for grooming. She’s been there several times and the groomers then knew daisy and loved her because she’s such a good girl. The person who took daisy in was short with my daughter (who has never taken daisy to a groomer before) and was asking a lot of questions my daughter didn’t know the answer to. Fast forward to pick up. Daisy, a golden lab, came out with a fully shaved tail and a Pom Pom!!!!!! on the end. That’s for poodles not golden labs. I’m very unhappy and would like a refund. When I’m able to get back home i will go to the store and request the refund directly.

My two large dogs can be a little naughty about a bath, however, since going to the Petco on Adams Ave., they continue to be excited to come back each time!
