The groomer Severine is amazing. I've had trouble making appointments on the website and was considering other grooming options until my last appointment. Severine gave me her card, hours and days she is available. She gave a report card on our dog's behavior, skin condition and items to watch. I'm very happy with the service she provided and will call her directly to make future appointments. The other groomers are very nice and helpful but Severine is exceptional.

No walking in for nail appointment. False advertisement. Please change your website if you dont accept walk ins for nail trim.Walked in and it was an empty area. Waited about 5 minutes then ask a worker outside and they went in and found an employee in the back. Said they short staffed.Understood. Petco fix your scheduling and advertising. Don't say you allow walk ins and expect your staff to do it if your short staffed.

My 12 lb maltipoo (who’s beyond friendly) comes here to get a haircut and I’ve always been satisfied. However, this time, we tried the groomer Cassandra, who did a terrible job. She did not cut any of his hair and he still looks scruffy. She said it was because he was “vicious”. When I spoke to Amy, the manager, she said it was because they prioritized the groomer. Which is fine and doubtful but still, but don’t charge me $75 for literally no work being done. Won’t be going here again.

It was so badDog still shedding alot even in the same day of shower , like nobody brushes himI choose the de shedding package to reduce it but after i went home he was shedding more than before or like the same ,, i’ll dispute the transaction from the bank , worst bath ever

I love how inviting and sweet Cassidy was. She made sure I felt okay leaving my fur baby with her. They did a wonderful job getting all his services done as well even if he did fight back a little. He looks and smells amazing too!!

Cassidy is the most patient, kind, loving, caring person. My puppy is new to grooming and very scared of the whole process. Cassidy takes excellent care of my dog and spends time telling me about everything that happens during his visit. I would highly recommend her for your dog.

Cassidy is a delight. She does a wonderful job grooming my dog, but beyond that she is caring and gentle with my otherwise very timid rescue pet. My dog Ellie was an abused animal and is afraid of most out of home encounters, however Cassidy has formed a bond with her and now Ellie wags her tail and happily goes with Cassidy for her bath. This is what I call above and beyond.

Place un professional. Surley chick with colored hair. Didnt want to do my dogs nails said make an appointment. Then proceeded to do a total lousy job. Called to schedule with someone else. They can't even find my foods record. Salty dog spaw down the street did a great job and were nice.

All the ladies are there are wonderful I've taken my dog to another grooming because I couldn't get it an appointment and the lady couldn't handle my dog and she called me immediately and told me to pick up my dog so these ladies are miracle workers my dog is so happy and so comfortable with them and I've noticed that how they handle other dogs the dogs are calm and very responsive to them so these women are wonderful and I'm very grateful for them
