I went in your store and everyone was very nice I had a lady ask me if I needed help within minutes I didn't catch her name. When I went to pay for my things I also got my cats tags. Neal and jynx really were helpful my card chip decided to not work and I had to run to the bank kind of embarrassing but they were so nice I didn't feel uncomfortable at. I appreciate them after a long day.

The staff here are amazing!! Everyone is friendly and clearly care about your pets. Reasonable prices for the quality of pet food, and I'm always finding fun new cat toys. I wish they had a larger reptile supplies section, but I understand that isn't their target demographic. HIGHLY recommend!!

Friendly staff, very clean establishment and they have a huge variety. Someone recommended this pet store to us on a hike after seeing my pets skin allergies. We were looking for a new brand of dry kibbles that has good ingredients that doesn’t use chicken & the manager helped us find the perfect one. It’s been about 6 months and my Staffy is loving the new brand!! I was struggling for so long before I found this place. Thank you 🙏🏼 Love coming here, they are so sweet and helpful everytime and they us so much free treats and love.

I was looking for an after-surgery bodysuit for our pet dog. Target on Brookhurst nor Petco on Magnolia didn't have any options. I called ahead to Pet Supply and the employee on the phone was friendly and said they do! I said, "I'm coming over!"The store was clean and spacious. I enjoyed browsing all their products and will return to buy dog food when needed. Another employee inside asked me if I'd like help and he showed me where the bodysuits were.Super friendly place. I'm happy I took a chance on them. I preferred to pay more (as opposed to one on Amazon) as it was available to me straightaway, came in a tye-dye color, and my purchase supports local businesses.The bodysuit was made in Peru. Our dog was in between M and L so I went with L but ended up cutting the potty flap because it was so bulky on her. I wonder what M would have looked like! There's another pattern I like so I may get a second one. I think she likes it.I also purchased a deodorizing spray called Skout's Honor that's made by a company in Irvine! Just checked their page and apparently, every bottle purchase provides a day's worth of meals to rescue animals in need.

I went here with a list from my aging parents to get food and treats for their dog. I was at a loss as to which treats were the ones they normally buy. I asked an associate for help, and she said they had a history by phone number. I went home with all the right stuff. They are very helpful and have a good selection of fine eating dog food and treats.

I just got two toy poodles, born on July 1st. I wanted to make sure we were getting the right food for puppies. We just lost our 17 year old toy poodle, and, for the last year we had her on a "raw diet" and, she really improved with her activity, coat and, happiness. Babies are on Primal raw diet now, and, they are very clear that it's chicken, paws down. David was extremely helpful and recommended Primal foods. They love it and have been thriving at, on average 3.3 pounds. 🙂 Doctor also has said they are healthy.Selection of products can be a bit overwhelming. But, just ask if you have any questions. People who work there, on the whole, are mostly nice and helpful.

This is a great pet store! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! My dog loves the treats that they have here. There is also a great selection of everything you need for your pet. I brought my dog in and he had an accident. The staff was Soo kind even after that occured.

They are certainly Informative on the foods that used to be good foe your dog that have been bought out by corporations and recommended real healthy dog food.. and we'd rather support small businesses than big 9nes that put the local ones out

Best pet shop in Huntington! The staff is amazing! They are super knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. They have a huge selection. They have fair pricing, friendly product vendors, very helpful vet staff that come by every so often. All around great pet store!

First off this store is one of the most expensive pet stores around , not sure if it’s cause where it’s located or what, it’s def not because of service. The whole reason I was paying more was to support local business. Now , I’ll just go online to chewy or amazon instead, at least there they stand behind the product...Bought a $40 chew toy that was supposedly suppose to be super well made and durable ..... it lasted less then 20 min. I called to exchange cause the product was clearly not what was advertised. They wouldn’t even discuss it. Poor discussion considering I spend on this is dog like he is a human , 5-600 a month on toys and food.

I called Pet Supply at 3pm today to see what time they closed since it was New Years Day. The lady told me 6pm. I came to the store at 5:15-5:20pm to see that they decided to close earlier than 6, even though the holiday hours posted out front also showed 6pm. Normally I wouldn’t write a review about something like this, but my dogs require special food due to allergies and now I’m forced to go to buy some $#!+ food for them. If anyone who owns a dog should know that it’s bad to change up a dog’s food right away....they have to be transitioned into it. You definitely lost a long-term customer!

Walked into store to get some gifts..dog toys, dog dish, food, etc. I needed help (since I don't have a dog myself). Looked up and down the aisles and could not find one person. There were no prices on items...price tags on shelves were sporadic. So, I left....and I was leaving there were 5 employees all standing at the register up front laughing and talking. You would think one or two would be walking the aisles to see if anyone need assistance

Best lil' homegrown pet store in the area! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, already pleasant too! They have many items you won't find anywhere else. Prices are competitive and much more variety than the corporate stores. Two paws up! 🐾
