She really helped me quickly, polite, professional, and all-around great customer service 👍.Wish PSP offered a military discount, however, we will use the complimentary self dog wash area for month of May for active & retired veterans, so that's nice!!I will definitely be back for more 🐕 supplies!

This pet store is around the corner from my house which sells Victor dog food. I buy this for my German shepherds, and is not always available at most places. They also have a great supply of other pet foods, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in the door you will be greeted and acknowledged. The staff is always willing to take the extra time to help out with what you need. I will be making my 3rd visit this weekend.

I will be going to this store from now on! I used to go to another large store but no more. Pet Supplies Plus has amazing staff in store and grooming. I was able to walk right in and get my pet's nails trimmed. The prices are great!! Again...the staff is phenomenal. The store is super clean and shelves well stocked. I went to the store in Huntington Beach on Edinger. This will be my go to pet store from now on! I highly recommend 👌

Had my dog groomed Aug 2023, then again last week Oct 2023. Within that short amount of time a large bump appeared on my dog between his neck and shoulder. Thank you groomer Emilda for bringing this to my attention. She groomed Patrick on Tues, Thurs I took him in to vet to have it checked and was advised to have it removed right away. Vet did surgery next day Fri and I am so thankful Emilda brought this to my attention as if it burst it would of been alot more pain and seriously worse for my dog and myself.We have been using Emilda for years and thank you Per Supplies Plus for having such a caring groomer in your store.❤️❤️KindlyBarbara Capriano, Patricks mom

Amazing! One of my jobs was in the Pet Industry and I would be in and out of pet supply’s all day and in all areas, there was not one that was as special as this one! From day one I felt the love and knowledge, me an my Maxamillion Golden Doodle pop in at least 3 times a week he has to get his fix, the employees treat him so good and of course there is Imelda in grooming she is one of a kind! Only Imelda can groom a 90 pound Doodle and she is the nicest caring people I know! The owners Sandra and Darren are the best, feel like family! So happy and grateful for this place 🐶❤️ Lorilynn and Maxamillion

What a great store! The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly (even behind those masks!). I appreciate how clean the store is and everything is easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Self service pet cleaning is amazing! Clean area that allows you to clean your pup, use their cleaning products or your own! Very convenient and a great way to bond with your dog. Also has blowers to dry them off. Also has smaller stall for smaller dogs or other smaller pets.

Nice and clean. Prices seemed good but I just went to browse the decent tropical fish section. Not much on aquatic supplies but all your basic needs are there. Good to see an independently owned store go against the big 2. I'll stop here first for my pet needs. Five stars for the great customer service.

Amazing pet groomers!!! Way friendlier and nicer products than the other pet store chains. I like their baked dog treats case. Also the pet adoption events are so fun!

Great manager (?) Who was super helpful. Best customer service from her big time! The rest wasn't ideal. Majority of live reptile food was dead, clean tanks but dead fish, and selections didn't seem great.

Fantastic, independently owned, pet store! The staff is extremely helpful, the variety great, and you the self washing station is a life saver. I am so happy that I have this option so close to me. Highly recommend.

Great place. My dog has this one kind of treat he loves, but almost nobody carries it. I went here and sure enough they didn't have it. The lady asked if I found what I was looking for and I told her I hadn't. I told her what I was looking for and she offered to order it and make sure they kept some in stock. Awesome.

This place excells at customer service. Staff is friendly and helpful every time. They'll even carry your bags out to the car for you. If they don't have what you're looking for in a line they carry, they may order it for you. This store also has on line ordering with curbside pick up.
